Great customer service and its a buffet of course the food are good..pot roasted was my favorite..

Very respectful workers and customers. We dined in and did take out and the workers were very patient and considerate and helpful.

Great for walks, bird watching or just sitting enjoying the scenery. The big lake in the middle makes it even more appealing. You can canoe if you bring your own canoe. On the other side of the park theres a baseball field and more places for the kids to play.

Food was good. A little smaller selection than what I was expecting. Salad bar was nice & fresh. The soups seemed really watered down. Restaurant was clean & staff were super friendly. Overall good experience

The food was good and the staff was very friendly. Not a bad place if you don’t know what you wanna eat . They have a little bit of everything . I would call ahead and make sure the A/C is working because it was hot and humid in there today.

Well they had their shot on making my next trip better as they said on the last post. All steaks was way past well. Nothing close to medium rare. No one in desert bar. Cold plates, so when you get back with the food it is cold. Had to ask for drinks. Table never cleaned without asked. Order milk had to ask multiple times to get the milk before we finished the meal. Had to wait for everything. Had to wait for each item you wanted so never had a complete meal to sit to enjoy at any one point so I gave up and stopped at McDonalds up the street. Pretty bad.Staff along with management was upset I was taking pictures of how bad everything was and rude to my table of family. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY FAMILY THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!

My son& I went. We had a wonderful time. All of the food was really good.my son had lots of different things. Then we each had a brownie Sundae. Then my son went back & got some more roast beef because it was nice & tender & so delicious!

Delicious!! Had the Bourbon Chicken with All kinds of Vegetables! Yellow Squash, Broccoli, and Cauliflower and Sauted Mushrooms for the chicken!! And of course, a salad!!

Breakfast was not all that good. Bacon was burnt. I do have to say though that the hostess kept my coffee cup filled.

Food was so good I eat to much, everything about Golden Coral was GREAT!!.

We had a family of 8. The food did not taste or look fresh for how busy they were. I would definitely recommend getting fans to help with the air quality. My friend is asthmatic and had to have a breathing treatment due to how hot and muggy it was. I normally go to the one in Council Bluffs. Very disappointing :( Luckily I caught the banana bread pudding right as it came out and it was divine as usual!!

My mom, brother, and I made a last minute decision to eat here tonight. We got there at about 9:00, right before close. And we got a wonderful waiter named Andre. He was cleaning, but he went out of his way to get us a table and make us comfortable. He was very helpful and polite! Ive been to locations in Omaha and since it was closed we tried the Bellevue . Horrible!! I went to get a salad and it had so many brown pieces of lettuce.The worker came out with a fresh batch, instead of taking away the old brown lettuce, she stood and tried to pick out the bad, and added fresh lettuce in the bowl on top of already bad lettuce. Yuck !! The steak was flavorless and tough. Most food items werent re- stocked or look like it had been sitting all day. We were there at 6:00pm on a Sunday. Best part of this awful dinning experience was our waitress. I left her a nice tip. Will never ho back!

Golden Corral, I am giving one star because of what I found out at my last visit.Here is a suggestion. Give your employees free meals.Seriously.You give veterans a free meal to show them appreciation once a year. Which I for one, am thankful for. I think that is great that you do that for veterans.You should also show appreciation to your employees. I think it will help overall.I know it would boost moral.

Cold food not completely cooked chicken. Service was good even though they were short staffed.

Not very good. Used to go alot when I was a kid but now a days it seems like no one cares to prepare the food even to an ok standard. Or even put any effort forth to make it good. The only things worth eating were the deserts. Even the salad wasnt good and I mean how do you mess up salad. Not going there ever again. 😞

The food is amazing and the service is wonderful. But there are cockroaches on the walls and on the floor.

Sadly not the best experience.I hadn’t been to a golden corral in a few years due to bad experiences then, so I thought I’d give them another go.Went for breakfast and there was very little for breakfast food (more lunch based/oriented even for being there at 9am) super long wait for omelettes, they were out of eggs (took 10min to get more made and they went out super quickly) same for the bacon. The sausage patties that were there didn’t look the most appetizing (discolored, but you could tell they were cooked through) they biscuits were rock hard, and the gravy was hit or miss (one tray was thick and had good flavor, the next tray was super thin/watery and lacked flavor) the French toast was ok, but the pancakes tasted off and texture wise felt like they had been sitting for a while.Our server was definitely friendly and made up for the lack luster experience for the food.

