I have been a long term customer until today. Derek greeted me today with no personality and his only word were oil change? I asked him to only wash windshield, he told me that they didn’t do that because there was no one to do that. The bays were empty at that time. I then asked him if one tire was considerably lower since my daughter has been concerned about that issue on her car. He said yes and walked off. At checkout he did not go through what was found or devices performed, hands me the receipt and walked off. He was not. Formula 1 employee I have experienced ever in the past. Very disappointing. I rarely if ever write a review but if I owned the business he would be gone

I got in line to get my oil changed, no one ever acknowledged me. There were three cars in the bays when I arrived, but they were quickly finished and sent on their way. When they finished with the car in the third bay and sent them on their way, the employees just left the facility.

They had great customers service, let me know that I needed a new air cooling filter and the service was good. They got it all done pretty fast ! Ill definitely be going back to them.

It was really fast as promised. Also it can handle multiple car makes, which is good enough to beat my previous concern. I would be happy to use this service from now on, saving time from dropping car off at a dealership service department and waiting for hours when theres no big issues.

They were kind enough in the beginning but I decided to go somewhere else for my oil change. a hundred bucks for an oil change is a rip off!

Have not had my oil changed here yet. My check engine light came on and they gave me a free diagnostic. My battery also had a bit of corrosion and they cleaned it for $12 and put pressure air in my tires for $5. I feel like thats a pretty good service. I normally use the car wash here but thought I would give them a try to

I called for an oil change and spoke with Bob. He quoted me $50 + tax, shop fees for mobil 1 synthtic oil change. Then he charged me $110 after the service. He said it was bc it is synthtic. I have 100k on my car - i know it takes synthtic!He the offers me $10 off and still charges me the full $110... Sorry for the mis communication.Then he gets snarky and says i can go to Midas and wait for hours. Oouch!

Very fast service! I came late in the day I was in and out within 10 minutes, I regret not having tip money because the two workers there were very courteous and did such a great job they even showed me how to fix my engines notifications. Would recommend, it will likely see them again!

Came for an oil change, Was notified my transmission fluid was bad (it was), they added the transmission flush with no fuss. Wasnt upsold on anything, they followed COVID19 Safety Guidelines, and no appointment required. GREAT PRICES in my opinion (im a recent grad trying to save his coins). Support this small business!The facility has a waiting lobby with 2 vending machines and 2 tvs. Youll likely not have to wait long, they move quick.

I go to this place once in awhile in different vehicles because they are the best. But I stopped going there 6 months ago because of the creepy looking rock chip guy. I talked to him once and he sounds like a good guy but once I seen him eye an employee down and a girl customer I knew the description really fits him.

I was in and out in 10-15 minutes. Professional and fast oil change with no scam upsales. I will go again.

My uncle from out of town needed an oil change and a quick diagnostic reading - I had limited time to help... looked up Formula-1 Fast Lube and gave them a call. The gentlemen at the Factoria location provided excellent and speedy service at a great price. They took the time to go over his diagnostic reading and gave him tips on how to be safe on his drive home. They have a nice, air conditioned waiting area with TV and snacks, and a restroom. Plenty of lunch options within walking distance. Only downfall to the location is how tough it is to merge back into traffic on Factoria boulevard. Great experience overall.

They do fast oil changes here. My mom needed an oil change so we stopped here on a whim. When we had our oil changed the last time at the Toyota dealership it took them three hours. I cant believe it took the Formula 1 fast food less than 20 minutes to do the oil change.

Went in to have a synthetic oil change done on my Tahoe today. I lost the reminder sticker and figured I was due. They did my last oil change and told me I had 3,000 miles left before it was due, being synthetic, and recommended I wait until then! I said Id wait and they offered to vacuum out my rig, since I was already there! This is a shop looking to keep customers for the long haul. Much appreciated and respected!

I have a 1/2 hour for lunch, I got in, oil changed, windshield wipers changed, fluids topped off, not sold anything I didnt need, they are fun, personable, honest and reasonable and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. There are other places that may be cheaper but the efficiency, honesty and personalities keep me coming back. Love this place.

