Online booking is easy. Staff is courteous.Only complaint is it takes too long for a simple job to be completed. Overnight for A service one time and another overnight for a clogged windshield washer pump though a loaner was provided each time.

I only take my car to Autobahn motors. Have taken my car in there recently to get dents out. When I got the car back it looks as if its brand new. Car wash and vacuumed as well. My service advisor Skip went above and beyond with this one. He worked and put up with me and fought to get what I needed done. Thanks Skip. My tire was leaking and I had to have my car serviced. Johnie was great! It was a Monday morning and I was super busy and needed to get back to work. They were busy and asked to keep my car overnight and gave me a loaner. I was able to go to work and the next day went to pickup my car only to find the car clean and vacuumed. Everyone at Autobahn are courteous and professional. Would recommend to anyone!
Towed cars are sent to the 510 Harbor lot, separate from the dealership, so there was some friction with communicating between the separate shop, the dealerships service center and myself. Luckily the service reps Joe and Brent were very professional and attentive. Highly recommend these two gentlemen.
Ralph was extremely attentive and warned me the maintenance would take hours and seated me in my own office area. I got so much accomplished with quiet time. Enjoyed Cappuccinos, Water and my purchases!
Went in for A2 and B1 services on two separate occasions and 1 year apart. The service staff is knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to get loaner car or shuttle service to drop off/pick up. Quality service for my peace of mind!
Everything went well with the service report except it was not indicated if the sunroof was replaced according to the recall or they just checked it and deemed to be okay. With everyprimary concern analysis and maintenance service report requested, no one noticed and there was no service report about the back left side tire that was completely flat and has a nail in it. We picked up the car ready to drive home with a flat tire. They should have checked that and told us about it when we picked up the car.

I was just released from a 4 day stay at the hospital. I was feeling depressed and hopeless, due to my diagnosis and conditions. I am passionate about cars especially fast cars. I already test drove BMW, Lexus, Acura and Infinity. But the level of customer service I received from Mercedes was out of this universe. Ernesto and Feeras went out of their way to make me feel comfortable during the sales process, until we found the perfect car, which is my newest baby and I love it. Jamal also made me feel great. They were very patient and kind. Vivian the finance manager went out of her way to get me the best finance deal as possible with a really good APR. Lisa the sales manager went out her way to get me a wonderful deal. And when I needed the car serviced, Joe and Robert went beyond what was required to help me out and make me understand the process. Not only did this is wonderful team made me feel great after such a dramatic experience at the hospital, they made me feel like part of their family. I was so impressed with their level of service I am even considering to buy a second car from them. I scheduled service for early in the day to get open recalls taken care of, which should have taken 1-2 hours. They promised it would take no more than 4-6 hours. No updates, no explanations, nor apologies, just a call 7.5 hours later to (at the end of the day) to tell me the vehicle was ready for pickup. I can understand a one-off delay, but this has happened every time weve brought the vehicle in for service.
Skip Vaughn, my service rep, is knowledgeable and personable. He had my best interests in mind. He is excellent with communications updates. I highly recommend Skip.
Very professional service….convenient and modern facilities…. Customer friendly.. worked with Skip who was professional and responsive…On the down side ..The telephone system is very frustrating…on three occasions when calling the service department I was left on hold for over 15 minutes….

I came in at 7:00 AM and told Joe my service rep that I needed it to be done by 11:30. Diagnostics revealed I needed a couple of extra services beyond just regular maintenance but Joe pushed and got everything done. Awesome service!
The Control Unit was not working. properly The control screen, radio, GPS would not come right away. It took 10, 15 minutes for the unit to work.I was told after Autobahn Motors did a diagnostic test that it was the battery. After two attempts to correct the problem, the unit is now working and I want to say Ralph the service representative took really good care of my car and kept it over night to make sure it is working early in the morning.Thank you

I booked an appointment for an oil change on Friday 08/13/21 for 9:20am, I was late I didnt get there until around 10am. The guy was helpful at first and he said he will call/text when the vehicle is ready. I thought it will only take an hr or 2 since it is just an oil change. I came by the dealership later in the afternoon around 3pm to see if my car was ready. The guy at the counter said it is not ready but they will call/text when it is ready. Around 4pm i got a text from Mark saying that the car will not be ready until the next day. I had to follow up twice the next day to see when my car will be ready because i needed my vehicle. Finally around 3pm the next day i got a text that my vehicle was ready. Mark said they were busy that is why my car was not ready until the next day. My issue is, he could have advised that in the beginning so i can make arrangement for a vehicle to use. He didnt follow up with me to let me know if i was ok with leaving the car there overnight since i didnt have a vehicle to use. There was no option of a loaner car. The lack of follow up, I had to call several times to see if my vehicle was ready. Mark didnt follow up or follow through with me to give me update on when my vehicle will be ready. If they are busy at least advised me in the beginning when I dropped off my car so i have the option of bringing my car back another time or have a back up vehicle to use. It was the weekend. On top of that the oil change cost me $194, that is too pricey. This is my first time there so I am not sure if I will come there again. I didnt have a good experience on my first time.
Communicated well, serviced and returned the car at the time that was promised. At the report cars it said I got complimentary car was but the car was returned unwashed. Now it makes me wonder if service man did really do a multipoint inspection (brakes, fluids, leaks) or it was just a check mark on the list like a carwash?

Apparently, tire rotation is not a standard MB practice, and the charge was 5x as my local tire dealer. Also, the air pressure was not set to factory settings, and instead was 37 lbs. on all 4 wheels!
Skip was very helpful in explaining the leaking shocks and getting the part replaced in quick time.

I can talk about quality of follow up, business process, etc. but I think the main factor in giving you this rating was the service I received from my advisor ( I believe his name was Amious?) which truly went above and beyond. I particularly had to file for reimbursement from MB for a Camshaft campaign and my advisor basically championed my case through the bureaucratic web and got it filed. Good impression after 8 years of absence!
