The whole staff here is awesome and welcoming. A great place where you can Nicole and Jaycee are awesome! Everyone here is great. No egos here! My only regret was paying $50+ per month at Prairie Life/Genesis in the past!

I like Planet Fitness. Its a great gym for the average person who doesnt want to be intimidated by a bunch of hardcore weight lifters. (Not sure why this has a2 start eating from me previously - I think it was an accidental tap as I got into the car).

Clean place new equipment good and friendly staff

The location is nice and price it good. The only glaring problem is that the staff does not enforce any of the coronavirus rules. There is a mandatory mask policy on the door but 60% of the people dont follow it. That includes the staff. Im unfortunately going to have to cancel my membership as its unsafe for me and others. I refuse to put my family at risk due to this location not following their own rules.

Went to three PF’s to check out the quality and this is the newest and best one in Omaha that’s I’ve visited so far.

Love the location price and facilities but the teenage girls who run the place refuse to enforce any rules. People keep throwing heavy weight plates and dumbbells on the floor over and over from chest level like king kong. Its definately not safe

Absolutely the best gym in Bellevue and the Omaha area!

Canceled my membership last year due to the limited hours they went with. I was pretty disappointed in my experience. When they went to limited hours I couldn’t attend. I asked to cancel my membership over the phone and when I was still charged, then I was told I had to come in. I went in and canceled the membership, next month charged AGAIN. Emailed corporate and the manager called me and canceled my membership over the phone. When I asked to be refunded she argued that my initial charge was my fault because I called. When I pointed out she just canceled my membership over the phone she referred me to the regional manager. I emailed them and never heard back. Guess that’s why you can only pay with a checking account. You can join over the internet but have to cancel in person!I did like the gym. Staff was nice and friendly. But just like every other company during this pandemic they made changes that make little sense. The CDC has said COVID isn’t transferred on surfaces so cramming members for the hours they’re open so they can clean for 8 hours doesn’t make sense anymore.

Walking in, the atmosphere is very very infectious and alive. So many pieces of equipment to workout on. Great members, awesome staff and a nice centralized tanning center. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Not a bad gym, staff is friendly. You do see some questionable lifting by some people...but I mean it is planet fitness. Just wish it has more free weights.

The lack of hours of operation has hurt my ability to work out. The reason I chosen PF to begin with was because of the 24hr workout option compared with cost. Now I am paying for a gym that I have minimal access to because of hour of operation.With the pandemic guidelines I understood the changes.Now that we have learn how to play it safe and safeguards that have been put in place at the facility, it would be great to see hours of operation expand for those that want to work out earlier or later because of life schedules and to avoid the crowds.

Nice club but no one wears a mask. Even the staff only wears one half the time. Only a handful of people clean the equipment when done with it. I voiced my concerns to the manager at the Bellevue location and she was just rude.Speak to a staff member? Like the Manager that was rude? Really

I love the staff! I felt very welcomed whenever I entered the facility. The trainer Michael is the perfect mix of motivating and encouraging. The manager is very kind and always makes conversation with me before class! The class they offer is amazing. I love the flexibility. Even with corona they are dealing with everything professionally and efficiently. The equipment is always clean and functional.

This fitness facility is great. It has lots of cardio, free weights, strength machines, classes 60 minute circuit room and the extra perks of the upper fitness level. Clean facility and the staff professional and helpful.

I had left a review a while ago about the hours, I was called by the manager stating it’s higher up decision which I understood. . Then I see the planet fitness in Lincoln is opened 24 hours Monday-Thursday, closes at 9 on Friday, 7 on Saturday, and 12 am on Sunday .. why would it be okay for them to be opened 24 hours certain days and later than 9 pm on other days but just 45 minutes away in Bellevue and Omaha NE it closes at 9? Not all of us have the luxury to go to the gym during the day as we have jobs and kids. After work you have everyone in there since it closes at 9 and you literally have to wait over an hour to use a smith machine and that’s if you’re lucky enough to be by it when it opens up. Most times I don’t even get to use the machine because it’s always being used since there is only 4 of them and there are so many people there trying to get in before the gym closes. The gym is nice, it is clean, the staff is very amazing. It’s just the hours that irritate me, even more so knowing Lincoln’s location has better hours. If bars can be opened up until 2 am, why can’t a gym?

