I highly recommend Freiner! We needed some plumbing work done and I was referred by a friend. I submitted a form to request an estimate on a Friday and they came that Tuesday and were able to start right away. We then found some surprise plumbing work in our renovation and they were able to do that work as well and quickly! They did it in one day and the workers are incredibly nice and professional. I was very pleased with this service. They will now be our go-to plumber when we need any work done. I was highly impressed by the professionalism and quick service.

The replaced a failed water heater under warranty -- cost me over $900. Which seems excessive given it was a product they installed that failed. Will be using other vendors in the future.

My wife and I have owned homes and businesses in Belmont since 1972; and in these 47 years we have patronized many plumbing and HVAC firms in and near Belmont. In 2005, we found Freiner Co.; and we have never felt a need to look further. Freiner & Co. has been good, competent, knowledgeable, conscientious, careful, trustworthy, prompt, responsible, responsive, even friendly :-) What more can I say? Whats not to like? I dont know why more people have not written reviews of Freiner & Co. for Google. I know that plenty of people have reviewed Freiner for Angies List. (I probably did; but I dont recall; Im 76 y.o.)

I work in the private school environment where expectations and demands are high all the time. I have worked with Freiner Company for many years and they have always exceeded our expectations. When called for any type of emergency (which most of our work is) the only answer I have come to expect is Im on my way That is invaluable to me. You cannot go wrong with Freiner.

It is true that you can expect a prompt response from the company, but if you are ordinary home owner, stay away. This company use to work with organizations and pricing is made appropriately. If you think that replacement of the washing machine valve should take 3 hours ( they are charging per hour) and should cost $860, then you can hire them. To be honest, yes, it was emergency call on Sunday ( which was charged for $250 only for Sunday visit), but still, the price charged for the work done, was way over the top. Needless to say, when I called back trying to re-negotiate this invoice, no one will return your call.

Ive used Freiner Company for about 30 years. Theyve always been prompt, courteous, clean (not unimportant!) and theyve responded quickly to all kinds of plumbing disasters. Recommended highly.
