Saw Olga a few weeks ago for my first ever laser treatment and she was great. I was very nervous about the process and she made me feel at ease. The process was quick and simple, no recovery time needed. She was excellent!!!! I am in love with the results. I originally wanted sun spots removed and she suggested a type of laser that would reduce the sun spots and reduce redness (reducing redness was something I never knew was possible) and it made such a huge difference in my skin. I will be back for future touch ups. Thanks Olga!!

Terrible treatment of clients. Office management did not return phone calls and provided inconsistent and inaccurate scheduling in order to avoid refunding a deposit. Hostile and confrontational office manager. Too much money at stake when there are other providers who appreciate their clients.

Saw Olga the Aesthetician for my Halo Laser!Had a great experience with her from beginning to end. Had a lot of knowledge regarding the laser and what I should expect. Was thorough and patient with me in the process and made sure I was super comfortable during. Educated me on the healing process / post care. She was awesome and I loved the Halo and my glowing skin. I have had botox twice with Dr Chiu, each time it last less than 2 months. However, my skin responds very well to botox, as multiple experienced showed me before her with different clinics.Also her filler moves around the face and wont disappear.It is not worth the money, so highly not recommended!

Ive always had a great experience with Dr. Chiu. She is knowledgeable and does not try to oversell anything. Her work with botox and fillers is superb. I always look refreshed after visiting her.

If you are looking for a cosmetic dermatologist who I’d rate the best, you can’t go wrong! Dr Chiu is has an artistic eye and is conservative with her injections. She is the only one I trust for Botox and fillers.

Prior to being seen at this clinic I did not have the best skin care regimen. I had been dealing with acne as a result of my PCOS. The providers at this clinic helped teach me the basics of skin care. They analyzed my previous regimen, skin type, and helped me formulate a skin care routine that was right for me. Even better, they carried all the products I needed in house. I never felt like they were trying to sell me anything either. All of their products were backed with scientific studies and they provided me handouts. I was willing to buy their most expensive products. Yet, they didnt even attempt to push these. They could provide explanations of why I needed what they were recommending. It has been six months since I started using the products and regimen recommended to me. My face is clearer than ever, soft, and I have a GLOW!Their product recommendations were just the start of my skin care journey. I also underwent my first laser treatments here. My favorite of which was the BBL laser. I had this treatment done before the COVID pandemic started. I absolutely loved it! The red in my cheeks went away for almost six months post treatment and my freckles lightened by about 40%. I cant wait for my next treatment with their new esthetician Olga!If youre looking to calm your acne or have a laser treatment, there is no better place to go! The staff are kind, honest, and excel at their specialty.

This place is a total rip off. The girl Nickie who is doing laser hair removal does a very superficial work without even targeting the needed areas. Please do not waste time, there are better laser places out there who will spend time with you.

Ive seen both Dr. Chiu and Dr. Linnell. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. Staff was helpful and friendly. Drove 3 hours to use them. Highly recommend for acne and cosmetic treatments.

Dr Chui is incredibly talented. She has a great eye for enhancing your natural look.

So happy with my laser treatment with Nikki, and so happy to be under the care of Dr. Chiu. Nikki was honest about short term side effects and even after one treatment my rosacea looks so much better. They have always been kind and professional and I would definitely recommend!

The Bellevue laser center is a great place. Wonderful environment. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I was a bit nervous prior to coming in. But Nicki Vaseghi was help me a lot with the whole process. She kept me in good spirits. She was really honest about the results and what i needed. And gave me choices on what she thought would be more beneficial for me in my particular case. My dark spottings on my lip has gone away and my skin texturing has improved. Will definitely be back for my next appointment. Highly reccomend these guys to anyone. Thanks Nicki, see you soon.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Chiu for about 10 years and have been completely satisfied. She’s absolutely amazing at everything from dermatology (annual mole checks, acne, etc.) to cosmetic procedures (Botox, filler, etc.). She’s a true artist and I highly recommend her. Nikki is also amazing! I find some of their prices to be a tad higher than other alternatives but I saw one of their insta posts once that said “we don’t do $8 Botox, we fix it”, and it’s so true. Especially with anything like filler, you need someone exceptional in their craft and don’t want to skimp. I highly recommend BLCC for all your skincare needs!

I booked an appointment for last Monday at 1215. Before I made the appointment, they charged me 75$ to book it which is fine. However when i went ther I was not seen or even told anything until 1250 after which I asked them how much more do I have to wait and was told that at least another 20 minutes. What bothered me was that if you are running behind by an hour, the least you can do is let people waiting know that. Monday is my only weekday off and I had to go to another appointment so I left without anyone even saying that theyre sorry or offering to reschedule.Today i called them to schedule another appointment and was told that the 75$ I paid for the last one had been applied to a missed appointment from over a year ago and I have to pay another 75$ to make a new appointment. I told the person I was talking to that nobody told me that last time I called or was there and she replied saying that it does not matter and if I want to be seen again thats the deal.,.....seriously!!!She might be a good clinician but I found their scheduling and billing very shady. I have never given a business 1 star even if I dont have the best experience but in this case, I was pushed too hard. My money taken, no one able to see me within an hour of my scheduled time and asked for more money to schedule another time.