I have been coming to this shop for years. The quality of service is always excellent and I am taken care of in a timely fashion. Within about 15 minutes I am good to go. The workers are knowledgeable and always keep me updated on what is going on with my vehicle and service intervals.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for the past few years now. The employees are very friendly and they recognize me every time I arrive. The oil changes that I get here are never longer than 20 minutes. That gives me extra time to go shopping and get something to eat on my lunch break. My favorite thing about this place is that they never try to high pressure sell me on any other services that are unnecessary.

Went in to have 1 big rock chip repaired and they found 2 other small ones. They fixed all 3 very quickly. And they were super friendly. I’ll definitely be returning for their services.

I was apprehensive when I read the reviews. I decided to give them a chance. Staff appears to be nice. Although most places will up sell, so you just have to say no. Quick service. I would recommend them if you need to get your oil change quickly.

I am new this place and had to get oil change for my car before my next trip. Unfortunately, I ended up at this place without properly checking reviews. Sales guy at the front desk was rude and had no interest in explaining different services they have. Also, l didnt see any price difference with any other place, and at least other places care to explain their services. I wouldnt suggest anybody here, and neither I plan to visit next time.

Prices are high but the staff is always friendly. Could use some large heaters in the winter outside.

Nice enough people and fast service. Had to show them how to get into the car and find the mileage but thats no big deal, its not exactly obvious (no door handles).Asked for a call when complete and didnt get it (was waiting nearby) and tons of oil or grease hand and finger marks in large areas on my fenders and hood. So much it wont even wipe off, going to have to use dishwasher soap to get it off there.Would have rated Good if not for that, as you think theyd pay closer attention with a shiny black Corvette that makes it impossible to miss such things.

Be Warned.They changed the oil on my car. 23 miles later the drain plug fell out causing the engine to completely seize up.They still have not paid for all the necessary costs and it’s been almost half a year.Bob the manager said he was surprised since the work done was by his top person. If that was his top person I would be very concerned. He didn’t even remember the event, apparently because it happens so often.The repair shop they demanded I take the car to, rather than my trusted mechanic, said they do a lot of this type of work for this particular branch of Formula1. This further confirms this is not an uncommon event.Given all this, be very wary of using this particular Formula1 !!

Ive been coming to the Factoria Formula One for years, and have never had any reason to complain, until now. I know that their business model is to try and find ways to bring in extra income by finding things other than the simple oil change that you come in for. this is how all of the quick oil change operations make their money. everything from flushing out your air filter, (they take it out of your car and bring it in and show it to you, to inquiring on having a coolant flush, ( at twice the normal cost), to selling you wiper blades.I can appreciate the convenience of getting needed things done, and in the past Ive taken them up on a few of their recommendations, and, to their credit, they are not pushy.However, today, after declining the $99 coolant flush, he came back a bit later asking did I want my battery cleaned off, as there was some corrosion on the leads. ok, I think, that is taking a brush and brushing off the white dust. how nice of them to offer a small but appreciated service.So, when I check out, I see that I have been charged $10 dollars for what may have taken one minute of time. I complain and say that they need to, as a policy, inform customers of the amount they will be charged for a service. he had said nothing, so I naively assumed it was free.the attendents met my complaints with very sour faces and would not budge on the charge, not would they look up in their system the coupon that is sent to my address, (the one I had forgotten to bring with me today) and give me the $5 credit.they are all about money, to be honest. some guys nice, some not so. but remember to ASK HOW MUCH ANYTHING THEY OFFER TO DO WILL COST YOU. ASK FIRST!

Brennan might give great oil changes, I don’t know, but he shouldn’t be allowed to speak to people in public. He was rude, dismissive, wouldn’t listen, and wasnt interested in understanding what I wanted, and i ultimately left with no oil change. It’s unfortunate since I’ve done business here for years with no problems.

I didnt get pressured to buy anything. They had me out in 10 mins lol record time in any place if you ask me plus my car was clean and they were all professional.

