I am somewhat of a customer service snob… being in the sales industry myself. I can honestly say the experience of buying our new car went fantastic. Our sales associate, Michael Lambert, treated us with care and concern the entire time. If there’s one thing my husband and I love- it’s good customer service and a good sticker price! Thank you Michael L. we’ll definitely be back. He even buffed and spot cleaned the car for us until we drove off practically! Picture attached. Overall, we are happy 😊

I went to this dealer for car servicing and I am so disappointed! My dash camera was dismounted and its base connector was missing after servicing, Now I have to buy a new Dash camera. They charged 100 for oil and filter changing but would charge another 100 for sanitizing the air vent because they found the filter was knocked off a bit. I asked what is the servicing detail for my next visit, they listed items based on 90K but the mileage of my car is even lower than 75K. They told me that is best for my car. This is my first time and also the last time visit to this dealer.

My first time buying a new vehicle. I had excellent credit and enough cash to purchase the car outright but wanted to finance it. Due to covid-19 there was a computer chip shortage that affected manufacturing and as such there was an inventory shortage I was told. However, there was a decent amount of cars to choose from on the lot if I wasnt picky about the color.I found the sales associate that helped me (Luke) to be very professional and exceedingly polite. He took his time to answer all of my questions and I never once felt pressured or rushed. All in all he made the entire process go very smoothly and Im happy with my purchase knowing I got a good car at a good rate. Luke also went out of his way to contact me later asking how I was doing and offered to help me answer any further questions that I might have about some of the features of the car. This really impressed me and so I wholeheartedly recommend

Lets face it, right now the car market far favors the seller over the buyer. Yet, I was lucky enough to encounter Konstantin, and to that end, the management at Michaels who backed him. In todays market, with cars literally zooming off the lot within seconds of arrival, Konstantin worked with me, my budget, and my particular needs as if I was the only car buyer for miles. It truly felt as if Konstantin was advocating for me, and not the dealership. Did Michaels make money? Sure. But a manager mentioned to me, when I was telling him how appreciative I was of the offer, that the salespeople are not fighting for commission. They are all paid fairly and in turn, they are looking out for the buyers so they just keep coming back. It really showed - I got an incredible value for my trade-in (I still cant believe it!), great financing, and the car I hoped to buy, all making it work within my budget. And in this market, thats not just good, thats remarkable.

Bought a new Highlander Hybrid here. It was an incredibly stressful and tiresome experience that took 4.5 hours. They were not at all transparent about how long each part of the process would take, instead repeatedly saying we are at the final step starting when we still had 2 hours to go.The experience was not COVID-safe. It would have been much safer to do most of the paperwork over phone and/or email. The whole experience of buying our new car soured what should have been excitement, and instead left us dealing with a bored, tired, frustrated, and hungry toddler.Would be 1 star for the experience, but they get 1 star back for allowing us to reserve the car without financially committing until we had a chance to test drive it once it was delivered. If you can avoid buying a car during the supply crunch, wait. If not, find another dealer or get them to do everything over the phone and only walk in for final signing.

Anne Herman was wonderful in helping us look at used RAV4s. She was very friendly, responsive, and took the time to answer all our questions. I also appreciated her looking out for me and expressing it was going to be *my* car, not my boyfriends. Yas queen! Also, thank you to the manager Jonathan for walking us through all the financials and our questions. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and humor. My boyfriend can be a smarty pants but he was very professional and threw that humor right back to him. 😊All the staff we interacted with had wonderful stories, and backed up their sales with personal antidotes and photos. Ian (If I remember correctly for who was helping us with the financial paperwork) sold us on an extended warranty with his own personal story for his truck repairs. It just made sense and it didnt feel like a sales pitch, it felt more that he was looking out for us because he wanted the best for us and our car.The dealership really is a family and goes above and beyond in customer service. Thank you guys ❤

I went to various dealerships even Toyota ones. Each one of them where charging $3,000 over the marked price. But after two days searching when I arrived to Michaels Toyota of Bellevue was the right place. I met a great salesman named Michael Lambert the man. He was straight and true all the way to the end. He and his boss even showed me their list of incoming cars even those in production phase. Which one were sold or on hold by another customer. And he did everything to find me a brand new car. In less than a week I got my brand new car with a more than good deal. They military service/customer oriented. Thanks Michael Lambert.

