In the area next to Factorial Mall, a very good venue for hosting your event including birthday, graduation, anniversary or any celebration upto 120 -150 people.There are tennis courts and couple of pools in case you want to reserve for your party people.Restroom is inside the venue as well as by the pool.Ample parking in front of the venue.TIP - do take pictures of stunning sunset from the balcony.

We’ve been members for one year now and we love it here! The monthly membership dues are completely reasonable, the pools are way less crowded than the nearby YMCA, they’ve been very accommodating during COVID (still open in the winter, but with limited capacity and lots of heat to keep the pools warm), they have a hot tub (many community pools do not!) and our kids have learned a lot in their swim lesson programs!We have not used the tennis courts or weight room, but those are both options for members as well.

Best kids swimming lessons in the area! We tried both YMCA and other school in Newcastle but Newport Hills Swim and Tennis club is the best. Small classes and coaches know how to help non-swimmers overcome the fear of water.

The pools, tennis courts, fitness room, hot tub, and swim/dive team and swim/tennis lessons were all made available to members with the start of phase 2. The club has done a great job of working through this time and staying safe by providing all of the above by reservation through an easy to use online system.

Sadly, today ended several years of wonderful memories as members of Newport swim Club. My children and I have so enjoyed our time at the pool with birthdays, lessons and all year fun. Sadly, the way that the club is being run is no longer something that we want to see.Today I received a call stating that my booked party for my daughters 8th birthday Saturday was cancelled (4 day notice) due to the club needing to put up the dome. The dome was supposed to have been up weeks ago. I can understand accidents happening. But this is just all around poor management and just a further indication of the decline of the club itself. Amanda handled it as well as could be expected, but the new general manager clearly did not care and expressed that in her tone and clear lack of ownership, which as a new general manager... does not bode well. Additionally, If you are cancelling a child’s birthday, I would expect the person doing so to call and not delegate that work to someone else. Unfortunately, that is not what happened here.The pool schedule is a mess and families have a difficult time with the limited open swim. The hot tub is virtually always closed and the whole club needs rework. I did not care about any of that as I enjoyed the swim instructors and causal nature of the place. I will miss our time here, but the patrons are not the focus.

Well, customer service is a total failure. I booked a group swim lesson for one of my kids: not only was I charged twice for, which they knew about because when I finally got a hold of a manager she said you were charged twice I know (I guess it is a good thing I didnt give up on contacting them), but thats trivial compared to what went down. I was never told that the girls locker room was closed for repairs and there was only two changing rooms that you could change in because only the mens locker room was there for the shower. So my kid gets out of the pool we get to the locker room and he needs to take a shower because we are running to the basketball practice the shower area is a pool of dirty water when we went out into the reception area the girl at front desk couldnt care less for the issue nor did she tell us that there was a changing stall by the pool area. the two changing rooms in the reception formed a line. Good luck trying to use one of those when you are in a rush. So when I finally get to speak to Pat about canceling the lessons I paid a ton of money for (4 weeks for $120). I was thinking that the fair thing would have been for us to be charged for that one lesson and refunded the rest given the fact that I never had the pleasure of knowing the circumstances under which we would be put in. She tells me shell refund me half of my money. When said that I will contest the rest with the credit card, she offered to add a little more after telling that half was the best she could do. She ended up charging me for two lessons. Needless to say this whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, not a single person had any sense of costumer service in this whole ordeal. The previous management was by far more pleasant and reasonable. Youve been warned!

As a long-time members, we very much appreciate what Julie and her team are doing to both keep the club moving safely through the phases of Covid, as well as setting the club on a path for success once NHSTC is able to fully open. Julie has gone to great lengths to make improvements at the club, both in the area of facilities as well as staff engagement. Best is yet to come!

Wading pool not operational due to shoddy repair job. Lap pool always closed to non-swim team members. Open swim pool chopped up into three quadrants; half for lap lanes and the other divided between using the diving board, with a sliver of the pool dedicated to open swim. Third party swim instructors hijack lanes. Tennis courts are a wasteland. The bubble that covers the pool nine months out of the year drips water from the ceiling--sometimes the pool is closed due the buildup of condescension that prevents you from seeing from one end of the pool to the other. Very, dark, grim and depressing. And now the club has decided to charge an annual enhancement fee to members who dont put in volunteer hours. So much potential for this place, but its so poorly operated. One star for being a relaxing place to hang out on a nice day despite all the problems. I will be dropping my membership at the end of the summer.

I love this pool. Such a nice, laid back, enjoyable place to be. The pool is especially great in the summer. There is always a friend around that my kids know. In the winter a bubble goes up around the pool so we can swim year round.

Great place for families and community. Large hot tub and plentiful swimming lanes. Usually a good conversation going on weeknights in the sauna!

Staff is pretty unprofessional (late 2017) and I can’t seem to find an adult on staff who cares about the place. Swim lesson instructors used to be much better. Not sure what happened this year. They also randomly close the hot tub, which makes planning an impromptu visit a mess. Not worth the money at this point.

Everytime I go there, the pool is too overcrowded. My small children love going there so I guess it is worth of membership fee but for any adults who want to swim there for leisure time, I wouldnt recommend this place at all. very small space for open swim pool for too many people

Fun and friendly community club. Weight room, hot tub, tennis, kids wading pool, lap pool. Large pool has a diving board. Lots of activities.

Great place if your kids are into swimming. In team competition won Washington State last 5 years in a row.

Used to be long time member. Came to town and wanted to get in for a short swim, on a guest pass or something like that. Was shown the door. Not cool at all.

It is a good place to swim. The facilities are just OK for working out on exercise equipment. I do not use the tennis courts so have no input on those.

Okay, there is alot of problems with this place so lets begin but some good to..1. Its impossible to breathe in the bubble, and the bubble is really dirty.2.The locker rooms are d. I swear,irty no one cleans it up.3. You can literally walk in the club, they dont make you sign in or anything.4.The bubble does not cover up the sauna/lockeroom. Its freezing.5.Lobby is too small. NO siiting space at all.6. Tennis courts are a wasteland. They are all cracked and everything. I dont think the club checks there any ways.7. No hoops on basketball courts.8. Pool is unsanitary. So many leaves man!9. Bubble is too foggy. Safety hazard, lifeguards may not be able too see people drowning.10. Hot tub closes randomly.11.(short story) One time, some woman forced me out of my lane because I was goofing around and Didnt deserve to have a lane She even told the manager.
