Always great service!

Chris gave me a quote to fix my BMW Z4 when the soft top stopped retracting. The same night I dropped off my car, I received a phone call at 11pm asking me if I had a spare key since he couldn’t find my key. Come to find that they had dropped it in the trash can. Two weeks later, Chris informed me that the bill would be almost a thousand $ mostly from hours of labor. The only part fixed was a $10 piece! Moreover, they broke a piece of the drivers seat but offered to replace it. On the way out, I tried retracting the soft top, but something did not feel right.The following day, I brought the car back to complain the problem was not fixed! We found Chris in a room in the back of their shop. He walked out looking unkempt and dazed. He accused me of breaking the softop again. But after some time of arguing, he agreed to fix it again “since they weren’t busy”A few minutes later, his father, Jerry, told us that the car was fixed again and had to be picked up immediately “because the shop is full and busy” (caught them lying to us). We picked up my car, this time with my husband and son. Jerry told me he would replace it and to give him time to order the part. Over a month later, and Jerry has still not called to give me the part. I have called many times and left multiple messages, they have not returned my call.This shop is filthy and unprofessional. Jerry and his son, Chris are untrustworthy and will waste your money. Save yourself time and grief and avoid their shop!

Just got my BMW 2004 530-I back today from Jerry at European Brake & Lube. The brakes were done all the way around. Car is solid again!!Jerry does a great job and knows much about BMWs in general..Great place, Great Job and even better price than any other place I tried..!Brian

This is a terrible place I pay almost $2,000 and my car is still leaking oil