I brought my car in at 7am for a check engine light. The diagnosed problem was a loose gas cap that needed replacement, which confused me because I had gotten a new one installed here barely over a year ago.I asked if it was normal to need replacement so soon, and my service person said the technician had “no idea why that was, but there was dirt” After five hours (and over $300 later) my car was ready. I take it home, and look at the area, the tech didn’t even bother to wipe the lip area of the fuel filler. I would think it obvious, if the thing isn’t sealing, that you wipe down the surface you’re trying to seal to? (don’t worry, I did it myself)Why did I pay $300 for a $30 plastic part when they made NO effort to help fix or prevent the problem from happening again. Such a small thing.I feel taken advantage of, and am taking recommendations for another service shop.

My experience at Michaels Toyota in Bellevue was very positive. I am a senior and hadnt bought a car in years. Even though this may not be the most perfect time to buy a car due to the chip shortage, I felt it was a time in my life to buy a vehicle that I wanted with some of the newer safety features. Lucas Lin, my sales representative, listened and found the vehicle that matched my needs within a couple of weeks after I had first met him. Lucas was very patient in explaining all the various high-tech buttons on the new vehicle. We made a deal. The rest of the staff Simon in finance and Matt in trade-in helped to make car buying a positive experience. Thank you...

So the guy who pulled my test drive was great. Knew nothing about the car and said so, but Id already done my research, and he was zero pressure. Let us drive alone too.The let me crunch some numbers guy was terrible. Couldnt read the room: still trying outdated techniques like I didnt know the value of my trade in. He offered my half the Kelly blue book value for my trade in- bad start. Shouldve just left then, but let him talk AT me for another half hour or so. I thought he might actually get the used car to a price i might accept. Nope.Only when he was gone did the other guy asks questions and actually show interest in me and the car I was looking for. This is why people use carvana. This is why. Ive been super impressed with Toyota of Bellevue throughout the entire vehicle purchase process. I visited multiple dealerships over the past six months prior to purchasing a new vehicle and there were always strings attached and poor service. Ive owned multiple Toyotas over the years and have visited many of their dealerships. As a former car salesman myself, Michaels Toyota in Bellevue is super straight forward and no-nonsense. The customer service has been excellent.Ken Cho in sales was great and super easy-going, no pressure. Closing paperwork was super quick and smooth.Brandon in the Service Department as well as Scott Ruiz have both been awesome in taking care of some minor dings to the Camry. Monroe in parts and Scott are both going above and beyond to make sure the car is perfect.I have no regrets buying from here and I would definitely shop here again without hesitation.

Large dealership, decent inventory, warm cookies and coffee available all the time, unlike the Nissan dealership next door. I have both Toyota and Nissan vehicles so I visit both and I like the larger, cleaner layout and dog friendly space Toyota offers vs. Nissan. As far as car deals go, they’re few and far between as Toyota’s sell themselves, it seems. I ended up paying a higher price at the dealership for the same VIN car that I saw cheaper online on Toyota website. Lesson learned, next time I will just buy it online rather than haggling for hours at the dealership.Buying a car at this dealership took me about 7 hours, as sales people kept changing due to shift change, and the paperwork took a great amount of time. At least they didn’t apply the cheap tactics of the Nissan folks next door. However, be careful what you sign for late night, I was so worn out and hungry after spending 7+ hrs in the dealership that I didn’t read the paperwork carefully, ran some numbers later, and found an error next day. And then had to go back in to get new paperwork as they needed new signatures. My German Shepherd dog sat patiently in the dealership the whole 7 hours because they have dog cookies!

They sold me a truck without the key to the tailgate and advised me that is not required. On top of that they informed me I cant get a new key through parts since the car was from Canada. This was after two weeks of trying to acquire a simple key. I was lied to multiple times. Informed of the wrong things and had everyone blame it on someone else. Sad to see Michael’s Toyota go downhill over the last few years. My dad and I have purchased over 6 vehicles from them over the years. Before they were great, friendly, and would make great deals until recently. Tried to be loyal and purchase a new ‘21 Tacoma from them and said they could not do the offer I wanted. The attitude they had this time did not make me feel welcome. So, I went to Toyota of Renton a few weeks later and got the same truck with the offer Michael’s couldn’t do. In addition, I found out today servicing our Highlander they won’t honor their own free oil change coupon because of New Ownership, nice! Well looks like I’ll be moving to Toyota of Renton or Kirkland for future business. Hopefully Michael’s can turn around to the Michael’s they use to be, but I’m not holding my breath.

