Dr. O’Connell deserves the highest praise. I have been seeing Dr. O’Connell for 2 years, he is knowledgeable and professional listens to you and answers all your questions and concerns. He takes notes for every treatment and makes adjustment if needed based on my healing.

I never write reviews but wanted to share. Facility - super sleek, modern, and clean. Staff is very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. OConnell is great to talk with about technology as well as adjunct methods to achieve my body goals. Im writing specifically about EMSCULPT NEO and my abdominal region. I have had 3 of 4 of the treatments and already feeling and seeing great toning effect. I have 1 more to go but I am very happy. I want to start off by saying that it’s extremely discouraging to see reviews that just seem so fake.. I know everyone has their own experience but speaking from mine, I can only say positive things! The staff are extremely friendly, the space is clean and comfortable (and they are even moving to a bigger office this month!), and the results are great! I went in for 6 laser hair removal sessions and have seen about 85% permanent hair loss in my treated areas. For the most part, I had a painless experience, nothing unbearable for me but it does get more painful as you bear the end (laser is stronger and more focused). But, they do offer numbing cream if you feel you need it! I never used it though. Definitely don’t need it for the first session. The consultation was also informative and I never felt unsafe or in the company of inexperienced technicians. Special shoutout to Michelle who does a great job! I would absolutely (and already have) recommend this place for laser hair removal!

My experience at Serenity Rejuvenation Center has been exceedingly positive so far. I am approaching 6 sessions and every visit has been a delight. The staff are welcoming and Dr. Steve takes care to be as informative as can be with the process to ensure I have clarity. The facility is clean and neat. The location has enough parking and I havent experienced trouble parking in this neighborhood of Bellevue. The procedure has been breeze and I am happy with the aftercare each visit as it is not a too troublesome with my daily tasks. Dr. Steve was thorough with the process to ensure optimum results. Did laser hair removal at Serenity. Everyone was very professional and nice at the office. I saw a great improvement on my upper and lower lip. Always sent me reminders. Have a tried a few other places before and had much better results here.

This place is amazing! From the building, staff and the advanced care and practices they offer! This was my first tattoo removal and i made search to research and find the best place. I heard many great things and also saw so many great stories of people who had their tattoo removed there. I noticed that other places did not show pictures and offer any stories. This was a big deal for me going in and i was more than impressed once i arrived. The lady at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helped me book the appointment. She was very kind and sweet and really made me feel at home. I then met the doctor who was very informative and caring. He explained the different processes and how things would go during my procedures. I am someone who asks A LOT of questions and not one time did I ever feel like i asked too many questions and he answered every single one with a tremendous amount of patience. The procedure itself was great! I have heard so many stories about the pain you have when getting a removal and did not feel that way AT ALL. The pain was minimal and the results are definitely worth it! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for tattoo removal or any of the other amazing services they provide. Best experience!

So, I’m a redhead, which means that I freckle just looking out a window. I went in for an IPL laser procedure reduce my freckles to “cute level” instead of “overload.” This worked fabulously! I was communicated what I would experience, what I would see in the next coming days, and what results would be expected. This operation isn’t like the huge medical spas, and I liked it because I felt like there was extreme focus on my needs that could directly be relayed to the doctor. I’ll certainly be returning for my facial vanity needs.

Doctor OConnell and his wife run a beautiful, upscale medical spa with all the best, state of the art equipment. I have been to the doctor for three tattoo removal sessions, and its working. Im going to be returning for all my permanent hair reduction needs as well. Highly recommend.

Back in 2019 I met with Dr. Steve for the first time to try to gauge different options for tattoo removal in the greater Seatle area and I was blown away. He and his wife were very nice, down to earth, and in-depth in their explanations of the laser removal process, the science, etc. I really like how they check in with you throughout the process to make sure youre both on the same page about what youre doing. Im 2 sessions into a sleeve lightening procedure on some heavy ink and Ill be able to post my results when I finish sometime next year. Tattoo removal is a long and expensive process, and these guys price extremely fairly compared to other clinics in Seattle. Ive been to clinics that give me $1600 per session quotes on smaller areas with absolutely no explanation about the process and a technician who isnt interested in your needs at all. These people are great and if youre in WA looking for tattoo removal, these folks are the best. Thanks guys!