Lost my job due to Covid, went in to cancel my membership and the fella at the front desk was super helpful and understanding. Everyone always makes such a big stink about how hard it is to cancel for some reason.Was quick, easy, and incredibly friendly.

I get directed to a tablet to join, but have to come in to a club to cancel. How does that make sense?

I used to love it here but the staff doesn’t enforce any of the corona virus rules and they’ve changed their hours so I can no longer go when I want to. I’m exposing myself more because now instead of having a few peak hours, all the times I can go are peak hours. Here you can see they aren’t even enforcing their “benches stay in the yellow tape” rule. They either need to enforce their rules or reopen in full because this is just ridiculous.

I love the fact that its sits right next to Walmart and I also drive a tractor trailer. the fact that can go right next door and go get the workout done and get your groceries all in one stop and not have to move? you cant beat this place! Thank you planet fitness for doing this 😊😍

This gym is fantastic. Friendly staff are always available to answer questions or assist. They are constantly cleaning the facility and the equipment so it is the cleanest gym I have ever encountered. The showers are great with rain spout overhead and wall mounted jets. Never have to wait for equipment when I go. Best gym ever.

I loved my membership

The staff is very helpful and hospitable. When we first went in the place, we were overwhelmed by the number of various machines and how clean and inviting the entire facility is. We are 81 and 80 years old and we are able to find machines to fit our needs.

Attempted to cancel (because COVID) via certified letter (as described in their instructions) which the manager decided to ignore. Instead she “did me a favor,” proceeded not to cancel my membership and called me to leave a voicemail offering to put my membership on pause for 3 months.Almost like they know and count on people not answering their telephones so they can blatantly disregard their wishes under the guise of “doing you a favor.”Anyway I made the fair assumption after sending the Certified Mail containing my cancellation notice that, you know, they’d follow their own rules and do what the customer wanted regardless of the retention attempt.I found out that was apparently not a fair assumption when I was promptly charged a membership fee the next month.Funnily enough when I called about this I didn’t even have to ask for my money back. The person on the phone acknowledged it should’ve been followed up on and said they were issuing a refund, which could take 2-14 days.Dear reader, it has now been 21 days without a refund! I know! But at least they cancelled the membership. Now they only owe me money. Progress.I will attempt to call to recover the funds and update this review accordingly.EDIT: money has been returned. It took approx 35 days. Not great. Changed rating to reflect that.

Decent, dunno about the masks complaints... pretty sure the guidelines are mask OR 6 feet, similar to slow down OR move over! Seeing how some pfits are mask always is plainly laughable! As if it should be my responsibility to keep you from risking your health! The staff was friendly, courteous, and personable! Caught them cleaning a couple times! Would of tossed that final star but those hours are less than acceptable!

Planet Fitness is the nicest facility I have ever worked out in. They keep it very clean, friendly staff, I love the message chairs after a workout and there is plenty of equipment to go around. The monthly membership is very fair, I would highly recommend these facilities to anyone. The national exposure is also excellent.

I love this gym-Tons of equipment and it’s huge! There are a lot of windows which I love and the staff is super friendly. Everything is really clean which I appreciate because I’ve worked out in someReally dust gyms. The team members thereAre always cleaning something it seems- windows, machines, bathrooms etc. The price for membership is super cheap as well.Definitely would recommend.

Im a pretty fat kid 57 and 290 pounds. I go every day and havent felt self conscious yet. Great atmosphere, clean and the girl who works the counter in the morning is super cute. Absolutely recommend

Great staff and clean facility. Nicest locker rooms for a gym that Ive seen around here too. I havent seen it get too busy which is nice so there isnt any waiting for equipment usually.