Tl:Dr - Pedro was great, buy a vehicle with him if you can.I had spent a couple months looking around at different dealerships trying to find one that works with bad credit, eventually I decided to call Michaels Toyota of Bellevue and I spoke with Pedro, he assured me that with my bad credit and my girlfriends no credit that we could get approved. We decided to go in and discuss our options with Pedro, I was worried that we wouldn’t get approved with my credit being at 548 but just like Pedro assured us, we got approved. However, the Down payment and monthly payments were going to be higher than what we could afford. Pedro, being the awesome guy that he is, worked with us and we figured out a way to lower our down payment and monthly payments by adding a co-signer. We signed the paperwork and about an hour after we got home, Pedro called us to tell us that we were approved for an even better rate so we went back in a few days later to sign the new paperwork. In the end after it was all said and done, Pedro got us into the vehicle we wanted and he saved us almost $100 a month in payments. We are so grateful to Pedro for making our first car buying experience so easy and enjoyable.

I was informed that they do not have the tools to take care of the car even though the car does not have specialty locknuts and it has a normal Jack and lug nut removal bar. I was given any reason that the person could imagine until ultimately he admitted that it was 10 minutes till closing and nothing could be done even though all the answers were present. At this point I chose to leave, after he asked me to wiggle around several other cars for my departure with a flat tire, the way I came by backing out. At this point I observed him walking away and both him and his friend chuckling as they left.Ultimately at the end of the day it’s about service and despite a number of people present and only a couple vehicles remaining, I don’t think in any capacity that the service department at Toyota in Eastgate is going to help you in any regard on a Friday - “we don’t have the tools”. Attempted to buy a car here on May 29, 2021. Right from the start I felt unwelcome and dismissed, I should have left then. The sales representative was rude and disrespectful. I inquired for information on a RAV4, they had non available for sale on lot, understandably, and was handed a list of incoming vehicles. I was given very little guidance or attention, just a piece of paper. Never was I asked if I wanted to test drive or checkout one that was on lot for reference and as soon as I inquired about the price I was told that the price was the price and they had no need for negotiating with me since they were selling like pancakes. Lots of other rude things. I don’t know if it’s because of the way I was dressed, my ethnicity, or whatever so I can’t speculate on that. Finally had enough and told the sales rep that I would come back another time, he asked why. I explained that it was because he was being rude, indifferent, and unhelpful. He seemed confused, couple people looked our way, then all the sudden he wanted to be courteous. He then finally told me the price on the car I was looking for and it was actually reasonable. I would have bought the car if it wasn’t because of how they made me feel and I told them so. Left and called Toyota of Puyallup to put a deposit on an incoming car.Take your business elsewhere. Preferably somewhere where they make you feel welcomed and appreciated, somewhere they value your business but also show kindness and respect. Because buying a car is more than just paying for it.