I am a returning customer and very displeased. I tried making an appointment and the receptionist quoted me $399 for 3 laser sessions. I went on Groupon and they had the same deal for $165! I purchased the Groupon and she told me I wouldn’t be able to use it because I’m a returning customer. It does not state that anywhere on the groupons. I have no idea who I was talking to because she wouldn’t leave her name at the end of her emails. On google the times of business are incorrect.

I literally have noy worn antiperspirant in 90 days. I had post op lumpiness, which they told me that I would I have - however - completely resolved. I recently visited Serenity Rejuvenation Center, fpr questions about body sculpting touch up. I have been to Serenity 6 years ago and had coolsculpting done with nice results. I thought I would come and do a repeat coolsculpting, as I have gained some weight and getting older. Dr. OConnell and the front office sat me down and we discussed a new option that they recently added. EmSculpt NEO. The presentation was that it was mor at redution, and building muscle, while tightening skin. I did the recommenended 4 treatments one week apart - and now I am waiting for 4 -6 weeks for full result. I have to say that already - my pants are loose, I see more muscle tone, and I am just thrilled. I have to say that for me, emsculpt Neo is superior than coolsculpting. I am glad that they offered this as an alternative approach. Oh and by the way, the costwas less than what I spent 6 years ago on coolsculpting. Thank you so much and Ill see you in follow up.

I got the hydra facial for $250 and it didn’t do much for me. After my appointment I wiped my face with a makeup remover wipe and the wipe picked up dirt and oil. I’ve gotten a hydra facial before from another spa and it made my skin look incredible but the one from Serenity was not good at all. I called and told management and they said they couldn’t do anything except give me another treatment that I would need to pay for. I wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s expensive, not very professional and the service I got was not satisfactory.

Dr. O’Connell has made my initial experience with tattoo removal very pleasurable. He clearly has in-depth knowledge of laser treatments and is willing to answer all questions. After one session it is hard to see the results, but I can update this once I see how the treatment progress is going. looking forward to the journey ahead.

Experienced an excellent gentle Doctor with sweet assistant who did a very efficient job on my tattoo removal

I went in for Laser IPL treatment to reduce redness and for evening skin tone/lessening light scares. However, afterwards, my beard started regrowing very patchy, and now has permanent hair removal baldness along my beard... I did not go in for laser hair removal, and was not notified that IPL would remove my facial hair permanently. If I had been disclosed this information, I would not have undergone IPL. I reached out a few weeks after treatment and did not hear back. I still have not heard back almost 2months later and still have permanent hair loss along my face. I thought this was significantly unprofessional and I should have been notified that IPL would ruin my facial hair permanently prior to treatment. Please avoid as I dont think they were very honest to me and wouldnt respond to my concerns and now I have permanent facial hair damage :/

I am amazed at the complete resolution of my tattoo after 6 treatments. It was ex husbands name- and have been in second marriage so it was a huge deal with us. The whole process was stellar - its a time commitment - but saved my current marriage- thank you Dr. OConnell, and Young for the experience. Ill be back for other services.

Parking was ample, front desk was professional, doctor did a thorough consultation, and the nurse or technician seemed very good. The procedure itself didnt hurt as much as I had read that it might. I have had several cool sculpting treatments (arms, legs and stomach) and am pleased with the outcome. The down to earth nature of Doctor and Youngree is pleasant and comfortable. They take the time to listen to your needs and work diligently to accomplish them without hesitation and will listen to your concerns. I feel their goal is to make sure the patient is completely satisfied. I felt very taken care of at Serenity.

