This place is as good as everyone says. While I cant speak for the detailing (which seems to be a source of complaint), the tinting is incredible. I took my Toyota 86 in, spoke to Tyler, scheduled a date and a few hours later I had amazing and gorgeous dark windows. I had some concerns about some bubbling when I picked it up, but they assured me it was temporary and would cure smooth. Sure enough, when we took it out Sunday, the windows were clear. The heat that comes in from the sun has been significantly reduced. I highly recommend Tint Lady!

These guys are awesome. From the moment I first spoke to Eric on the phone, I knew that these guys were the real deal. True professionals. Eric very clearly went over all the options and prices over the phone. When I came in for my appointment Eric and the female employee, I dont remember her name, were very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the process. I got the driver side and passenger side front windows tinted. They told me it would take about two and a half hours but it only took 2 hours, which was great! I cant say enough good things about these guys. If you are in Whatcom County this is definitely the best place to go!

As a window film installer, I love to inspect other peoples film installs. And today I had a customer bring me his 2018 Ford Raptor for just the visor to be done. As I looked over the front doors that had been done I was pleasantly surprised with such an amazing job that was done. Wow! I couldnt be happier about the thorough job done on my interior and headlights, but the customer service was great! I didnt think that the years of dirt on my arm rest would come out...it did. I didnt think my headlights would look brand new again (because other places said they couldnt do it)...but they are. SO happy with the job and would highly recommend this business to anyone else!

Wow! I wish I had before and after pictures. I have been doing what I thought was pretty good job of cleaning the car. Decided to get a professional job since we might be selling it or trading it in. I cannot believe how perfectly clean it was when I picked it up. Every part of it looks brand new. The real challenge was to get rid of the dog hair. They did that too. I cannot say enough about the great job these folks do of cleaning your car. It is worth every dollar.

I took my new (used) car to Tint Lady a couple weeks back to get my windows tinted, and they did a phenomenal job. But that is not why I chose to write a review. When I bought the car, it had a sharp door ding on the drivers side. I saw that Tint Lady offered paintless dent repair and out of curiosity asked what they would estimate to fix it at my tinting appointment. After hearing their offer, I brought my car to three other shops to see what others would estimate. Everywhere I took it I was told they would need to rip off my door, sand off the paint, fix the dent, then rip off my BACK door, sand off the paint, and repaint both doors to match...they estimated upwards of $700-$1,000 in repairs. My first question was always, why cant you do paintless dent repair? It always seemed to come down to the fact that they were not practicing it enough to try or thought the dent was too deep. I was a bit nervous taking it to Tint Lady after hearing the other shops all say the same things, but at 1/3 of the others estimated costs I wanted to give it a go. THANK GOD FOR TINT LADY! Their work was absolutely FLAWLESS, not to mention the incredible customer service. These are genuine, hard working people. They know what theyre doing and are not going to rip you off - cant say that about a lot of places in town. Highly recommend and will forever be a loyal customer! I only wish I had taken a before picture. Dent was in the body line on the drivers door. Like it was never there!

Tint - great / Customer service - great / exterior detail - not great.Paid for clay bar, polish, and wax. And have them one step a section with scratches. I feel like all they did was a good hand wax job. I dont think they ever clay barred it. And now Im not sure the even one stepped the section. As the scratches are still as prominent as ever.They did offer to have me come back in and make it right. But I just couldnt see how the same guys that did this work, could do better.Really bummed about this one. As the last 2 or 3 experiences with TL have been phenomenal.😕

Left a half gallon of milk In my car in 80 degree weather needless to say it exploded rotten milk all over the seats, carpet, trunk everything. everything smelled like death. I was ready to sell the car!! Jesse (the main man) helped me out. took an extra day to make sure car was clean and then some! I have a 1 year old child I couldnt have rotten milk and bacteria around her. so this was important. he went above and beyond to get the job done. I will NEVER go anywhere else. there is a reason they have so many good reviews. honest. hard working people here. all I can say is thank you thank you. I will refer everyone to tint lady. Ive had a rock chip repaired here. a year ago. still great. got windows tinted here. they are amazing. affordable as well. they do it all.

