I was hit by a young lady with Fred Loyola insurance. A month and a half later numerous Loyola lies, no call backs, say the can’t find claim, said they left messages and didn’t. Assured my manager he would call me back with answers at 8am next day.. didn’t!, adjuster made numerous claims messages left when they were not. They’ve excepted liability but will only pay me 50% so I have to get an attorney to get minor car repairs done.If this would let me give a zero it would be a -0 this is absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life! My attorney is filing charges tomorrow.

The agent was very helpful and made a point to answer every question I had and she truly sealed the deal for me on switching from My big name insurance agent of 5 years to them.Geico may offer savings, But I saved alot more than expected on a monthly fee than I ever expected😊!Thanks nice young lady at The Walmart in Bellmead, Tx for making my day😊. Give them a try, it was worth it for me!

They keep changing the policys way to much at first I was only paying 40 and now they made it go up to 100..and its only liability. The people are nice its just the company that is not right now I know why everyone always cancel with them.

I have cheap sevice through them they placed the wrong order the first time but quickly fixed the problem nice people just smells funny inside other than that highly recomended. Always remiding me when insurance is due.

Insurance companies suck but these guys arent bad. And nowhere has cheaper rates, PERIOD!