I have had a great experience with laser hair removal here. I had a total of 9 treatments on my back but I achieved the 90 % plus reduction that I was hoping for. The staff have been great from start to finish. I will be back for other services. The doctor actually performed the first several treatments himself, followed by the last 4 treatments with the same technician. The front desk/manager- I have dealt with each time I have been there has been nothing but professional as well. I actually booked a coolsculpting next week and am excited for that.

This place is a SCAM!!!!!. STAY AWAY!!!! Got the 6 laser treatment, where on two of them they did a horrible job, so I had to go back for touch ups. After my 6th treatment they doubled the price if I wanted to purchase more sessions. They dont care about the quality or customer satisfaction. They just want your money. They will do poor job, so you buy more sessions from them.

Interestingly I met Dr. OConnell as a botox client in 2012- and loved the service and the vibe there at Serenity Rejuvenation Center. I ended up working there as a nurse for a couple of years - then moved out of the state for husbands job, but we are now back in the area. I presented with complaint of 5 children abdominal child birth and loose skin. Dr. OConnell and Young his assistant - talked me through the options. I had a series of 4 Radiofrequency/microneedling sessions . The dr. was awesome at explaining the technology- over my head a bit, however he truly knows his profession, and explained very well. It was the most academic consultation I have ever experienced. ( even though I am a nurse practioner ) but yeah amazing results. Young is so sweet and they clearly work well together . I am a loyal consumer of Dr. OConnell and his staff. I have several other items on my wish list that I will trust them with in the future.! I interviewed three different facilities that offer Miradry procedure for sweating. Only at one did the doctor do the consultation and the procedure - Anyway I was impressed with the presentation from Dr. OConnell- so I booked two days later . Front desk was great, as far as scheduling, timing, an appointment reminder, and follow up. The treatment did involve injectable numbing - The procedure was painless. The overall experience was 5 star . Most importantly the sweat was gone the next day. I had swelling and lumpiness as the DR. explained. But I am ecstatic as I have not used antiperspirant a single day in 90 days. A god send. Thank you so much Serenity Rejuvenation Center ! I have since referred a couple friends for the service. Dr. OConnell and his assistant (Youngree )were so nice and made me very comfortable with my first IPL treatment.Doctor was very professional and took time to explain the procedure and what results were expected to happen, including darken brown spots (not to be scared!)He communicated with me entire time during the treatment so that I feel comfortable knowing that what was going on my face (big flashy bright lights!) and told me this might feel a bit of pain whenever sensitive spots were treated such as around mouth.Luckily, I felt almost not pain! I think that its due to the skill of the doctor and preparation played a huge role into that. (prep= numbing cream and being relaxed)I would go back to them with same treatment, if needed.Or any other treatments that I might consider to be done in a future!

Honestly I’m very surprised how this place has good reviews. I was greeted with no one walking in for my appointment. The technician did not seem prepared and confident in what she was doing. I called multiple times to get a receipt, and never received one after two weeks of calling. I’ve gone to the center and the doors were locked in the middle of the work day. Do not come here for laser hair removal!

The office that we went to - the lighting was perfect, relaxed, quiet, and the two of them clearly work well as a team. Its way too early to project about results. I added areas based on my desires -and comfort and trust with the two of them, and we did partial treatment today and will continue next week. My review at this point is based on kindness, knowledge, thoroughness, and ease of the process. Very comfortable coming back to doctor stephen and young for appointment next weeek!

It has been over 5 years since I have been to Serenity Rejuvenation Center. I came in August 2020, and was pleasantly welcomed by Young and Dr. OConnell whom I had met 5 years ago and is great by the way.I came for one laser hair treatment touch up and Crystal was also great. Its been a few years so I also decided to add some botox for the first time, which I am also delighted with! I cannot say enough about the high caliber precision this place offers, combined with professionalism, and staying up with the trends in technology! If I could give 10 stars I would.By the way - my initial review from June 2015- which Yelp it looks like placed in the filter for whatever reason:To provide some background, I had little hair to start with, or at least less than average. Prior to coming to Serenity I also was waxing for a long time, where a wax would last around a month or so and my skin never irritated from either hard or soft wax.I was super nervous coming in because Ive never had laser hair removal done and on places sensitive such as my face, I was nervous laser removal would leave a scar. I also have naturally tan skin, another factor that I believed made me a candidate for negative results.The staff was very kind and helped ease my nervousness with facts, case stories, and careful preparation. The process hurts a bit. If you think about getting a tattoo, thats kind of how it felt.Riana performed my first procedure and she was great! Super nice and calm, helped ease the nervousness.The results have been awesome. After my first treatment my hair was nearly all gone. After my second, the results were definitely not as dramatic, but I can still tell hair is slowly disappearing. Typically they recommend six treatments, but I imagine I will need less after how my results are going so far. Thanks so much Serenity Ill be back for all laser hair removal needs!

