BEWARE -- they have hired incompetent people to answer phones and manage their salons. Im appalled at the terrible service I got today.I identified myself as a cancer patient wanting to get some fake eyelashes as Im losing mine, and Swedish Hospital Cancer Center had them on a recommended list. Not for long! Im shocked by the terrible service and unknowledgeable staff gene juarez has. They do not know, nor can they even describe their services! (note: they have one central switchboard no matter which store you call).Managers didnt really care about incompetency of staff and the corporate manager I spoke to was defensive and RUDE to me.I suggest you boycott Gene Juarez if you want competent service because they cant even hire receptionists or managers two that offer any decent customer service. I spoke to 2 receptionists and TWO managers-- all receive poor grades in customer service.Gene would be shocked if he were around to see how LOW his company has sunk. I suggest you go somewhere else. I will!