It’s unfortunate to report that this dealership commits theft after having slimy business. We were searching for a new vehicle and were told by Simon Pavlov that if we put down a $1000 hold on a new car that we would not have to wait months for inventory to arrive but would instead secure ourselves the next one on the lot. Having worked in the auto industry before - specifically Toyota - I knew this was the truth and gave them my credit card information.Over the month long wait, Simon was kind and provided updates. As the date of arrival approached I suggested sending in photos to get an idea of trade on our current vehicle. He ensured me not to worry, that we could figure out numbers upon arrival. Finally, our vehicle arrived. We drove 1.5 hours to pick it up! My husband is active duty military and is currently injured so this was a big deal for us. When we arrived he partnered us with Josh “JD” Donegan, his used car manager. JD told us his story on why and offered us $8000 under what another dealer had just offered a week earlier for our trade. We declined. Per usually car lot business, they tried to go back and forth and throw the tax credit card but were still under by $5000. They suggested keeping our car and financing another (yeah right, for $50,000 no way.) They said “It’s only a few thousand… what’s the big deal?” When we overall declined and asked for our trade keys back Simon got frustrated. He was aggressive and angry. We asked for our $1000 back and we were told it would come in the mail by check. That’s funny…. It only took 30 seconds to take it but now we have to wait to get it back? When we asked a timeline he said he didn’t know. That wasn’t acceptable so we went in to the sales desk. They looked at us like PEASANTS. They said their once family friendly company is now a big corporation owner and it takes along time from Medford, OR to receive a check. Once it is cut it will be mailed. I told them “That’s funny because you’ve never gotten my address from me…..” They acted shocked! They had me text Simon my address and said to wait two weeks.Fast forward THREE weeks… no check. I have reached out to Simon Pavlov, Josh “JD” Donegan, Jennifer (the office manager) AND to their now parent company, Lithia. ZERO RESPONSE.This dealership is not only employing people who are aggressive and disrespectful but also committing theft. We have the email that says our money will be refunded and it hasn’t. FRAUDULENT.What was once a family owned dealer is no more as shared by the employees. This company is not military friendly and is not doing good business.Stay far away from Michaels Toyota, Simon Pavlov, JD Donegan, Jennifer AND Lithia Motors - unless you have $1000 to lose too.

*UPDATE*All those replies for the review by their Guest Relations Manager, Sheree LaRue, seems to be all for show. I called that number on 9/24, left a voicemail, never got a call back. -10/4/2020I took the car in and scheduled a 1 hour diagnostic with Michaels Toyota because my horn didnt work, then my advisor Jacob left me a voice mail to call him back. He must be the busiest advisor there is because I tried calling him back 7 times before reaching him. He then told me they couldn’t figure anything out, they needed to bill 2 more hours. I gave the go ahead. The next day, he called me and left me a voice mail again. Then I called him multiple times for the next 3 hours before he answered his phone, that poor guy forwarding my call to Jacob can recognize my voice after the 3rd time. Jacob pretty much told me they needed to rip everything out, the high/low horn assembly, spiral cable, etc and replace it with new parts. Ok, this is when I have a problem. I can understand if I went to a small mechanic shop that it takes them 3 hours to diagnose the issue with my car. However, I’m paying a premium to a Toyota service department, expecting them to be experts in their own products then their answer after 3 whole hours was they needed to rip out EVERYTHING?! ($3000 bill with diagnostic)I took the car back, still deciding if I wanted to get it fixed with them or not. I quickly realized something is wrong with my car as I was driving it around. Not only did the horn not work(original issue), but none of the buttons on my steering wheel, nor the cruise control worked either, 2 panels were missing and the cover weren’t closed properly(see photo). I called Toyota again, was transferred to another advisor this time, explained the issue to him, he said I have to talk to Jacob, Great. I called 30 minutes later and was told Jacob was at his desk, his phone didn’t send me to voicemail right away, so he was not on the phone, and yet, I was eventually sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail. After the weekend, by Tuesday late afternoon, I still haven’t heard back, so I decided to go there and camp till Jacob can give me his time of the day to talk to me. Jacob told me he had a full mailbox that morning and had cleared it by noon so I could have left him another voicemail. OH, so you did get my voicemail, but you CHOSE not to call me back the entire day? Interesting…He said he can have his mechanics take a look at all the issues but the buttons not working was most likely caused by the spiral cable. When I did get my car back the next day, they did replace the 2 panels, HOWEVER, the cover behind the steering wheel was STILL not closed properly. They confirmed that the spiral cable was the issue and just “coincidently” stopped working while they were diagnosing the car which they will not be responsible for.All I knew was that I gave them my car in one condition and it came back in a worse condition. I’m almost 90% certain that when I did take my car back the second time, they never even looked at it. They most likely just parked it and replaced the missing panel when the parts came in and gave it back to me. Which explains why the cover was still not closed properly the second time with the exact same size gap as I originally brought the car back with.I ended up taking my car to another place to get fixed and they replaced the spiral cable, high and low horn assembly for me. Oh and guess what they told me…”Whoever worked on your car last left everything unplugged in your steering wheel”.This experience has caused me to lose trust in all dealership service departments. I never try to bash a business by leaving a bad review, but this experience truly pushed me to the edge especially because I gave Toyota a second chance to make things right(most customer does not do that). Even if I didn’t pay $3000 to get my car fixed there, I’m still a paying customer who paid $570+ to get my car properly diagnosed. However, the service I received is definitely not worth $570+.

