I made an appointment Sat 27 for Monday 29 at 3pm. Showed up 10 mins early just in case I could start early didnt get started until 4:30!!!! BAD BAD customer service. What made it worse is that people kept coming in to make payments and clerk on duty would just stop what she was doing to service that one customer. Horrible experience!!! Go somewhere else!!!!

They do have the cheapest . I get 6-month coverage at a time. I would give them more stars, but I had one really rude service agent that had no respect or time for her job or me.

Please train your employees properly on customer service.