Had not been here for several years so we were pleasently surprised. We got there a little late pretty close to closing time but everything was hot and delicious! They also had a good selection to choose from. The staff was also very nice.

Good food and we were seated quickly. The place seemed clean. Someone should probably fix the womans bathroom stall door.

Great service and the food was good. But they really need to keep up with the gloves if they want them used and keep the food fresh.

Not very much on the menu that is appetizing. Best items were the bread and the ice cream. Service was very good.

Golden Corral is still trying to make a comeback after Covid. Buffet is pretty good, but smaller selection of meats & desserts (my favs).

So a few years ago we visited this golden corral and swore never to return. Im so glad we did, I dont k ow what happened but the place has been cleaned up a lot, the food is prepared better and the staff is nicer. My family and I come here about once a month now and enjoy every time, my wife absolutely loves the chocolate fountain and I kill the salad bar every time. Just dont forget about those dinner rolls and pot roast!

Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good and a lot of toppings for your salad as well. All and all a good place to go.

Food was good as usual. The steam and grill people were a little bit slow about changing out items when the steam pans got really low and dried out.Andre was the server taking care of our table. He was very attentive, polite and friendly. He is a good associate of your organization.

The food has changed. Everything is bland. The macaroni and cheese used to rich and creamy, now its just tasteless. The fried chicken is bland as well. The best part of my experience was my server, Mary, she was attentive and very nice. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Food for most part was good. Desert and steak people where rude and impatient. The gentleman bussing and refilling drinks was spot on. He was working his butt off. By the time I had a empty glass he was setting a new on on the table. And he was like that for everyone in our seating section. I wished I would have caught his name so I could let everyone know it and what a fantastic job he did.

Went to restaurant for Mother’s Day. Clearly not prepared for amount of customers. Wait staff was very friendly. Baked chicken was undercooked. Rushed. BATHROOMS WERE FILTHY! This place has gone Way down over the past 15 years! A reflection of management. Very disappointing!

Rolls are to die for. Delicious! Salad bar is excellent. Fresh steamed veggies, large assortment of meats. I highly recommend.

First time coming to this location, had a great experience. Andre the one serving us, provided exceptional customer service, anticipating our needs without us having to ask, instantly offering us a booth, having extra plates ready, and bringing us a refill when needed. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend seating where Andre is. Id of given them a 5 star review but unfortunately one of the cooks who watched me struggle before letting me know she would be able to serve in a rude matter. Overall appreciated the service provided by Andre.

I think Golden Corral is the best restaurant in the city my favorite dessert is there bread pudding and I love there salad bar I love how clean it is how excellent there customers serving is excellent they do fall the cdc guidelines I can’t wait to make another trip to Golden Corral

Buffet food, so fresh. Visited on Sat I believe. There was quick and friendly service. The place has a cool atmosphere. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I liked.

I food was not very warm and the condiment bottles where very dirty. No manager around ask 2 times. Will never go back. Would like refund but no manager so just left.

So, it was overall not too bad, there are a few things they didnt seem to refill, like the baked potato that one of my sons were waiting for. The steak while not bad was never medium rare as asked for and while it had flavor it was not the same as the one they had in sioux city. None the less Ive had worse. The tables didnt get cleaned often enough, but they did get cleared just not when I figured so no worry there. The waitress however did fill up our glasses without asking, just had to wait a few minutes more then usual but they looked a bit understaffed so no worry either bc things did get done just not when I felt it should but thats only my opinion. Otherwise it was all clean from what I saw and the food wasnt the best but certainly not the worst either. Food that I got was hot, definitely worth the trip and I would visit again.

Recently I made a reservation for a large group of people they were able to accommodate us and we were very excited to be able to get together for lunch. We arrived at this Golden Corral to be greeted by extremely rude cashier we let her know we had 4 more people coming which we originally counted in our reservation they were running about 5 minutes late. She didn’t ring them up even though we asked her too. When we made the reservation we let them know it would be on one ticket. After they seated us I went to get my children food. I came back to find my drink had been given away to my brother as a refill instead of getting him a new glass. After they came to check on us I asked for another drink along with 4 other people in our group needing refills. She came back and my niece asked for a refill at that time she gave away my drink a second time instead of going to get her a refill. I then had to take an empty cup from my brother place it in front of me to receive my drink. Will not be going back to this location.

