This is the closest gas station to where I live. Thats not the reason, but this was my favorite gas station to go to. I pulled back during covid and wound up elsewhere the few times I needed gas. I went recently and their pumps were playing advertisements the whole time. There are still stations nearby with pumps that dont play ads. Avoid this place and show everyone nearby why not to upgrade to pumps with ads.

In the last two weeks I have come here rather late at night and been treated outrageously poorly by the older white light with long white hair, instead of asking for my ID I was demanded you got ID?!. This has happened twice in less than a month, just tonight when I went in as I was walking to the register she decided that this was the perfect time to use the restroom (she had been sitting here talking with a friend for what seemed like a decent amount of time). After my purchase was completed she said want the receipt? and I replied no thank you she didnt respond to this in anyway. Its almost as if I was inconveniencing her by asking her to do her job, even if I was only in there for a total of maybe 3 minutes, technically 5 minutes because I had to wait for her to get out of the bathroom she decided to use after the single customer in the store stepped toward the register. There was no have a good night or thank you, simply silence and then she went back to the conversation with the friend that was just hanging out in the store. Its legitimately one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a long while and this has happened TWICE in the past month. Ill simply be making a longer drive to a farther away gas station when its late and Im hungry from now on. If any member of management would like to talk with me this is my main email account. I like your store but this person makes it a nightmare to shop at late at night because she is being asked to do her job, to be blunt she is absolutely unpleasant and the reason I will no longer be coming here. Thank you for your time.Oh and an addition: I was here at 12:10am 12/31/2020, just so you can narrow down the employee. Theres probably video of her being rude to me if you want to look in to it.

Came here tonight to get an ice cream slushy and some older white woman was workingShe has been rude in the past but was extra rude tonight.She seemed like she was fighting with the other younger male employeeEvery time we go in we never get charged the same amount for this slushy ice cream comboTonight We let her know we were getting another slushy and in between her argument with her other coworker she said “I know” extremely rude likeShe’s not very pleasant and the inconsistency on prices is not satisfactory.She had no customer service skills.

Buckys Car Wash (only)Please dont waste your time on this car wash. Even though it is a touch car wash, the water isnt sufficient at the end to rinse your vehicle thoroughly and it leaves soap spots everywhere. Additionally, the track pushes the vehicle out before the blowers have time to get the majority of the water (and soap) off. I’ve tried at different times during the year hoping it was just a temporary issue, but it’s always the same. The worst was when the leftover soap refroze to the vehicle in the winter.

Kirsten, this girl wowed me from the moment I walked in, she is very persistent in making sure everyone is taken care of and she is quick on her toes. You should be very proud to have her on your team. I am just amazed by her ethics. Thank you, as I just moved here from Nevada and never met anyone that works as hard as you Kirsten

Super friendly staff although there’s quite a few new faces. I will go out of my way to go here because I feel like the staff genuinely cares about their customers. Need more places like this. The girls managing are doing a great job and Emily is super nice at night. And they always have my beer on hand!

Good carwash

I’ve been coming to this Buckys for years! It’s always super clean and the staff is very friendly. I seem to always run into the manager, I think her name is Allie? She’s always extremely nice and accommodating. I tend to have lots of questions and she never gets annoyed or mad at me. They should give Allie a raise!

I go out of my way to get to this Buckys. Friendly staff, well-stocked, and always really clean. My last trip left me smiling when the gal in the blue shirt was able to help me find what I needed and with a great sense of humor to start my day on the right foot!

I stopped in for my coffee this morning as my usual routine. Im not much of a morning person but the staff that works in the morning and the manager always greet me with a smile to help get the days started off right. They always do a great job taking care of the rush of us construction workers stopping by in the morning on our way to the site and they make it seem like a neighborhood store and know their customers well

This store is one of my favorite gas stations in Omaha. The staff is always very friendly and always has the grilled items hot and ready to go. The manager at this location, I believe her name is Aly, always has a smile on her face and seems genuinely happy to be at work and assisting customers.

Assistant manager Holly is awesome. She is warm and friendly everytime I come in. She remembers my brand of cigarettes. Buckys is fortunate to such an excellent asset on their staff.

This buckys is great! I actually live right by the buckys in la Vista, but I go out of my way to go to this buckys because it is hands down the best managed buckys in town.
