The service here is above and beyond!! I made a mistake and forgot to include a suite number for a next day FedEx delivery. After getting the run around from FedEx I called Nef at Pak Mail, where I’d shipped the package from, and he offered to personally call FedEx and deal with them for me. And he did! As in he sat on hold with them for god knows how long and was able to get it fixed. I’ve sent several packages through Pak Mail and it’s always been easy and less expensive than I expected. A gem of a store.

I am so glad to have Pak Mail in my neighborhood. Great service for everyday shipping needs and other things you might not realize such as notary services (which is super easy and convenient - no appointment needed like you do at bank). And, most importantly, Naz (owner/operator) was a lifesaver after my mom passed away and I was shipping family heirlooms all around the country. It was a comfort knowing he cared as much about ensuring the safe delivery of the items as I did. I highly recommend for all jobs big and small!

Dear owners of Pakmail. I want to bring to your attention my recent experience with your store. I have a fedex account and regularly ship with fedex. On this particular day, I created a fedex international priority label and asked a friend bring it to fedex to get a fedex envelope, apply the label and ship it to canada (to me as Im out of the country). My friend, who is a senior, brought it to your store instead, which should be fine, as you also handle fedex. However, she was told by staff that she couldnt ship with the fedex label I created (which was correctly made, with electronic customs documentation) and proceeded to sell her a $150 label (instead of normally costing me $30), and a monster $3.50 box (instead of a free fedex express pak) to increase the dim weight. As a fedex account holder, I am not aware of any fedex intl shipping service for a small item that would cost 5x more that my usual fedex priority intl service. I am quite disappointed that your staff took advantage of an unsuspecting senior. I would love to hear your response.

Owner cannot be trusted.Per their website:Our customers can trust our onsite destruction process is safe and secure, and have peace of mind that their confidential information is properly shredded and recycled.What actually happens:The Bellevue Police Department arrested the owner of Pak Mail, located at 2620 Bellevue Way NE, for failing to shred his customers’ documents and, instead, throwing them into the trash.According to Bellevue police, the 42-year-old man’s actions led to multiple customers falling victim to identity theft.Detectives say that customers had dropped off their personal documents at the business and paid for them to be professionally and securely shredded.At least three of those customers then had those documents fished from the dumpster, compromising their identities.Why deal with dishonesty?

Nas helped me out last minute with some holiday related shipping for my company. He got everything shipped in a timely fashion and the pricing was reasonable compared to other shipping outfits. Of course it will always be cheapest to pack and ship stuff yourself, but when that isnt doable, Pak Mail is a good option.

Today I was trying to review their recent packaging and handling service for my family member in Toronto when I ran into some unfair comments based on the media s accusation. I feel responsible to respond to the comments as well, (Al H and some others); who unfairly attacking this business and its owner. For the regular customers like myself who uses all services of pakmail, Nas; is a trustworthy, committed and friendly manager who removes the hassle of moving and shipping for his customers.

Nas has been my dads go-to guy for years. A few years back he helped to pack and ship breakable family items (paintings, vases, china, etc.) off to all of us grown children in various cities across the country. Everything arrived safely and on time. This holiday season we had a large Amazon item to drop off and the return label we had printed couldnt be scanned - Nas offered to coordinate the reprint for us and was incredibly helpful in processing the return.

Naz at Pakmail exceeded all my expectations when he mailed a piece of art in the shape of a dragon, complete with delicate wing tips and claws, to New York and it arrived in tact. He actually suspended it in the box and recommended how it show be shipped. Today I am mailing artwork with him and am sure it too will arrive safely. They are nice, professional, covid compliant, and very knowledgeable.

Worked with Nas to ship a DHL package to Chile. He was knowledgeable and willing to re-send at no additional cost when my package got returned from customs due to an invoicing error on my part. I highly recommend Pak Mail for your important shipments.

