No direction. No structure. No communication. The CEO has no idea what shes doing. The pay is very low, they dont give salary increases. Im honestly embarrased to have this company on my resume. They can follow up and add how wonderful they are, but, dont believe it.

My experience with Constellation West was the worst of any I have had from any company, ever. They are not trustworthy. they put things in your computer just to try and get money from you. I do not recommend them even if they were the last PC service on the World.

The management was not good, not great, actually its pretty awful. Employees were underpaid, underappreciated and encouraged to attack one another. I highly encourage you to read all the reviews that were out there and read the responses from the company knowing that it is the owners replying back.

Its very disappointing doing business with these people. We wont do the same mistake again,

They are only good at making promises to their clients, but dont intend to keep it. No action, full of delays.