Typical car repair shop deceit - oh, you misunderstood, what I meant is the amount Im quoting you is not the cost, but the discount from our standard rates, as were using your parts. And so you end up paying more than what the dealer cost is for the service, so theres their business model for you to consider before using them. Dont.

Drove in for service....not the most courageous, professional, welcome......so drove away....Way too many lube shops to experience that disappointment!Jiffy Lube gave me a totally different experience!

Warning to anyone who gets their car serviced at Formula One Fast Lube in Factoria!! My family has been lifetime customers at this location and I have to say Im incredibly disappointed. I went today to get my oil changed and left feeling undervalued as a loyal customer and can promise you I will never go back. Before getting out of my car to be serviced I specifically put my Versace eye glasses case with the glasses inside into the pocket of the drivers door. I have never had an issue with my belonging being tampered with while at this location until now. When I got back into my car, I noticed my glasses case was partially open, part of my glasses hanging out with the glasses cloth and dirty finger prints all over the case. Not at all how I left them. I immediately approached the owner and asked whether or not the technicians would need to go into my side pocket for any reason throughout the oil change. He confirmed they would not and asked me why. I showed him my glasses case and that obviously someone went through my belongings and expressed how uncomfortable it made me. He didnt seem to be phased nor care what I was telling him. He gave me an offhand excuse along the lines of My guys wouldnt be interested in womens eye glasses and Im sorry you feel that way. I explained that the case is clearly Versace and had they been sunglasses, they would have made a nice gift for a girlfriend/wife or they could be sold online. I explained that it appears that whoever was riffling through my belongings probably thought they were something of value, until opening the case to find out they are prescription eyeglasses. He again didnt seem to care and stated that they have never received a complaint like this before. After paying $100 for an oil change, one would think he would offer some sort of compensation (voucher for a car wash?) or least of all an apology. Upon getting home and looking at their yelp reviews, this most definitely isnt the first time this has happened at this location. So beware! If you dont want your personal items riffled through and your privacy invaded, do NOT go to this location. I will be finding somewhere else to have my car serviced that values their customers privacy and loyalty.

This place charges 44 bucks for a simple 3k oil change. Then tries to upsell you on filters that cost 10 and charges 20+ for install. Amd left oil marks all over my dash. Bottom line. Dont go.

Popped in for the oil change first time in. These people realy impressed me. They went out of their way to help me. They even put air in my spare tire. The guys put in a tail light I brought in with me,no charge. Realy good employees, just nice people. My car was done fast. It was like I was in nice resturant. Just sayn good place. Five stars.

I have had few oil change service received from this shop and was okay with everything, so I recommended this place to one of my friends. Few weeks ago, the friend visited this place to get the oil changed. The service was done quickly, but when my friend left the shop, she realized that her iPod which she kept in the glove box gone missing. She used that iPod until the night before and have always kept it in the glove box, so it must have gone missing while she was waiting in the waiting room. She paid $40 to get the oil changed but that also cost her a iPod which was valuable to her. She was very upset/disappointed at this place, and surely will never visit this place again. I felt really bad for recommending this place to her as that iPod was something special for her.Inside of the shop, you will be able to see the sign that says something like We are not responsible for the loss of valuables in the car., which I think is absurd and is very irresponsible. If this place wants to continue the business and expand, they will need to treat customers well. Especially, the owner of this place should not let technicians steal any of customers valuables while they are driving the car. This can be simply prevented by installing a surveillance camera.

I stop into Formula-1 in Factoria yesterday for a oil change for $38.99 was told I also needed an air filter, cost $19.99, well I was there and had just bought the car so OK.Then he comes back saying I also need a fuel filter, cost $ 59.99 I said no, comes back offers to drop it to $49.99 say no again, again he comes back and tells me that it really needs to be changed and that they will let me have it for only $39.99 to help me out, so I finally cave and say OK. I got home and just for kicks googled a GF516 Gas Filter, cost $5.70 and a A34721 Air Filter, cost $4.99. These bunch of crooks will not be seeing me pull up again. My bill came to $110.51 for a $38.99 oil change.BEWARE OF THE 1!!!!!!!
