Always love getting a car wash here. Once when my window didnt function properly, an employee helped push it up to close it. Its fun sitting inside the car watching the machines wash and spray water on it

Love this car wash. Employees are careful when washing the vehicle with long handled brushes. Theyre careful directing the drive onto the tracks. The car gets clean and the vacuums are strong with long reaches. In its entirety, Brown Bear is clean, nothing is broken or needing repair and everyone does their jobs well. ♡

Not bad. I think it was $9 for a basic wash, pretty reasonable price. I think it did a good job, all things considered. A bit frustrating to have to spend another $2 to use the vacuum at the end, but I thats how most places seem to operate. Id recommend it - overall no complaints for a fast and cheap car wash option.

Paid for car wash via gas station option and paid for the best bear wash option. After getting in line, I could see the car wash suddenly stop working. After about 5 or so minutes, people started to leave, however I had already paid for the wash before I could reach the terminal. Not only that but I was also blocked in from both sides. Trapped and unable to leave, I expected at least some form of communication from the staff that the wash broken, would be up shortly, etc. Etc. No such communication was made as my frustration grew more and more the longer I waited. Finally, after about 20 or so minutes, the wash was finally back up and running. No apology or even explanation from the staff was made until I finally reached the terminal and found that it had been shut off. I waited some more, until an employee walked past to apologize to a different customer and gestured toward my terminal to indicate that it was finally back on and that I should proceed to pay. Not only was my time wasted, no apology or explanation was offered, I watched as the employees apologized, refunded both the customers in front and behind me and gave them free wash vouchers yet I had yet to even be acknowledged by the staff. I understand that accidents happen and that things break down, but letting the customers be aware of the situation as well as an estimated time to be up and running again is crucial to basic customer service skills. And while Im glad the people around me were helped to that standard, being completely ignored was extremely disappointing. This whole experience was a complete waste of time and money, and was really not how I had looked forward to spending my commute home.

7/19 I went into get my car washed as I had slips from purchasing it, and wow. They blew me away. The line was fast. The man in the kiosk was so kind and helpful. The car is super clean! Very happy.

Fast and easy. I have not seen scratches on my cars, which is something I was weary about. Wouldnt put a Ferrari through it, but its ok for our Ford Explorer! Ive seen vans and raised trucks go through it, so most cats should fit. Just make sure you remove any attachments from the car prior to going.

The assistant manager James Swartz helped me get the PERFECT brown bear membership that suited me to my needs. He was extremely thoughtful and caring in explaining to me how the membership works and I am very grateful to have met up with him, I wouldnt have known what to do. I wish I could give James a 50/5 starts he was that good and he fully represents the best of brown bear.

Did a great job. I was happily surprised they did a.better.job than me at home!

Best car wash that I’ve found in Seattle! Lines might get long but it’s worth it. Also great proximity to grocery stores. I make Brown Bear part of my Sunday routine.

The gentlemen that scrubbed my windows were super friendly. I could see their warm smiles almost through their mask. (I could see it in their eyes)I appreciate that they have towels here to get in the knotty gritty of the doors and windows. This Brown Bear specifically seems to always just have the most updated washing/drying equipment.I wish the wash was a little bit longer just because the light and bubble show was just so entertaining. We got to get our entertainment where we can get it these days...

Its right next to where I work (FedEx) so its extremely handy and its priced right. Drive right on thru, polished car.. Wax options too! When you dont have time to wash it yourself, this is the answer.

Factoria and Issaquah have the best wash brushes. $10 for Bear Minimum Wash.

It is what it is. Three different prices are fairly high but easy access and it cleans your car.

I dropped my credit card as I was pre-paying at the machine and the staff member at the car wash picked it up for me!!! That was so nice of them. I panicked because someone was behind me and I couldnt fit trying to get out to pick it up, because I was so close to the curb and machine. Theres a sign to honk for help and I honked. I had a great experience. They also help me every time I have trouble putting my car into neutral. Its very kind.

It was very packed. There was not enough vacuum spot after wash. It was crowded. But even though there was a huge crowd the staff kept everything organize and running smoothly. Would go there again-ish.