New Year - new me? Right? Yeah - perhaps. I have been aware of Coolsculpting for a few years and just to obusy to actually follow through. My lifestyle consistent. Just getting older. I decided this year I was going to check it out. Money isnt an issue for me, however I did my due diligence and did two consults in Bellevue. I just felt more comfortable with a physician doing the consultation breaking things down in a very clear manner and not a high sales (bubble gum) pressure environment at all. I just liked Dr. OConnell - so actually proceeded to do the treatment that day. I felt well informed- office clean, very professional- and easy - with no pressure at all. It just felt right. Thumbs up on presentation and I look forward to the results!

I got the Mira-dry treatment done to eliminate sweat and odor and my experience was so amazing! I was really nervous because of reviews I read and watched online prior to my treatment and after getting the treatment I can say I wish I had never watched those. I nearly backed out of doing the procedure because of them. But I am beyond thankful I followed thru! The procedure itself was practically painless..maybe two spots on each underarm that I felt the laser on and they were tolerable and only lasted seconds. The numbing was the most pain and even that was not considered painful. A few pokes in each underarm. After the treatment I got very swollen and I am on week three of recovery and still have some swelling and lumps but not major, everyday it gets better. I am beyond happy with my results. I havent worn deodorant once since the procedure. This is so worth it and I can honestly say life-changing. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience!

I’d love to share my experience. I worked here long enough to see the unstable behavior from the staff( the doctor and his wife). After my training was over I was given a position to work here after they fired an employee for feeling scared of the doctor. They tried to give me her hours but I decided to refuse the position because of the way they treated her and because the doctors wife Youngfree was practicing laser hair removal on lots of clients WITHOUT a license. SO dangerous and unprofessional. Once I heard about this I knew I could not work here. My job is to help people so I would never want to be in a position of knowing someone could get hurt and not do anything about it. I was very disappointed in them as I was so excited to work at serenity rejuvenation center. So in the end I would not recommend getting treated here because they are not practicing right and I feel bad for anyone who has to be an employee here cause they could get their license taken away for even being apart of the scam. Everyone I knew around me quit also because we all saw the danger of what was going on here. Just be aware! Also the doctor is saying he didn’t offer me a position but I have texts to show me being offered the position and me respectfully declining it. I wasn’t going to write anything but once the doctor started harassing me about staying quiet, now I won’t. I’m not someone you can bully. Do things the right way and you won’t have to cover your tracks doctor. Here is a screenshot to prove it!I worked a full month here and during so I treated and talked to MANY patients that specifically told me they were treated by only Youngree(who does not have a license). There was times I came in with a mirror hanging in the room, if she was trained she would know how dangerous that is because a laser could hit off of it and hurt someone. This is why it is so important to be trained. All of the employees have complained and we have all talked about how horrible of a work environment it is. I am genuinely so disappointed in the doctor. It’s embarrassing to work in the same industry as him. It’s comical that he calls me a “kid” when I know better then to have someone who isn’t licensed working with a laser. Here is some advice doctor: Grow up, stop harassing your employees who are starting to talk about how you treated them and the scam you are running. I feel genuinely bad that you have to live in fear constantly of your business getting shut down and you have to constantly cover your tracks. Sad. Be honorable and do things the right way.

