Their employee Esai Ruiz hit my car from the back while driving their company vehicle and switching to my lane. He apologized and promised that the companys insurance will take care of it right after the accident, but later on LIED to the insurance company saying that it was me pulling in his lane. I trusted him so I didnt get a police report and that was a total mistake. Its shameful that a nonprofit org like this hires an employee who has zero integrity.

My son was with AtWork for 8 years. After staffing and management changes last year things started to fall apart with his job. The message we kept hearing after the management change was that they were short staffed (which never was an issue before) and how they seemed to blame my son instead of brainstorming and advocating solutions for his difficulties like they had been doing under the other manager. Such a shame. We are much happier with Provail.