Hit and miss sometimes u get good workers who brush everything and sometimes u get lazy fkrs who dont do anything

Car wash was well priced and effective. The options available are $10, $13 and $16. I went for the top most one and didnt feel like a rip off at all.I tried the vacuum too - unfortunately it didnt seem to work with cards. One of the staff was kind enough to come help and when the card reader didnt work, he offered his own quarters. What a guy! Wish I asked for his name, but he was the one giving cars a wipe before the entered they tunnel today around 4pm. Wanted to drop a star for the malfunctioning card reader as I would have to return without vacuuming, but the awesome staff member saved me. Please give him a raise!

Just average anymore. No one on staff all automated and of course a charge for vacuums on top of the cheapest wash of $10. There is no place for you to even get a towel to wipe off your dash or anything inside your car. To me this is considered expensive compared to other washes in the area that start out at 6 dollars. I prefer elephant car washes that have full service. I write honest reviews and if you agree with my one please hit the like button.

Had to wait for a vacuum once I used the free wash coupon. Loved the clean wet rags and the spray to finish up details. I loved the fellow at the begining who took a mop and scrubbed off the bird poop on the window. Its nice to have a clean car!

The car was not fully cleaned. Birds droppings remaining.

Good car wash, no damage to cars. They ask if you want radio antenna removed to protect it and then remove it.

Always use this as it enviromently friendly.

I go here all the time. Nice car dryers and decent crew. Why they have to wear ties Ill never know. As long as they are guiding my car along the rails properly Im good. How about putting them in nice polos lightweight of course with the company logo in the upper left hand corner. Yes youre welcome 😊

This is probably the best location Ive been to. Something about the water in this area, or their equipment, hasnt left any water spots on my car. I have left several times without drying the car off. No spots. One thing to know, this place is popular. It can get very crowded!

Amazing fast service.

Just got a car wash there earlier today at 7:14 pm, when I got to the store right after my car wash, I immediately noticed all these white dots scattered over my car, which are in fact chipped paint and scratches. Tried finding an email for your business but I cant seem to find one.

First time at this Brown Bear Car Wash and it was great they were busy and yet it didnt take long and its pretty much on a par with Brown Bear Car Wash I used before I moved to the east side so first experience was great

This is a great car wash- there seems to be a lack of places that have as modern equipment as ye olde Browne bear carwashe. I do wish there was a mute button on the beginning screen to pay for what you want, but the accessibility is probably super useful for visually impaired people or those who forgot their glasses. Would definitely go back. Be sure not to put your parking break on while being ferried thru.

I went to use the restroom, and the attendees say, the restroom is broken..Its been apparently broken now for six months.Every time I visit the car wash its broken..I am going to call the mayor office and ask, why is a big company like this, cant afford to fix its restroom....why???

Stop using these low quality brushes to wash my trunk door!!! This is what I got for a brand new car!! The whole trunk door and half bumper is scratched. Have to pay $300 to fix it! If you have an SUV,, wagon or hatchback, be very cautious about this place.

Thanks Brown Bear team. I moved to the PNW last summer and the convenient Bel-Red location was my go-to location of choice. Unfortunately I found that location was closed permanently due to that block being repurposed for an apartment or condo community (maybe?). A quick Google search got me to the Factorial location. True to the Brown Bear name, we had a seamless experience and a good wash for the car. One nice touch is the contactless option at the Factorial location - you select your wash option on a kiosk vs a human at the Bel-Red location. Please keep up the great product and service offering.

Love coming here! The staff is always so nice and welcoming. You also get a discount on the car wash if you get gas here at the same time and show your receipt to the cashier. It can however get crazy busy especially during the Summer time with long lines all the way out to the street. Im talking like 15 cars lined up to get a car wash! They also offer a row of vacuuming stations and its super cheap like 25cents I think. The location is super convenient right by Factoria.Tip: If your car gets really dirty you can buy the unlimited washes pass for your family or get the discounted pass from Costco as well.

Lowest effort car wash.