I had one session of PicoSure treatment with the clinic and the result is fine. However, the doctor doesnt seem to care about his own business.I got rescheduled last minute on the first consultation. The front desk cant even find the follow-up appointment even though I get the text msg confirmation from their system. I got rescheduled again. Then on the day of the follow-up treatment, I got another last minute reschedule.So I cancelled and the front desk doesnt seem to care either. If they dont care, like the words from their own mouth: Im fine with it too.

Dr. OConnell is amazing at what he does. Ive been seeing him for hyperpigmentation on my face for the last year and have noticed a dramatic difference in color and size of spots. Before I went to see Dr. OConnell at Serenity Rejuvenation Center in Bellevue I suffered with profuse underarm sweat but just out of my right armpit. This went on for more than ten years. I was soaked every morning just driving from my home to the office. No physical activity at all and I went through hundreds of shirts over the years. The odor was horrible as well. So finally a few months back I heard about Dr. OConnell with Serenity Rejuvenation Center in Bellevue and a procedure called MiraDry. Its a laser procedure that stops sweating and odor issues and I am all better now after more than 10 years of not having a clue what to do. Thank you Dr. OConnell and thank you Serinity and MiraDry. I would recommend people to Serenity. I am happy to the PicoSure treatment. All the staff and Dr. OConnell are nice and friendly. Assistance always make sure I am comfortable during the procedure. The procedure is little pain at the first treatment. The second time is way better. I am sure will be back to have the PicoSure treatment and recommend to anyone who want to remove dark spot.

I am having Picosure treatments for dark spots on my face. Dr OConnell does terrific work. I am super pleased with the outcome so far. Overall, I rated Serenity Rejuvenation Center 4 stars due to poor communication of scheduling snafus. Otherwise the treatment is 5 star.

I first visited Serenity after purchasing a Groupon for 3 sessions at an amazing price. I had no idea what to expect during my treatment, but the technician walked me through the what would happen there and what I could expect both immediately after and long-term. Youre supposed to shave before your treatment and when that hair grew back, it grew back much slower, thinner, and I saw a great improvement each time.It may be just my built up tolerance from waxing, but the treatment didnt even hurt. They use a cold air that cools you at the same time as the laser so youll never feel uncomfortable. The treatment only lasted 5 minutes max - much faster than waxing! After my 3 session were up, I went back for 3 more (6 are recommended for best results) because the price is just a great deal, even without the Groupon, and Im so so happy with my results.The staff was always very friendly and efficient, which helped make the experience great all around!

I went to Serenity Rejuvenation Center in October of 2019 for a consultation for the Mira Dry treatment. I was really nervous but felt like the procedure was necessary as my under arm sweating was out of control. Dr. OConnell and his staff were able to answer all of my questions and ease my anxiety. The procedure went how it was explained and Dr. OConnell and his staff made me as comfortable as possible. Dr. OConnell followed up with a call a few days after. It was greatly appreciated to have the extra support. I highly recommend at least a consultation at this facility as there was no pressure, just good information.

This work environment is completely unprofessional. You ask why?1. The receptionist and wife of the doctor, Has no license to be working with lasers, Meaning she could easily hurt or blind a patient.3. The Doctor has serious anger problems and probably needs to take some angry management classes. He scares all of the staff and patients that are there.4. The Doctor is very touchy and feely to his staff, Which completely makes them uncomfortable.This place needs to be completely shutdown and reported. Do NOT work at this place. And I do not recommend going to the place, It could cost you getting seriously injured.

I visited Serenity Rejuvenation Center early November 2019 for consultation and botox treatment as I heard through friends that Dr. OConnell was a skilled injector. I found the facility clean. Staff were friendly. Dr. OConnell did a thorough consultation for my forehead wrinkles. I found him to be kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We did get before pictures as well. I decided to proceed. The procedure went well. I followed up yesterday at the three week mark and we took photos again. I am very satisfied with the result. I am also happy that - apparently we achieved the resulted with a smaller dose then recommended. I will be back !

