The classes are alright but the setup definitely needs better management. The website is rudimentary, the telephone rarely gets answered and when you leave a message no one calls you back. Despite this, you can get good instructors and the kids can have fun but its really a hit or miss getting there!

Classes and teachers are great. But the front desk and customer service needs work and sketchy online payment process. Also, really restrictive policies on missed classes, even due to weather. Seems like you should be able to make up a class if there is open space in another time slot or at least have flexibility when closure is due to weather.

Both the Bellevue and Issaquah location needs to improve customer service. Have some class and maybe thank your customers when you send an email. Using capital letters is aggressive and certainly makes my feel unappreciated as a customer.

Great open gym on most Saturday nights for a fun kids activity....only one hour...wish it was longer like 6:30 to 8pm! :D