Worst place to eat in town wouldnt waste my time here all the food was sitting out for who knows how long nothing was being put out fresh the rolls were burnt the sweet potatoes were burnt to the pan cottage cheese had stuff floating in it there was hardly any lettuce at the salad bar and the left over bits that were left behind were starting to brown the fried chicken was so dried out you could even bite into it the steak was super dry an that was asking for a medium after she pulled the cooked steak out of a fridge from the back and warmed it on the grill. When asking for fresh food the lady looked at me with a disgusted look on her face like I was being picky. I than made a complaint with the manager Gracie she couldnt have been more rude stating that I was lying and everything was being put out fresh and they were Making more fried chicken right now I told her I didnt want to eat here and I wanted a refund and she said no I can only do 2 people when there was group of 4 of us and she did refund for two but why wouldnt we all get our refund for something we clearly didnt want or even touch? She completely ignored what I was saying and walked away in her office and shut her door. when asking the cashier up front to get her he said she is busy and would be right out I asked for her name and he wouldnt tell me he said that he cant give that information out but his name was Ceasar after waiting another 15 mins for her to come out of her office the waiter came and said he would give us our money back out of his own pocket to make things right. It was a very kind gesture but shouldnt be his responsibility I explain to him that it wasnt his job to make things right. What terrible management they seem to have considering the Manger sat in the office and wouldnt come out. After waiting an hour for her to come of her office they still hadnt replaced that fried chicken that was sitting there when I got there Im pretty sure there are hold times on food and it had been sitting atleast an hour and who knows how long before I had got there. That fresh fried chicken she stated that was being made still never seemed to have come out because it had been an hour at this point. Sweet potatoes still nothing the salad had been refilled I was impressed. My wife finally went out side to call this Manger that was refusing to refund us all of our money and come out of her office and even speak to us at all. The cashier who answered the phone clearly knew it was my wife trying to say he could help her as she told him no you can not help me I need to speak to your manager she finally got on the phone. She told her nicely to hear her out and not hang up on her. She tried lying multiple times to my wife about why she didnt refund us but refunded my mother. When we were sitting right there and know what my mother said. My wife made it clear to her that she didnt even give us a chance to complain like she did our mother she walked away and hid in her office. After my wife made her point very clear that we would not leave tell we had our money back and she would never have to see us again the lady admitted to being frustrated and she was sorry her job as a manager is hard. She told my wife to come back in and she would have the cashier refund her. After a hour of hiding and 20 minutes of arguing on the phone getting her to admitt she was in the wrong. This woman should not have a position as a manager! You do not refund half a table and not the other half you do not ignore customers and go hide and refuse to speak to them! Very poor management and an overall experience 😕 me and my family will never return!

Great food for a buffet. Lots of selection and clean. Meat could use a little work. Last time lady didnt know what rare was and before the prime rib was actually a prime roast.

Why does it say your open and your closed people drive in from out of town to come here for this just for it to say your open but actually be closed. Hope this place goes out of business

This Golden Corral has amazing food and of course the great chocolate waterfall. Only complaint is that the entrance area is very confusing for first time guests. You have to enter through the parking lot of another business to get to it.

Shouldnt even get 1 star but it makes you at least give 1. Food was barely warm unless fresh. Never got refills on any drinks. Only a few spoke english so couldnt really ask questions and while trying to get ham the lady walked away from me 3 times so never got ham. Tried to tell people that the food wasnt hot let alone warm. And yet i couldnt because they couldnt understand english. Wont be back.

The food was dried up and look like it had not been changed in a while. Not a lot of Staff around to ask questions in regards to food. We will not be before you visiting this place.

My service dog is always greeted with a smile (and sometimes treated with grill scraps), and to be honest, the staff remembers his name, but Im just the guy Sully takes care of!While I see LOTS of people loading up huge plates, my attraction is an inexpensive lunch, but with hundreds of choices, so no matter what Im hungry for, I am sure to fill that craving. Also the go-to for evening dinners out, as my the teenagers can eat too full without Dad making faces when the bill comes due.

Hi, everyone, would like to say that,when I walked into Golden corral, it was so clean, so fresh, so new, smelled good, and they had, CAT FISH FRIDAY, I will be there every friday, and it was fresh, fried just right, man yall gotta visit the restaurant in Bellevue, not the one on 72nd now, just wanna make sure yall go to the right one, and our server Bukhari, was really nice, we never had to ask for another drink or to take our plates, he was always on time A+ for his good work. all the staff was very friendly.keep up the good work.