I called the Bellevue, WA branch on 1/13 at 5:32 pm and Nas was the person that handled my callI asked to send 2 letters to Aberdeen, WA. And that I needed them to be delivered to the addresses by Friday 1/15He recommended priority mail and told me that they will be delivered the next day.I made the payment and order through the phone.I checked the tracking number on USPS on 1/14, and found that they havent been delivered to the USPS store yet to be delivered.I called at 4:06pm to confirm that they will still be delivered by Friday 1/15, and the same person answered the phone.After i asked about the issue he put me on hold for a few minutes, then came back telling me (in a VERY rude way)that he said the delivery time is not guaranteed, as he told me yesterday, which he didnt not. I specifically requested the option that would have them delivered by Friday.I told him that this did not happen.HIs repsonse was that I chose the most economic option, which is not true because all that mattered is that it gets delivered on Friday,Nas also told me not to panic and to be patient in. a very rude way, then he added Next time you should go do it yourself while shouting. When I asked for his name he said Nas and I asked for his last name he said we dont provide last names . He kept throwing around that theyve been in business for 15 years, I dont think that matters at all if you treat your customers with disrespect. Horrible way to treat people.

Grossly over priced with aggressive sales tactics and offensively rude customer service. Dont take my word for it, check out the pictures of the sales invoice I posted in my Yelp review for proof of extreme mark-ups and read the other one star reviews which tell the same story as mine.In short, if you dont have time to read this or the other one star reviews, then you definitely dont have time to waste dealing with this company.Details: I was shipping an item pre-packaged in a wood crate from the manufacturer. Packmail offered me what they refer to as a deeply discounted shipping rate of $765. Others quoted $200-300 including pickup.Nas (the sales clerk) was upset that I had this knowledge on fair market shipping rates, rude in his response and indicated If I know so much about shipping, I shouldnt take advantage of their services. I had already told him I had no issue paying $150 above retail rates and wasnt looking to save a few bucks, but that was insufficient mark up for him. Clearly they wanted to gouge me on the sale. I stated I wish to get my item back and take my biz elsewhere. He responded I had to immediately pick the item back up today from their store, which they knew I could not do as we discussed during the drop off I was leaving for Montana for a week. (Reference other reviews that cite the storage fee, short on space excuse, and other high pressure tactics, etc). On top of the price being absurd, Nas noted it was *deeply discounted* off their normal rate of $1390 (repeat customer discount, terminal fee waiver, etc). Yes, if you are a new customer you would have paid even more. It appears $625 more! This level of discounting alone is a huge red flag as it documents just how crazy of a markup they would normally apply. The alternative explanation is these are marketing tactics to make the customer feel good if they dont know true costs. Get educated and go to freightcenter.com to get actual rate quotes in 2 clicks.For comparison: A chartered 22 wheeler semi truck full of timber with no other cargo from Montana to Whistler, BC is only 2x the prediscount pakmail prices quoted for a 150 lb 14x50x60 poster display to ship domestically along the west coast.High pressures sales tactics include:Would not provide even a ballpark estimate range of shipping costs when I dropped off the fully packaged item off. Nobody else was in the store. It was 30 mins before closing.Knew I was heading out of town next day and said they would call with an estimate, but when they emailed the estimate they told me unless I took the offer I would have to immediately pickup the item or I had no other option than accept their price.Performed work on the item I never requested or authorized (inspected interior contents despite me showing pictures of the inside on drop off, wrapped wood crate in shrink wrap, added 2x4 foot to bottom of crate - even though we explicitly discussed it was not required at drop off).Alternative businesses to consider:Craters & Freighters will pickup, pack and ship any item. They are honest and polite. I had them crate up 7 paintings for me over several years.If you already have the item packed up and just need LTL shipping go to: freightcenter.com. You will save a ton. You may also want to try North American Van Lines for household items you dont want to pack up. They have wrapped pinball machines in blankets and shipped coast to coast for $400. Never an issue.Save yourself a headache and major money. If you are a new customer, bring extra money as you wont get the same $625 discount as I thankfully got. :)Response to the owner: Nas would not provide a ballpark estimate at drop off, I have zero relationships with any of the several other competitors suggested as alternatives and I would stand behind all of these facts written in this review! Nas is correct the sale was approved by me, because I had no other option to protect my property and meet his pickup deadline of today. I was referred here by another moving company since I had a small shipment. The quote was much higher than any other quote I had received and when I tried to explain the quote didnt fit my budget the owner Naz proceeded to try and guilt trip me for making him get a quote and started telling me how much work it is to put a quote together. Very unprofessional and unethical not to mention over priced, would not recommend even reaching out to this place.

