First impressions with a company are very important. It can make or break a new customer. Gerardo has put Grabriel Vatkin a league above all of the other insurance agencies and companies Ive talked to in the last 2 months looking for a new insurance company. What he did, nobody else did: he made it feel like we were friends and I believe he provided me with a policy hed provide for his own family. What he did better than everyone else: he listened to what I wanted, asked questions instead of assuming, and delivered information, quotes, and answers faster than anyone else. I started my process around 12PM today, got a quote, took a nap, made my decision and recieved my temporary insurance cards before 3PM. I was with Geico for 12 years but their customer service and pricing gouged me. I am confident that I will be with Allstate a very long time especially if Gerardo is my rep.