My dude James was the realist dude. He was very kind, efficient and polite during my visit. They did not have a product I was looking for but he was able to direct me to where I could find it and within minutes I got what I was looking for. Also got a car wash from here and it was SOLID! Too clean 👌🏼

Decent car wash and plenty of space to wipe down car. Free towels and window cleaner. Not free vacuums. Also no self wash station.

Its brown bear. Good carwash. Decent price. Environmentally conscientious. Automated payment makes for quick service but the location makes it hard to maneuver around and get back out onto Factoria Blvd. (Right turn only). Especially for bigger cars. And there can be a wait for the vacuums as there are only a few spots available.

I moved to Bellevue not very long. During the free wash day last year, I went there for a try. Since I am new here, I was a little slow going in line, a lady staff was very very rude to me. My husband’s widow shield was broken during the free car cash there. I would be happy to return for paid services if the service is good, since I got very bad experience, will never go back and will never recommend anyone there, especially during free wash day.

I had a coupon for a free wash from my last visit to a Toyota Service center and this place did a great job! It was very easy to simply give them my coupon and they waved me in to the drive-thru car wash. There was a very short wait to get in and my car has been very sparkling clean since the visit, although Seattles bird population will surely keep me coming back, lol.

It is an automatic car wash, don’t expect super clean in wheels or back side of the car; that is the issue with all automatic washes by design. The staffs and services are very good. If you find any dirt or other issue with cleaning you can drive again and they will do it for free. I went three times in a row for my car wash due to wheel cleaning.

Getting worse. Used to borrow towels to wipe inside during wash, but not anymore. Also, the towels they do let you borrow are all dirty.They used to brush back of car around license plate area but they dont do that anymore for sedans. My car always is dirty in center back after a wash because of that. Id expect better for a 14 dollar wash.Spray for wheels during wash always misses wheels and just hits front fenders and back doors. Noticed also my car is getting more scratches after washes here.

They do not honor cars that were already in line before the car wash closes. I was there on Sunday waiting in line from 5:50 until 6:05 when the gates stopped letting people in and said it was closed. They should honor the people that were waiting in line before the car wash closes. Very frustrating. I guess going forward I need to plan to be there at least an hour before they close in order to get my car washed.

Its a car wash, its pretty decent at cleaning your car safely. I usually find some platsic parts, my backup camera tweaked, as brushes are pretty hard. Towels have been wet every time Ive visited and leave lint all over your car.

I just love that they provide cleaning spray and fresh towels to everyone. As much and as many as you need. I come here every couple of weeks with my daughter, and she loves helping me clean the car. +1 for the discount Brown Bear Car Wash coupons you can buy at Costco.

This tunnel is outdated compared to other BB locations, while price still $10 for cheapest wash. Doesnt spray car much and just starts to rub with those dirty, never replaced brushes. That is recipe for swirl marks.. wont take my dark colored car here!

Im a big fan of this type automated car wash systems because automation saves a lot of time and te is the most valuable asset I have definitely do not like waste it. Brown Bear is one the best option in Seattle WA. That being said there are few down sides of these Brown Bear wahers one is you will definitely get scratch on your car not only that if you dont get into the washer well prepared like taping your rear antheans or any moving parts or attached parts you have on you vehicle at the end of the raw or when you get out from the washer you will lose it. It happened several times for one of my vehicles got broken rear whiper.About the automated system I thank it is enough. Here is the truth about the employees, one the best and friendly polite employees they ever have and they are usually positive and polite. Simple, fast, not too expensive. Dollar for 3 minutes with vacuum and $16 for the best wash. Free towels and window cleaner.

Used a Costco coupon here and then paid $6 dollars to upgrade to the supreme version. The towels were a nice touch; my only qualm was that some of the soap did not get washed off my priuss hatchback.

I love Brown Bear, but I find they dont always honor the open hours they post. Ive come during posted business hours more than once only to find they are closed. Pretty frustrating.

Only time Ive been here, someone elses car got stuck in the car wash. They let me out of line after 15 minutes. I didnt get my coupon back. No idea what happened to the stuck car.