I want to express my appreciation for the staff at Bellevue Laser and Cosmetic Center! They are courteous, professional and really make you feel welcome. I had an IPL Photofacial with Nicki the Licensed Medical Esthetician and am blown away by the results. My skin had quite a bit of sun damage from never using sunscreen ( had no idea how important it is) and age spots . In fact I had a brown spot on my nose people would say oh it looks like you have a little something on your nose and embarrassingly Id have to explain it was permanent ( or so I thought). I used more and more makeup as Ive aged to cover up these spots but the irony is it was actually making me look older. Since my treatment Ive been able to use a lot less make up in fact I can wash my face put on some moisturizer and lip gloss and walk out of the house comfortable and confident . I cant wait to have my next treatment and see even more change. Im thrilled and Nicki made me so comfortable in the process.Thank you Nicki!!!

Dr. Chiu is amazing -- she understands the sensitivities (both personal and technical) of dealing with your physical appearance and skin, and is able to provide intelligent treatment plans that work and make sense. Ive been going to her for over 5 years -- and continue to see her even thought it now means flying from SF to Seattle! My experiences have ranged from skin rashes to minor cosmetic procedures -- specifically around skin over-pigmentation (I have dark skin). Dr. Chiu was amazing at explaining the procedures in detail, how the healing process would work and the risks. She has a gentle touch that makes the procedures painless. In addition to awesome care, her staff is wonderful. They are always delightful to work with scheduling and have great insight and advice. I cant recommend the Bellevue Laser Center highly enough.

I first went to Bellevue Laser and Cosmetic Center last month (June) and worked with a gal named Nicki. When I first met Nicki, we discussed some of my skin concerns. Nicki listened intuitively and knew exactly what I was looking for. She talked to me about a treatment called IPL Photofacial, which basically gets rid of freckles or any brown spots on your face. Nicki was not only extremely talented and knowledgeable; she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will certainly be going back to Nicki for a follow up!

I thought for a while whether or not I should write this review. But after having had a few other consultations elsewhere with a great experience, I feel the need to share my horrible and uncomfortable experience here. Initally, I did not know if this is just the attitude of cosmetic centers, but now I know, no matter where you go people should treat each other with basic respect and care. Which I felt none here. Instead, my consulation with Nicki, a highly conceited person which is blindfolded in thinking her lack of respect and rudeness is straightforwardness, was simply filled with discrimation and offensive words. Not to mention the wait time here. I came in 15 minutes early and waited about an hour to be seen. I came for one reason and I was simply given a sheet with all the information for me to read on my own. Nicki showed lack of patience in answering anything and replied with discriminatory statements. She was rude to me and especially to my mom. She had one thing written on her face, OUT. She did not want to waste any time on us. She even told my mom if she did not understand what she was saying, she can just sit there. Moreover, said how asians are all difficult and are never pleased with the results. She showed absolutely no respect, and was prideful in her so called straigforwardness.I was really set on getting laser done here. But with this attitude? NO THANKS! I ended up getting HALO laser done at a seattle laser center. (not gonna mention the name to avoid people thinking Im sponsoring them) The aesthetician there is nothing like Nicki. She is friendly, informative, and caring. She gives out great advice and shows she actually cares and hopes to help you with achieving great skin.Being straightforward is great, but careful how you use it. Theres a difference between being straighforward and being blatantly rude and disrespectful. Hopefully, you will understand one day Nicki.Best,Annie

I had advancing rosacea on my face and was referred to Dr. Chiu of Bellevue Laser Center by my dermatologist for treatment.After our initial meeting, she recommended Rhinophyma re-surfacing of my nose and V-Beam laser treatment for my face.She thoroughly explained the procedures, and what expect afterword.The results were outstanding. A 5 star result deserves a 5 star rating.I highly recommend Dr. Chiu and the practice.

Dr. Chiu has been a godsend. With minimal annual treatments, she has been able to not only stave off the effects of aging in my face, but reverse them. At 42 years old, I am most often told I look between 29 and 32. Its incredibly fun to look as young as I still feel and I thank her silently every time someone doesnt believe me when I tell them my real age. A cosmetic dermatologist is not just a doctor, they are also an artist; Dr. Chiu knows not only WHERE to put fillers, but WHEN TO STOP for the most natural effect. My best friend of 20 years never knows what Ive had done, only that over the years, I somehow manage to look the same. Dr. Chiu has used a combination of fillers & lasers to lift sagging jowls, plump hollowing cheekbones & loss of upper chin volume, correct asymmetries, erase lip lines, soften smile lines & nasal labial creases, and remove brown spots & broken capillaries. Always with a keen eye & gentle touch, she never does too much, but wont stop till she has it just right. Shes enthusiastic about making my face look young, healthy & natural, and best of all shes confident, which inspires confidence in me. As a bonus, the office design is stunning- clean, beautiful, and relaxing - almost like a spa. If you cant tell - Im extremely happy with the experiences Ive had with Dr. Chiu & Bellevue. I cant recommend her & her staff highly enough!

