As I have mentioned previously, am a big fan of Cooley Smiles for my dental needs. All of the workers there are professional, friendly, and helpful and really show care that the individual is given the best care possible. When my teeth are being cleaned, the hygienist takes the time to point out areas that need special attention as well as affirming the result of my good habits of brushing and flossing.Dr. Aaron Cooley (and Dr. Brandon as well) does a great job assessing the condition of my teeth and has encouraged me to continue with habits that will slow down the gum recession that has increased for me with age.The receptionists take great care in helping me to understand things that are covered by insurance and what ultimately comes under my financial responsibility. They are great at reminding me of upcoming appointments and have always been helpful if I have had a question about anything.I will continue to have my dental needs served by Cooley Smiles. In the entire history of my dental care by various dental associations, Cooley Smiles has been the best. I wish that I could have had them for my dental care for many years prior.

I have been to SO many dentists due to cavity-prone teeth/moving- Cooley Smiles is the best dentist group I have seen. First, the admin staff is responsive and on your side. They work with you to address all concerns and make sure you know costs on the front-end. The dental staff are great, cleanings are a breeze because they are so gentle with the teeth and gums. When making decisions on fillings or more advanced care (crowns, root canal), Dr. Kelly walked me through her logic on my x-rays and digital photos of my teeth. This meant I could see her rationale with my own eyes, rather than second-guessing if the treatment is actually needed. Dr. Kelly also follows up through email after major appointments to check on you, which I appreciate so much. Great people and dental/administrative practices at this facility.

I came to Cooley smiles on a recommendation from a friend. The staff is so kind and professional. They use state of art equipment to x-ray and clean your teeth. It makes the process of teeth cleaning much more enjoyable.

Such a great dental office and staff. The people and doctors there are top notch and they help you take the guess work out of your insurance benefits and provide a comfortable environment. Very friendly at the front desk. I finally feel comfortable and not anxious sitting in the dentist chair again.

Very impressed at how friendly and efficient everyone is. I am a little curious though why this is the only place who doesn’t give out toothbrushes.

Great experience. They’re really honest and not greedy. They informed me that I really shouldn’t get my wisdom teeth pulled. I was told by a previous dentist that I needed to get all 4 pulled. It turned out I only had 3 wisdom teeth and they were all fine! In fact one would’ve been dangerous to pull as it was sitting on a nerve. I recommend this place!

I have always been very picky selecting a dentist office only because I do not like visiting! I am so very happy to have found Cooley Smiles. The Cooley brothers and their staff of dentists and dental hygienists are very caring and very skilled, and very friendly. It really doesnt feel like visiting a dentist office. Kudos to Cooley Brothers for running such awesome operation.

The best dentist ever...from a person that hates going to the dentist!! They have always been amazing, patient, and caring (pre-Covid) and even with the masks, extra sanitation measures, and general weirdness of this time they are still just as friendly, caring, and patient. Just had my first cleaning post COVID shutdown and they have installed multiple air sanitizers, both in the lobby area and at each dental chair, along with multiple hand sanitizer bottles throughout the space. They minimize the amount of air tools they use to limit spray through the air and do temp checks. The hygienist and doctors all wear face masks and face shields for extra protection. All of these measures help ensure safety for patients!

Best dentist experience you can have! Simone is by far the most caring, experienced, and understanding hygienist Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. She really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and calm. As someone who has a lot of anxiety around dental work, I can tell you that you 100% want to work with Simone. I honestly feel like I can talk to her like a friend Ive known for years. Dr. Aaron is my favorite to work with as well. I had my first patient appt. Diana, dental hygienist, is very thorough with taking pictures and explaining things to me. She also cleaned my teeth very well. However, I have some concern about the dentist, Dr. Melissa. She spent literally 60 seconds with me. She said that all my teeth are looking good then she took off for another patient. I do have very healthy teeth, so at that moment, I think its okay. However, after getting home, I remember my retired dentist used to inspect my gum and my bite. Besides my teeth, he checks to see if I have any oral health issues. Dr. Melissa did not look for that at all. So, if you are using them, do your homework and make sure they check that for you. Last but not least, the place is clean, and staff are very careful to keep everyone safe from Covid. I would have given this a 4 star if Dr. Melissa is not so sloppy.

The dentists at Cooley Smiles found that I have high blood pressure and advised me to see my primary care physician, and I did. My doctor put me on a vasodilator and fixed the problem. I’m so grateful to them for discovering this issue.

Having been taken care so very well by Cooley Smiles Dentistry for over 20 years, I can honestly say that I look forward to visiting my Dentist more and more with every visit; so much that I was delighted to be there on my 51st birthday. Wonderful family practice with a wonderful staff!

The hygienists are not very thorough. The dentists are very aggressive in their treatment recommendations/replacement of existing enamel/dentin, even in the absence of pain/sensitivity. Fillings and crowns regularly cause my husband and sister in law pain/persistent sensitivity. While I have not experienced this, I have noticed that crowns/fillings have rough edges at the border with the host tooth material, as if extra glue wasn’t properly filed off.Other that that, I guess they’re fine? The office staff are nice and everyone is professional. Their COVID mitigation measures were adequate.Overall, they do the job for keeping my teeth clean. But I would hesitate to go to them with anything complicated.

I get my periodic care here and everyone is nice. Good, consistent care. I recently had acute tooth pain and I called to schedule, hoping to be seen that week - they got me in same-day, I arrived early, they brought me right back, my dentist was out but I was evaluated by another dentist, everything was quick, my issue was diagnosed, treatment options were discussed, all my questions were answered, and I promptly received a referral to a specialist. That is as good as it gets! Highly recommended.

I appreciated that I was able to get an appointment so quickly. The front staff are great. Katrina was very pleasant and asked all the right questions. Dr. Kelly was also emphatic and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my aliment quickly, answered all my questions and was reassuring. My whole experience was top notch.

After 6 years of no dental visits I finally made the decision to setup an appointment and visit Cooley Smiles in Bellevue and I have to say I will definitely be scheduling all of my future dental visits at this place. Very clean office, very professional and patient front staff who answered all of my questions before the appointment. I was very nervous and anxious about getting my teeth looked at, but that quickly went away when my Dental Hygienist Megan began taking x-rays. She was very knowledgeable and took her time with my teeth cleaning and I didnt feel rushed. Dr. Mellissa then politely showed up and took a look at the x-rays and pointed out some areas on my teeth where I needed some dental work done and I then scheduled another appointment.Very thankful for this experience. Ill definitely be referring all of my friends and family to this place.

I just had a routine cleaning/check-up with Megan who displayed all of the above mentioned. I would highly recommend Cooley Smiles just based on the Hygienist alone, such as Megan! ASK ABOUT THEIR RETENTION RATE.I was a patient of theirs for a few years it was nothing but painful cleanings and them regularly telling me I needed expensive surgery (its funny how my new dentist doesnt see what they claimed to see).The latest nail in the coffin is the fact that no matter how many times I ask to be taken off their mailing list they wont. Who knows maybe this will finally make that happen.