I recently bought a new Toyota 4Runner from Michaels. I worked with Michael Lambert, who was great. He listened to what I wanted, and he asked questions about I needed. He described and showed me several vehicles. The first vehicle I drove was the one I ended up buying. It was a great experience, and I love my new 4Runner.

Went to the place regularly for maintenance and even bought the car here. the recent experience really made me believe that I made wrong decisions.During the last maintenance, I was told to change tire and just agreed to that. The advisor said it would be available on the next day, and would call me. Given that might take time, I made some arrangement to accommodate it.On the next day, I got no calls entire morning even after I made two phone calls. After that, I called in 3rd time, the front desk laughed at me when I ask can I have the advisor call me. She literally just want to forward me to parts department after I explained to her that the advisor already ordered. She again laughed at me. I really dont know whats so funny. The place is really getting worse for their services. I left the message to the front lady mgr, and havent heard anything thus far.Anyway, I got appointment today with Costco. Period.

My sales person was good, but when it came to setting the price and trading in my old car, I felt like I was dealing with a used car lot salesman who was hustling me. He implied I lied about my car’s history and made fun of my car to push me to sell at a lower price. Then he finance person started berating the new car I was about to. It, saying the electronics would start to fall apart and pressured me and my wife into buying a $3,500 extended warranty for my Toyota. I should have walked out right then. I will never buy a car there again. It was a horrible experience.

The salesperson usually go above and beyond to get all the information to get you the suitable car.they have financing option as well. The finance team is really fast and efficient. I forgot about my graduation discount (Finance team came back to me and provided me with the discount after closing). Good customer service. For the serving side :- The service branch is really efficient .Usually they try to get everything done by one hour. But this service facility is really really busy. Getting appointment in the afternoon is a better option. They are through in the servicing and care to explain what need to be done in the future.Amenities :-There are ample parking for you while visiting . There are abundant restroom are clean . There is wheel chair accessible parking, the overall facility is quite friendly to the people using wheel chairs. They also provide coffee and cookies for the visitor .

I had a very lovely experience here with my significant other. We called and made an appointment ahead of time, though even if we didnt, Im sure we would have been helped (came back a couple times for service things and everyone was super friendly at the front desk). Ive had plenty of bad instances at other dealerships not wanting to help the younger crowd, and Michaels was not like this. I was helped initially by Greg, then by Ahmad, both very considerate, passionate, and helpful salespeople. Without really intending to that night, we bought our first car together, a 2016 Toyota Avalon. Couldnt be happier, and they did the negotiations for us by showing us their dealer price, all the fees, perks, etc. Ended up paying way less than we planned for the car since it was last years model, and I think both parties were happy. They even threw in all weather floor mats! We went to the service department a few weeks after to get new wiper blades (streaking bad on a new car seemed odd) and they changed them out no questions asked.Overall, great service by the staff, nice waiting area with a warm fire/coffee bar, and excellent price for our new car. Couldnt be happier, especially since Lynnwood Honda and Lynnwood Mazda didnt even offer help when we visited them. Thank you Michaels Toyota for helping the younger people (23 and 25) buy our first car, and we look forward to continued service from you guys!

They Sold me a 2019 Tacoma with around 10k miles. My dream truck. 45 days later I take it in to another dealership to have something looked at and find out there’s an active safety recall with no remedy available yet. Was informed there was a recall on truck when I purchased it but was assured it was something so minor that it was a non issue. Shame on me for not doing more research when I purchased it. Shame on them for glossing over the recall subject and not giving me very specific details on the nature of the problem. I would not have purchased knowing this information. Traded it in for a different truck that day. Took a substantial financial hit as the dealership that took it in trade said they might have to wholesale it out.