Having any type of medical procedure where there is a risk of complications means that I want nothing but the best! I have gone to several places for Botox and am so happy that I found Serenity Rejuvenation Center in Bellevue! Dr. O’Connell is really good at what he does, and it shows in my results and the loyalty of his clients! He gives me honest opinions which sometimes result in me getting less units than I initially thought I needed, because he feels that its unnecessary or for the particular spot its better to go with less. I have always been very happy with the results, and feel like they last longer than they did when I use to go to other places! The price is on target, but the expertise and results are above average! +A for Bellevue Botox!

I urge you to be very careful with your treatment counts when you buy packages for series of treatments. Apparently they have a total mess with tracking payments and treatments. As they admitted themselves they keep track of payments and treatments in two separate systems! I had one more treatment left from the package of three treatments, but upon arrival the manager started convincing me that my treatments are over because I did not pay for a treatment from previous package a couple of months ago!!! After long debate they provided the treatment but left me upset and feeling like I stole from the place. Also there is a big turnover of technicians so I am looking for a new place!

I scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm and arrived at 1:50pm. The office was closed and locked. I waited around for about 15 minutes with no luck.I came a long way for this appointment and am pretty disappointed that I came all this way for nothing. I received no communication that my appointment had been cancelled or that the office would be closed.I don’t appreciate my time being wasted and would recommend others not to waste theirs at this establishment.

I had a laser hair removal appointment. The appointment went more quickly than originally estimated. With a cooling gel, the pain during the procedure was mild. My technician, Crystal, was friendly.

After only four PicoSure laser treatments my upper back tattoo is gone! The office staff are great and pricing was very fair. Hopefully I wont need additional tattoo removal work in the future, but Ill definitely return if I do!

I have had multiple procedures done here: PicoSure tattoo removal, and in about 4 sessions, I had complete removal of my tattoos. I’ve also had Botox done and with both procedures, I had good experiences with communication, assurance, and results. They are also very accommodating with scheduling, very kind, and professional. I look forward to having even more procedures done here.

I had Picosure focus for melasma 4 weeks ago and am thrilled with the results. Had follow up today-photos before and after were amazing. Parking was easy. Front desk woman was very pleasant. I wanted to share my thanks to Serenity . After having laser hair removal sessions in another country and locally at two other facilities totally 15 sessions on my face - I was still not pleased. almost no reduction in my hair growth. I tried to give a chance at one more place and chose serenity . I dont recall the doctors name, although he was very thorough and discussed in detail all the variables that can contribute to hair growth. The service from front desk, from the technicians was 5 star. I highly recommend. I have referred four of my friends and all very happy. Highly recommend .

I went here several years ago for a laser hair removal procedure on my face. Bait and switch marketing for prices, but decided to go through with it anyway. Staff was always courteous and appointments were on time which is the only reason Im giving it two stars. The hair removal procedure was completely ineffective. I have straight black hair on fair skin, which is generally considered the ideal for laser machines to work on.After 6 treatments, there was absolutely no reduction in facial hair anywhere where it was done. I did tell them this after the treatments and no additional treatments, discounts, partial refunds or explanations were offered. Im not going to speak to whether or not the staff operating the machine are qualified, I dont know enough about it to say. The negative review is purely on the lack of good service. I suppose staff may have changed over the last few years, but I would recommend getting some kind of guarantee or going elsewhere if they wont offer that. I see most of their responses to negative reviews indicate success rates vary based on genetics and hormones, but that was not information shared when I first made the appointments and I never spoke with a doctor before or after the treatments.

I have been a long time customer of Serenity. I had laser hair removal and fungal laser procedures. Dr. OConnell remembered me, even after I hadnt been there in years (deployments and long trips away). I was very impressed.The laser team there always treated me well, and were flexible with me.A few times the Doctor had family issues arise and they had to reschedule me a couple of times. That was inconvenient, and I also know that life happens. Overall, a very good experience there.

