A few weekends ago my car broke down when I was trying to head back to the east side of the state. They were able to take my car in on short notice and were very clear about what went wrong, the repairs needed, and why. I feel like they shoot straight and really take care of their customers. Im very grateful for the work they did on my car and I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing personnel I had trouble with my vehicle I spoke to them they asked me to take the vehicle in they looker at it, a while later they asked mw to drive my car back home & let them know if I experience any other issues with it. I had a great experience here. Initially I went there to rent a U~haul pick~up Truck. Which was stress free.Brought the truck back the next morning & noticed that theyre auto fixer uppers as well(mechanics) Long story short.....Theyre working on my Audi tomorrow morning.Also, they were little over $300 less than the other place i was going to get the Audi fixed.Everyone that I met was very friendly and very helpful. Im not going to tell you in what way they were helpful with me, because then everyone would expect the same.So youre just going to have to go there and see for yourself.One more very important advice......BEING RESPECTFUL GOES A LONG WAY! Friendly Neighborhood MechanicMohammad is a fantastic person and has always provided honest, prompt and good quality service for my Ford Mustang. Moreover, he is extremely helpful and easy to work with. There have been times when he has fixed a thing or 2 on the spot without prior appointment (even though it is recommended that you take prior appointment). His team is competent as well and Alex (who works there) has been very helpful. They are big enough to be a reputed auto center that provides warranty on their work. At the same time, they are small enough to add that personal touch.I highly recommend Techstream for general automotive work.

These guys do EXCELLENT work! The owners are very friendly, went out of their way to save me money on a clutch, and even stayed open late so that I could get my car towed in the same day. The total came in about $400 under what most online estimates were telling me to expect, and Im honestly surprised at how well the car runs after I picked it up. Its seriously better than when I got it from the dealer (used car). Overall, I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs to get some work done. Great guys who do a great job!

Very honest staff, great service and reasonable labor cost.

My car was taken to this shop without my permission. I asked for a tow and the person who towed my car took it to a shop not authorized. This company then did work not authorized, then caused major electrically damage and wants me to pay for everything, including there time to fix the damage they caused. They are sending me to collections instead of dealing with my account. These people will steal from you. I have never been treated worse by a company in my life

I work on my own cars all the time as I never trust a mechanic to work on my car as many guys now are now just a part changers.Needless to say, I needed differential and transfer case fluid change on my Audi 2006 Quattro 2.0T which needs special tools and it’s very hard to DIY on Audi with very tight spaces . I reluctantly took my car to this shop for the fluid change. They charged me 1hr labor 110+tax which is quite acceptable in Bellevue area. I am happy with the service as I could wait in waiting area using WiFi to do my work.

Very friendly and accommodating! I was over in Seattle for a meeting this last weekend and my BMW was getting a bad misfire. I called literally about 25 places and this place was the only one open. I expressed to Muhammad that I needed to get back to Idaho on Sunday night and he worked me into his schedule! Not only that but his Nephew drove my girlfriend and I back to our hotel and also to a junk yard to get a part. All on Sunday! Needless to say I was very impressed with his operation and we made it back to Idaho that night. Definitely recommend.

The owner seems nice. They gave me a ride and pick me up when car is done. But replacing front brake pads and a clutch pressure switch for $440 is way too expensive. Also lack of respect of customers car. steering wheel position changed, driver side floor mat was dirty.

I had a Tow Truck Driver recommend these guys to me on a Saturday morning when I broke down on the 405.They were able to see the issue upon initial inspection - Busted ball joint - and told me I could have the car in a few hours.I KNOW my way around a car, and they looked up the time to repair from the guide, 2.2 hrs and SHOWED it to me! Then looked up the part online and showed me his cost for the part! Told me what he charged per hour for Labor. So, 2.2hrs x hrly rate + parts + plus tax = EXACTLY what I paid about 4 hrs later when my car was fixed!!Fair, Honest and Knowledgeable from my Experience!!Thanks Mohammad,RickYou newest repeat customer, next time I need a repair I know where I will be going!

Having your car break down and not start is always very stressful. The gentleman from All Day Towing recommended Tech Stream Auto to me, because I had previously requested Michael Chevy in Issaquah, which is ridiculously expensive. I took him up on his recommendation because I had a previous bad experience with Michaels. I am SO glad I took my car to Tech Stream. Mohammad was extremely kind and professional, and my car ran so much better than it did before it broke down after taking it to them, and their prices were very fair (I had a broken alternator and starter). I am so happy to have found a good auto shop!

I was blown away by their exceptional customer service and overall friendliness. We were on our way to Spokane for job interviews when suddenly our van didn’t start. We frantically called every nearby mechanic that was open on a Sunday and got turned down. After an hour of phone calls I finally called Tech Stream and explained our predicament. Even though they had a ton of other cars to get to and wanted to schedule us later in the week, they made us their first priority and even offered to drive us wherever we needed to go while they fixed our van. They had it fixed within no time and were very knowledgeable and helpful, even letting us know of potential future problems that we should fix down the road. I can’t recommend them highly enough. My only complaint is I wish they were located in Spokane!

Slow but great service

My husband and I were visiting from Nevada about a month ago and our cars master cylinder would not let out presser (so we were told at midas) then we took our car to a different shop I cant remember the name and were told it was our routers and caliber so e trusted mods went out bought a master cylinder at oriley and requested them to put it in well little we new they wouldnt do that so we were out 150 and now had to find a place to do the master cylinder when finally we found techstream and they said they would look at it all it was was flushing the break fluid and the car was fine it ran perfectly and he put in the new master cylinderMind you Midas was charging me 2,500For the work on our carThe other place was going to charge us3,000Tech stream SO MUCH LESS like 100-200Super friendly and the are amazing people thanks so much guys

These guys are awesome. They do not fix anything which is not broken.They only fix which needs to be fixed. I think only people who complaint about them are the cheap actually supper cheap people who do not even want to pay tax. I know this cuz I own 5 cars and sometimes I see people who are so cheap that argue about the price and they dont wana pay the tax.haha