Not very pleased with the results today. I paid $385 for lifetime warranty film, and an additional strip across the windshield of my F-150 Super Crew. I was in a hurry to leave to meet a customer when I picked up the truck, so I took a quick walk around with the gentleman who worked the counter and left. A few blocks down the road and I notice my Auto dim mirror is unplugged, and the harness plug is dangling from the headliner. No problem, a minor thing to overlook. I met my customer and headed home to load some tools into back seat the truck. Open the door, and all three of the rear seat headrests are laying on the floor on the rubber floor mats, which are dirty. There is also the cap of their glass cleaner underneath the rear seat. This is a problem, and causes me to take a very close look at everything. Im familiar with the tint process, so I know there can be bubbles or streaks under the film for a day or two until the solution used to apply the film dries out. The bottom edge of the windshield strip has a wrinkle, barely visible from the inside of the truck, but very noticeable from the outside. By this time they are closed, and are closed on Sunday. I sent them an email with photos, I will update and edit my review accordingly to the response I get.***Edit*** Changed review from 1 to 3 stars.First thing Monday morning, before they were even open, I received a call from them. I got an apology, and asked to bring the vehicle in to be inspected. Upon arrival, we looked at the flaws, I received another apology, and scheduled to bring it in to have the windshield tint stripped, and replaced entirely.Will update again upon completion.

I had them Tint the Windows of my 2013 Hyundai Elantra shortly after I purchased it. It has been 6 years now and the Tinted Windows are still in PERFECT Condition! They did a good job and use High Quality Materials.

They have an amazing attention to detail, and if you see something they happened to miss, theyll fix it right away. They even gave us a lift to a local Starbucks so we could get some work done while they detailed the car.

Best tint shop in Whatcom County. It might be cheaper elsewhere but youll pay way more going to place that gives you no warranty and puts the tint on wrong so it ends up turning purple and bubbling up within a year or 2. They do detailing too. 👍

5 star experience again! I just purchased a new car and took it in for tinting. In the past I had exceptional service with previous vehicles. They were quick and efficient, and when my car needed a couple pieces of tint redone (never had that happen before) they took care of it free of charge and really helped me out. Even driving me to and from a place so I can do my errands while they work on my car.One of their tinters even dropped his keys in my car and gave me a bunch of free car wash tickets just because I found them! They didnt have to! But they did.Thats the honest, great customer service youll get when you come to Tint Lady.

I went to The Tint Lady about a month ago to have my windows tinted on my new car and all I can say is that I was extremely impressed both in the professionalism of the work and of the company as a whole. They were able to get all five of my windows tinted in what felt like a short amount of time and when they were finished I left extremely satisfied with the quality of the work. There were no bubbles, no tears, no visible mistakes of any kind and the car was given back to me cleaner than when i gave it to them. After a month with the windows the tint is still flawless. It has not shown any sign of damage or wear and it is as dark as the day I had it done. Overall, The Tint Lady is absolutely the place that I would suggest for anyone to go and have their windows tinted if they want an extremely professional and high quality result. Even the price was below what I was expecting.

This place rocks. I took my Mazda 3 in today to have a full tint job done and it turned out incredible. It truly transformed the look of my car! To top it off the whole staff made you feel like family from the moment I walked through the door. They let you watch them while they work and have nothing to hide. I tinted my windows here about 2 years ago. It was cheaper than I expected it to be at the time and so far I havent seen ANY peeling. They also got it done the same day. What more can you ask for?

These guys have been awesome from day one. I stopped by Tint Lady the day that I had my mechanic preform a pre-purchase inspection on a used truck I was considering buying. The truck was in great shape except the interrior was very dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke and dog. Adam took plenty of time to check out the truck and answer all my questions. He also took the time to write me up a price quote so I could negotiate a better price on the truck when I got back to the dealership. After I bought the truck the good folks at Tint Lady did a prefect job of cleaning the inside of my truck (Upholstery Extraction,Detail and Ozonator) and they made my yellow foggy headlights look brand new by restoring them. Im also incredibly pleased with the amazing tint job they put on my truck. Im now driving around in a 2007 Toyota Tundra that looks and smells like a brand new truck. All this at a very reasonable price and phenomenal customer service. Thank you again for your help Tint Lady!

I live 80 miles away but i needed a paintless dent job done on my wifes 2015 Honda Accord. I put the dents in it, so I wanted to fix it right : ) We come up here to help my mom and sister, so we set up a time and dropped off the car, and my dog Rosey and I ambled off for a walk! We spotted a doe that looked like it was going to cross Sunset and Rosey kind of herded it into a stand of trees and it wound up in back of Lowes where I hope someone knew who to call, We made it back to Tint Lady in about 3 hrs, and the car looked beautiful, The $ was right, the people were nice, and I would recommend them to anyone and would use their services again myself except not with my wifes car, because she doesnt let me drive it anymore!!!!
