The battery died and would not start, even after several jumping attempts.They came and got the car started in under a minute and gave me options on next steps. I felt safe, taken care of and understood. We got the car out of the garage and it was taken to my repair shop.After about 15 minutes, I realized I had left my apartment keys somewhere in the car. I called in a panic and was told no problem-they’ll look and swing by with my keys. Sure enough, within five minutes, they came back with a smile.I can’t recommend them enough. This is certainly not the experience that I was expecting from a tow company. Over the phone and in person when they showed up at the scene of my accident, the driver was composed, professional and extremely helpful. He made me feel safe, and advised me to sit in the tow truck while he loaded my car and swept up the parts of my car that were all over the street. The tow truck driver first drove me to my home and then continued to tow my car to its final destination. I will never forget how this experience, first of all because this was the first accident that I was ever involved in but also because of their professionalism. I am so pleased with A&H Towing! They had to pick up my Jeep from a dealership that was less than helpful, the driver spent an extra 45 minutes with them trying to find my Jeep. I spent a week and a half trying to get rid of a car that would cost more than its value to get working properly. Two junk car removal services and a donation site flaked on me, and eventually I called these guys on the off chance they they could help. They had it handled and gone in two hours. Normally I dont do reviews, but I appreciated the way they took a situation that had been dragging on and just resolved it.

Keenan came and towed my car on April 29th, 2020. He would have been right on time if I hadn’t given him the wrong address first (whoopsie). He was so extremely professional, polite, and friendly in person and over the phone. I’m sure I’ll need to have my car towed again at some point, and I won’t do business with anyone other than A & H. I recently needed to move a large mechanic’s toolbox (probably 1500 lbs) from my former place of work to my home garage. I have quite a large sum of money tied up in this box and tools, so I was concerned about getting it moved safely. Kenan from Arrow and Hook did a great job getting it loaded up and moved to my home without damage, and was a great guy to chat with as well. I would definitely use his services again in the future!

I needed to get my very low, vintage Italian sports car from the Bellevue area to a shop almost 50 miles away. I chose A&H after seeing all of the positive reviews and having a conversation with Kenan about my situation. Kenan arrived on time and studied the car and the situation before starting to load. He came prepared with extra ramps and spent over 30 minutes to slowly and carefully get the car on the flatbed without scraping the front end. He did a great job and I would heartily recommend A&H for flat bedding valuable and specialty cars.

I called for emergency roadside service for my customer. I am not a dispatcher, I am an Allstate agent and sought to get help for my customer. After my first 20 second phone call I was told that your company could help. After calling MY customer back and assuring them you could help, I was let down when I called back to book and was hung up on. HUNG UP ON. So please step off your victim-filled soap box and accept responsibility for your actions. I found someone else that came out immediately despite your imcompetence after promising you could help.

This was by far the best road side assistance I’ve ever received and I’ve had quit a few. Arrow and hook went above and beyond and expectations I had when getting my vehicle towed. Called to book a simple lock out service and was told a 2 hr wait but then called back to book and he declined! So unprofessional. Avoid at all costs

Was the only company that would help me out being stuck on a slushy road. Did not take his day out on me like the other companies I talked to. He even helped me out by putting air in my tire afterwards! Service was incredible, very nice guy!