The quote you get is not what you end up with. I opened a POBox with them and the cost to forward my package keeps increasing every month and the amount mailed is less and less. When I confronted the owner with this he would rant and not respond to the question. Even when I get the quote to have a PoBox what they charged on my credit card was not the same as the quote I reviewed. I will be canceling my account shortly.

Avoid this place at ALL COSTS. The owner, Nas, is incredibly unethical. First, when you reach out to them for a quote, he might give you one. But hell contact you immediately after and apply high pressure to bring all of your items into the store to get a real / accurate estimate. What he conveniently doesnt tell you is that hell take all of your items, pack it into a box/crate without notifying you, then start racking up the labor/material hours -- all in the name of getting you a real estimate. By forcing you to bring in your items to get a real estimate, hes actually trying to lock you into a payment. Its an extremely unethical business practice.When I went to reclaim my property, Nas also tried to threaten me with an extra storage fee without having mentioned storage fees at any point up until that day. And finally, he tried to get me to sign a blanket invoice under the guise of releasing my own property back to me. Absolute insanity. Do yourself a favor and avoid everything about Pakmail and Nas in particular.Other reviews on here mention that hes incredibly rude and unhelpful, I should have listened. And you can add unethical to the list. Dont make my mistake folks!The kicker is, when Pakmail put everything in a crate (racking up labor hours without communicating any charges to me), the end product was absolutely terrible. No padding, foam, or anything to secure the clearly labelled fragile items. For a company that prides themselves on custom packing, this wouldve been a disaster end to end.

I found Pak Mail online and from start to finish, It could have not gone any smoother than it did. Nas and his team were amazing! We had approximately 300 boxes that needed to be pulled from a storage unit, taped up, weighed, placed on pallets and shipped to Chicago. I received tracking information constantly until the boxes were delivered to the destination. I highly recommend Pak Mail.

I have used Pak Mail multiple times for shipping packages and Nas is always very helpful. Nas always goes above and beyond, for example, I a terrible present wrapper came in and asked that he wrap a present for me that did not even need to be shipped. They ship using any carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS), can custom make boxes (even insulated ones), family operated, knowledgeable, and are willing to help in any way they can. I was out of town and Mike & Mick provided me with everything I needed for a special situation, where other providers gave up. I would consider moving here just for their customer service! I called re a shipment of family heirloom china to Paris. I drove over from Shoreline, hoping the drive would be worth it (#seattletraffic). I was greeted by Nas. Long story short, Nas presented me with options Including packaging (with no guarantee, of course, that nothing would break). I presented him with a budget. He found a better shipping solution WITHIN my budget and the entire set arrived DAYS LATER, completely intact. Voila!

We had to pack up some stage props and delicate artwork for a competition halfway across the country. TSA manhandled the box, destroying it almost completely.. but because of the EXCELLENT packaging from Nas the props arrived intact! It would have been a disaster if they had been broken so I really appreciate the extra attention to detail and care that was put into the packaging job. Worth every penny. Thanks!

Great service, and value. Needed a very large, fragile item shipped late in the afternoon, guaranteed to arrive first thing Monday morning. PakMail was able to build the box, package the item, and get it safely overnighted to our destination, a day earlier than promised!

I bought a condo in Mexico and needed to ship very heavy, bulky patio furniture to Cabo San Lucas. I was surprised my neighborhood Pak Mail handles this type of thing as I had only used them for simple package mailing in the US. Nas was great with providing a quote, packing everything up as cost effectively as possible and keeping me informed of progress. They coordinated with a Mexican carrier for the Baja portion so all my interactions and payments were only with Pak Mail. Everything arrived in great shape. I would definitely use Pak Mail again.

I often send packages. My oldest son was in college, then working on a cruise ship and now living in LA and for all of those years, PakMail has been there for me. Hell for me is standing in line at the post office. With Pak Mail close at hand, I never have to go to the post office. Mike (the owner) and the two young men that work for him are very helpful. Their service is outstanding. Their computer system saves all of my addresses and they print out mailing labels (for free). They will often come up with a package so I dont have to buy one. They tape up my boxes and fill them with peanuts for free. And, the best part, I never have to stand in line.

Pak Mail is under new management and Nas, the new owner, along with Andrew, an employee, did a great job packing and shipping two paintings for me. Nas was able to pick up the paintings, pack them up, and get them to me safely at a price that was very competitive.