Beautiful office and terrific staff! I have seen Dr. Chiu, Dr. Linnell and Nicki and they are all fantastic. Nicki lasered my cheeks to help with my rosacea and I had amazing results. I have had both filler and Botox from Dr. Chiu and Dr. Linnell and I couldnt be happier with my results. They are very knowledgeable and realistic about your results. I would highly recommend any of the providers.

Bellevue Laser & Cosmetics Center is truly a wonderful place to receive great skin care treatment. I came in for a CO2 laser treatment with Dr. Chiu about two years ago and I returned for a second visit recently to receive one more treatment in the same area. Dr. Chiu is very attentive to your needs and her medical technician staff are one of the best in the field. There are many skin and laser centers out there and a lot of them will over price their service and offer promises with little to no results. I typically tell people to read the reviews, do a consultation and if your gut tells you this is the place, go with your gut feeling. I had that with Dr. Chiu and her staff. Im hoping this will be my last treatment, but if I need another visit, I know where I will be going.

Two years ago at the age of 20, our Son began suffering through an extremely severe case of facial acne. He sought treatment through various methods including diet modifications, holistic methods, topical applications and anti biotic cycles. Nothing really seemed to work and it was obvious that he was going to end up severely scarred. Frankly, Bellevue Laser was his last hope and we are so grateful that he was referred to Dr Chiu and her wonderful staff. She put together a plan beginning with accutane and finishing with Fractional CO2 and V-Beam laser sessions. Its been a two year journey not without expense and its not entirely over, but honestly, the results have been beyond our expectations. Well worth it. The acne is gone and the resulting scarring is showing close to 70% improvement. However, the best thing about the experience has been the utter professionalism and the relentlessly positive vibes that Dr Chiu and her staff radiate whenever treating our Son. Its obvious that they are all totally invested in helping restore him from not only the physical but emotional trauma that stems from such an ordeal. A few months ago I went to Dr. Chiu to discuss a Co2 laser facial. Scared but reassured by my daughter, I submitted.Glad I did! 3 months later at a party of my peers, my friend was asked by a new woman there who wanted to know who the young one was that she hadnt met yet!The young one? 64 years old.I dont say there wasnt some discomfort but not nearly as much as I had dreamed up about the procedure.I was sold and the staff takes great care of you!

I see Dr. Chiu for both medical and cosmetic reasons. She recently caught an irregular mole on my arm that literally a handful of other dermatologists have dismissed. With my familys history of skin cancer I need an experienced and thorough dermatologist. Its frightening how many other derms. Ive seen and not one was at all concerned about this mole. On a more fun note, I also recently had filler with Dr. Chiu. I didnt realize how tired I looked until after she put a little volume back into my cheeks. My face looks so refreshed. During the process I did get faint and felt like I was going to pass out. Her staff was amazing! They stayed calm and reassuring and that kept me calm. They put ice on my forehead, gave me juice and a snack and it picked me right back up. TIP: EAT first, unlike myself. : )My IPL (laser) treatment with Nicki was fantastic as well. The freckles I had accumulated over this past summer have all peeled off and my skin tone is even again. Yay!Ive noticed that people leaving reviews are complaining of insurance coverage and werent told by the office that your insurance wouldnt cover your procedure or visit 100%? Be proactive and know your own coverage. It isnt up to healthcare providers to know your benefits...its yours.And wait time...Ive waited MUCH longer for other providers and didnt get near the care I got from coming to this office.Love Nicki, Dr. Chiu and her entire staff. Dr Chiu and her staff were referred to me by a friend. I was interested in persuing Botox to soften the lines in my forehead. Although I was very interested, I was also very nervous about doing it. I had a very pleasant experience scheduling and when arriving for my appointment, the staff was very welcoming and friendly, which immediately eased alot of my anxiety.Dr Chiu is so very nice, very caring and extremely knowledgeable about the products and what was best for my situation. She answered all questions and addressed all my concerns with ease. Dr Chiu specializes in making a very natural look. She did an amazing job and I could not be more pleased!Since Dr Chiu is a dermatologist as well, I took my teenage son in for acne issues and he is pleased as well at the outcome.Dr Chiu and her staff are great and I highly recommend Bellevue Laser & Cosmetic Center.

Filler moved and left me with a lump under my eye. It was obvious at the time of service and I pointed out to the doctor, she was so dismissive that I thought it may go away but its been there at least eight months now.
