Our recent experience at this location was really good. Started little bumpy with the car not available for rent, But manager Danielle did great service recovery. Team was very nice with understanding the discomfort we had in the beginning, managed it so well and did alot to make our trip comfortable. Really appreciate theor service recovery. Highly recommend this location. Their airport delivery location manager Drake was great help also.

Great customer service and car selection. They sent me an email a day ahead to ask what type of vehicle I hope to drive. Compared to other companies, National/Enterprise always has the cleanest car and great customer care. During this very special period, I appreciate they are open and running as good as usual. Thank you Cheyenne Harris and other folks here for the high quality service.

Trash! Run far, run fast! This company did a bait and switch on our car rental and charged us .30 cents per mile when our rental was supposed to be unlimited miles! This resulted in an additional charge of $610.30. Of course they have failed to return any phone calls despite customer service telling us that a manager will call us. You’ve been warned.

Probably better on any other day, but we had a reservation and we waited about an hour and a half to get the two cars. They said it was an issue with the system letting them get over booked. Friendly service though.

The written estimate through their Emerald Club was $800. The only question we asked on pickup is if there were unlimited miles because it was a one way trip and we were told yes then rushed through the signing/initialing of the contract. We got to the destination and found out that the agent had printed and had us a sign a contract with 50 miles/day so we had $1500+ in mileage overage (on top of the original $800 deposit). Called the Bellevue branch and they said they would call us back, never did. Called their national customer care line and have totally been given a run around for 6 days in a row. First time the agent told us wed only be charged $800 (Incident ID# 37135441) since this was an error at the rental location but an $800 and $1500 charge came through on our credit card statement. Every time Ive called back theyve said the last person we talked do didnt file things correctly on their side (e.g., left bad internal notes) or read us updates that never occurred (e.g., a branch manager named Daniel was supposed to have called this morning). Unbelievably horrible customer service and Im 48 hours away from disputing the mileage overage charge with our credit card company, which would be a first for me. I can understand one agent making a mistake but this is a series of 7 separate interactions with trying to resolve a billing problem where blame is always being put on the last person we talked to and were told that this time, well really call back from corporate. Feels like theyll say whatever they have to in order to get you off the phone without resolving any of the billing issues.

Easy pick up and drop-off. No problems at all during our 3000 mile road trip! Amazing price for renting a van for 12 days. Would definitely rent from National again.

Unprofessional at all!!!They are calling me just hours before I would pick up the car and telling me that they dont have the car I reserved a week in advance. Why would you do that to people that are making plans and relly on you.It costs me hundreds of $ this cancelation and change of plans.Definetly a no no place to rent from.ZERO STAR SERVICE!!!!!

Rented a car at the Bellevue Office and COVID lockdown occurred during this rental. Stay home order was in effect and the Location was closed. Even the Seattle location was closed. Now they re-open on June 1st and charged me for the duration that they’re closed and on lockdown. Madness!! I’ve been a loyal rental for 7yrs running and over the last 6yrs, YES, 6yrs I’ve rented EVERY SINGLE DAY of the year. Talk about disgrace. Hope they know that they’re not the only car rental company in the world! Others, you’re warned, National Car Rental in Seattle or Bellevue are not worth it.

Very bad service. I would not recommend the Bellevue, WA National Car Rental location to anyone. I came to this location to pick up a car and asked a question to the clerk. She gave my friend and I such attitude in responding to the question as if I had asked her something out of this world. Not once did she smile or provide courteous service. When asking a second question about upgrading the car I had initially reserved, she responded again with even more attitude and very unfriendly service. Essentially, she was trying to imply that my question wasnt her problem and that I need to pick up my car and get out of there as fast as possible. I will never rent from National again. (I would give zero star, but I had to give one star since giving zero star is not possible on a Google review)

Had a bad experience picking up a reservation. A constant feeling like theyd prefer Id have not walked in the door. Had a reservation for a car they didnt have, so they tried to upgrade me to a car I didnt want. I said as much and they were kind enough to offer another car, of a lower tier. However, they wanted to charge me the same price ( $160 more then what it should have been. I had just looked at a reservation for both types before heading over ) for the lower tier car.

**UPDATE**: I sent the details you asked for, check you email to know why you deserved at 0 star**Absolutely pathetic service as first they only have a 300 mile limit, now if they dont enter the previous rental odometer end number correctly which they did in my case, you will be charged additional money for something you didnt even use, you want that? Go to this center, otherwise stay away. Also, they never pick up the call when you need it. I would give a 0 star if possible.The amount of hoops I had to go to get the refund back was unprecedented. Thanks Bellevue center was just being unfit to do a proper job.

I couldnt agree more with the Ketans review even though I dont know the reviewer.National might be a good car rental company, but the customer service at this location has a serious problem. The lady at this location is not suited for a customer service job as she is very short-termpered, does not smile, and cannot answer questions without giving you such bad attitude.And this is while this was a straight forward rental with no problems. She behaved so poorly, that I took my contract and went next door to Enterprise for them to redo it. Avoid this location if youd like to keep on having a good day.

Pleasant but incompetent people running this location. My colleague and I went there for a rental, poor girl was having such a hard time figuring out, waited almost 45 mins. Hope they get her the training she needs.
