Greg did an incredible job. There really was virtually no dust.Summary:-On time, respectful-Clear communicator-Dust-free-Efficient-Competitive pricing-Thorough job, done wellHe was on time every single time and was good about communicating his timing or other commitments. If he had another appointment, he would be clear about that when he arrived and he would let us know an expected job time each day. There were a couple times where he finished before I returned home (when I was running errands, lets say), and he closed the door and cleaned up.I wish I had a better before photo, so enjoy a photo including my dog. We wanted to maintain the floors but needed to refinish them because there was sun damage from the previous owners and you could see where their large rug used to be. Nothing terrible, but it could only be fixed by sanding the floors and refinishing them. Greg eventually told us that it looked like the job before was done by the owner (or someone else who didnt really know what they were doing).There was also existing damage to some boards in the corners of the rooms and he was very clear about it being an extra cost. He found these after he had started the job. He gave us the option to redo them - gave us counsel but did not pressure us one way or the other. (We did have them replaced because we wanted to do it right!)The floors before were an orange-ish color and since we were only refinishing them and not staining them, I was surprised at how beautiful they turned out. I did not realize how beautiful the natural color of the floor was. It was worth every penny and his price was competitive.Lastly, Ill mention that the rooms had been freshly painted and I asked him to be respectful of the new baseboards and he absolutely was.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our floors came out amazing! Greg did a great job and was able to complete all the flooring throughout the majority of our house in just 10 days. He was flexible and willing to help us out with cumbersome furniture that needed to be moved - allowing us to do one story of the house at a time rather than having to clear everything out at once. He even stayed late one night to ensure the work was completed on schedule. Were extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend Fayton Floors (and already have to several members of our family who are considering their own flooring projects).

Greg did a fantastic job on my hardwood floors. They were the 60’s honey oak and pretty worn down. He refinished them with a dark walnut stain. They seriously look brand new. I highly recommend Greg and his team!

Greg did a great job on our floors. He took his time and made sure everything was perfect. Very little dust, which was awesome! We went from Oak colored floors to a grey floors and they turned our great! We are very pleased!

I looked into this company based on the previous 5 star reviews and wanted to stay local. Greg responded to my online inquire the day I reached out and came out to my house on a Sunday (4th of July weekend!). He offered to move around his schedule in order to have the floors done by the time we moved in (2 weeks timeframe) which was beyond my expectations.Things did start off rocky due to miscommunication, but Greg was professional. We talked and was able to redirect and overall, I couldnt be happier. He called every day to check in on their progress and was able to get the floors done a day before promised! He even came out an extra day to refinish 6 boards he wasnt happy with. (I probably wouldnt have been the wiser) This was my first time working with a contractor and Im so glad Faytons Floors and Greg was who I went with. He has pride in his work and it truly shows.
