This is a senior complex. They send you a rent increase, before your first year is up. The young lady at the front desk, when shes there is so rude!!! No people skills at all! These are seniors, show some respect to them and their families.

Mother n law lived here for couple of years and loved it. Very safe place to live. All residents are very nice and friendly. They play games in community room. Have coffee and doughnuts certain days in the morning. Would recommend

Apartment complex is very nice and easy to work with. set up is easy to do repairs or installations on.

Decent apartments, but very pricy. Supposed to be based on your income but the rent goes up every year and their income goes down.

Absolutely the best Senior community in Beloit, Wisconsin area...