I recently came to Serenity for TMJ symptoms and a botox consultation. The parking was easy. The facility was clean, they offered me a mask for COVID-19 protection. Dr. OConnell and the staff here are great. I had an IPL facial with nice results and was finally rid of brown spots Id had over 10 years. When they found out I was a pain wimp, they offered me numbing cream - no charge - and let me wait 45 mins for it to kick in, and moved my appointment out to accommodate this. Went back for botox and was pleased with that, too. Ill be back! :)

After going thru tons of laser hair removal reviews on google and yelp, I decided to go for an info session at Serenity Rejuvenation Center and had a very informative conversation with entire staff. Initially, I was nervous and a little scared about doing it on my face, but after talking with Dr. Stephen OConnell, I was at ease. So far I have done 3 laser sessions, and Im thrilled to say that I saw a major difference and more than 50% reduction after the very first session only. I have PCOS and hirsutism so laser is my only solution to stop shaving. After 3 sessions, I have seen more than 80% reduction in hair growth and I can go without shaving for weeks, which is a major relief since I used to shave every single day. Also had a bad beard shadow which is thankfully gone. Still need more sessions and I am definitely getting laser done on other areas too. I look forward to my sessions with at Serenity. Dr. OConnell seems to be running the clinic well, as Ive had two different laser technicians and both were very versed with a similar dialogue. I used to live in Bellevue and love the area so Serenitys location is perfect for me and theres always parking available. I have already recommended Serenity to my friends and family. For quite some time, I’ve had sun spots on my face which have bothered me. I have tried using various creams and even micro needling to target them; however, none of that has been been effective. I found Dr. O’Connell on Yelp as he had amazing reviews and I decided to schedule an IPL treatment. Initially, I was scared that it would be painful, but it was completely painless! There was also no downtime at all. It has been about 2 weeks since I’ve obtained the treatment and I can definitely see great results. My skin is clearer and brighter.Before the procedure, the doctor made sure to ask about my goals and medical history. He openly advised me of the risks and benefits and answered all of my questions. Great experience overall. Thorough consultation process with Dr. OConnell process who knows his profession. Techs and front desk wonderful. Had greater that 9o percent reduction in laser hair removal in the area treated year years ago will be will reyrning soon for a different area. Serenity was recommended to me by a fellow nurse and I was very pleased with the laser hair removal services I received. Dr OConnell gave me honest advice about the services I originally requested and recommended a very satisfactory alternative. Ive completed three treatments and every visit was easy to schedule, on time, and the technicians were professional and pleasant. I am waiting a few months to see if I will even need any further treatments because Im so pleased with the results. Laser treatment is so much less painful than the years of sugaring and waxing! I have sensitive skin and I tolerated the treatments with minimal irritation lasting less than 24hrs. I wish I had made this investment years ago. I do recommend purchasing the numbing ointment, but even in the spots that I missed, it still was less painful than waxing/sugaring. I highly recommend Serenity Rejuvenation Center and hope to return for other services as well.

This place is a joke. Schedule 3 times. Made sure I was good on my side of things (child care, work, and etc.) Each time, they rescheduled with no consideration for what a potential client might have to do to schedule with them. Not even a common courtesy of apologizing for the inconvenience.Why in the world would I trust them with my physical image if they fail so bad at a simple task of scheduling...

Ive had my third session for a tattoo removal and the experience has always been exceptional! Even from my first session, I saw significant fading in the tattoo. Its relatively painless with the cold air they apply to the site and Dr. O’Connell is wonderful at making sure you are comfortable and as pain free as possible! Highly recommend coming here!

I went here for my first tattoo removal session. The doctor fit me into the schedule very quickly. He spent time explaining the PicoSure removal. He spend a good amount of time explaining aftercare. The procedure was quick and professional. I did have a lot of blistering and swelling immediately afterwards (which could be my skin). I got some results not as much as I was hoping for which is not their fault. I’ve been to other clinics with PicoSure and I just think this one was a bit more expensive. My tattoo is script so it’s not very solid. So great doctor friendly staff easy scheduling.