I work at Offutt AFB so the location is great. It is a brand new, nice facility. There is plenty of equipment to do almost anything. The staff is friendly and the price is right. I also like the improvements in the mens locker room - taller lockers and a better setup for the changing rooms and showers.

My wife and I tried cancelling during the coronavirus pandemic only to find they were closed. Now we just found out they opened up in June and have been charging us without our knowledge of them even opening! We called, and they wont refund us our money from which they sneakily opened and began charging us. This is ridiculous, I will never ever do business with them again. On top of it, we have to go into the building during the pandemic to cancel our services. My wife and I both suffer from severe asthma and other autoimmune diseases, yet unless we want to spend a bunch of money on a certified letter (on top of the money that was wasted that they stole from us)we have to come in face to face. Very unprofessional, I will continue to find a way to get our money back from them and spread the word of what they have done.

Maybe 50% wear a mask. All are suppose to.

It would be nice if PF would provide us with some information on when they will reopen. Many other gyms have been open for 2 weeks now.

Terrible customer service. Closed down abruptly after charging for the month, then with no notice, tried to cancel during the pandemic but they were closed and we couldnt, then they opened back up, we dont live in bellevue so we didnt know they had even reopened until we realized 2 months later they were charging us (black card members too)! Called them and they wont refund us. We have to personally go in in person to cancel our membership, even while being high risk during the middle of a pandemic. Absolutely disgusted by their lack of morals. They should not have assumed everyone would just KNOW they opened up nor assumed everyone would WANT to go back during the middle of a pandemic! They shouldve sent an email asking customers if they would like to continue their memberships, not do this sneaky little stunt they just did.

There has been a water bottle on one of the treadmills for 3 days now. I know that nights are slow but yeah. The staff are nice when they are at the front desk.

Super clean and brand new. Workout here every Thursday with my workout partner. They clean all the machines throughout the day and vaccuum all the time. Really nice

If youre looking for a cheap place to workout, youve found it. Always see employees cleaning equipment. Locker room and showers seem to be cleaned regularly as well. My only complaint is you get some people that dont wear workout attire. Not that you have to wear anything special but pajamas, jeans, and cowboy boots are kind of distracting but that is a personal problem I guess.

The facility is exceptionally clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The layout makes sense. The locker rooms are very clean.The variety of machine and weight training equipment, as well as Black Card spa selection is greater than the location on 25th Street in South Omaha.

The Environment: The environment at Planet Fitness Bellevue is so chill and accepting. I don’t have to worry about what other people are doing and I don’t feel pressured to match what others are doing. All the inclusivity sayings in the wall are incredibly encouraging to me as well. The Staff: The staff at Planet Fitness are so helpful and kind. They have always helped me in any way that I needed. Further they are knowledgeable about all aspects of the memberships as well as how to work machines. Further, they says have a great day every time I leave after my workout, which is very much appreciated. Cleanliness: The facility as a whole is very clean. The posters everywhere to wipe down a machine after using it assists in this. Further the trash cans that are placed all over the workout area make it easy to access cleaning spray. The men’s locker room is also incredibly clean. It has never smelled bad when I use the locker room and all the showers, stalls, urinals and locker area are kept tidy. Equipment: I feel that there is a wide range of equipment for me to use at Planet Fitness. I separate what part of my body I work on by day. There is so much variety that I can easily mix up my workouts! Further the TVs that are all around the building play amazing music. I also love that there is a tv in the men’s locker room. Further, the showers with the two shower heads is amazing after working out.

If this is the bellevue location, there is a girl working there who is extremely mean and unfriendly towards customers. I had just left the rowing machine and I approached her to ask a question about the massage equipment and the first thing she does is ask me whats my last name without even addressing my question. Im a black card member. The way she asked had a very hostile tone to it. After telling her my last name she all but threw the coins at me. She didnt even ask how long I wanted to use the hydro bed she just gave me two coins and gave me a look of just get lost. Its like she hates her job and doesnt want to be there.

I love the new location in Bellevue and its so close to my place.