Watch out! Anyone who goes in there please do your homework ahead. If you want to buy a new car/do a trade-in or just sell a car please use online estimation tool and call different dealerships to check out the price first!! I just made a mistake by making a rush decision on a trade-in only to find out that I got paid a LOT less (like 50% less than what I could be paid).I got an email from Michales saying that they were looking for pre-owned cars as their inventory drops largely, and they could let me trade in my leased car for an equal or less monthly payment for a new car. So I went in without doing any research (big mistake!!) and ended up paying a lot more than I should (found out later but was too late to cancel the trade). I remembered wrong for my previous down payment and the monthly payment (the number in my mind was higher than the actual numbers), which Michaels could have pointed it out yet didnt, and I ended up paying more than what I used to pay monthly and for the down payment. In addition, the trade in price was NOT good comparing to other dealers (which I found out later). It is NOT even a fair price. Had trusted Michaels and expected that they would treat a repeated customer better than this.Sigh. Sale is sale. Polish your eyes. Business only targets at maximum profits rather than treating people honestly and fairly. But again, if a business is seeking for profit only and even put it higher than gaining customers trusts, how long can it survive? I paid for the lesson learned here and Michaels paid to lose one of its customers, which they could care less.P.s. One additional star for the sales person called Bob, who appeared to be sincere and being amiable all the time. Id think he has the potential to be a great sale if he could try learning how to protect his customers.

I dont feel like I received the best service they could have given. I made an appointment for an appraisal through the automated text messaging option, but no one seemed to have any record of my appointment when I arrived. After my car was taken to be looked at, the customer service person helping me told me that they didnt have me as an appointment so some one took a quick look at it. Then I was told all of the things that would probably need to be replaced, etc., not specific details to my vehicle. I was offered a paltry amount, said thanks, and left. I would have rather been apologized to for the appointment not coming through, and asked if I could return later for a proper appointment. It really seemed like the person who spoke with me only wanted me to leave. Conversely, one of the other customer service agents was extremely polite and helpful when he saw me standing by my car for so long, and that was appreciated.

The person who answered my questions was rude..I just asked a simple question about some recall appointment for my vehicle which means some parts of the vehicle need to be changed for that model and she was getting impatient.I was not told that first there would be some inspection which itself would be 2 hours, before the actual appointment that would take a few hours understandably. The only reason I was asking about the duration of the whole thing was because I have to seek a leave from my job to get the procedure completed and I needed to get an estimate about the time,to actually take a leave.I understand that there are some procedures that need to be followed which take time, but I have my own priorities and schedule too which is why I was asking her questions about the duration and time and didnt like the way she was speaking to me.My usual experience with the place is positive, but they need to keep polite people especially to answer queries from people who have never ever leased/owned a car before ....The person answering my call seemed to be curt and impatient

Excellent sales experience. For trying to sell you a car, they are surprisingly transparent and gentle in their approach. They are definitely there to sell, but at no point did I feel strong-armed into anything. They are up front with their sales tactics and it was easy to simply decline the items that I didnt want to pursue. They werent egregiously deceitful at any point, either. (I posted this review on Yelp from a week ago but also wanted to post on Google reviews to share my experience)I did not have a good experience here. Last month, my mom had her tires changed here and it was fine (albeit the VERY long service), but then eventually the tire pressure light went on. We went in today and told us that was the tire pressure valve that was old and needed to be changed out. When you are changing tires, you are supposed to check this and tell us that before. There should have been no reason to come here again. Also, the service assistant (I wished I got his name) who was talking with another person said that we did not know English in front our car. We could hear him through the car. He probably did not know we could hear him through the car. This was after I explained to him what was wrong with car and gave him information. Furthermore, when he asked us to get out of the car to meet with a service advisor he said you should just nod to the service advisor. This was very demeaning and I am surprised that someone who is in a service role could just say this. This is very unprofessional. As a recommendation, I am not sure about car sales, but definitely go to a different place for service.

A few days ago I bought my third car ever, all Toyotas. Being in the middle of a pandemic, and dealing with some personal issues, I shopped entirely online. Once I had it down to two RAV4s, I had to decide on color and dealer. After reading the reviews and talking to Konstantin there was no question I was going to buy from Michael’s. All the customer service I could have hoped for and more. It was easy, no haggling. Konstantin was professional - knew his product and his business. Not only did I get a fair price, Konstantin arranged to have the RAV4 shipped to me because I couldn’t come in person. More than 250 miles. Robert in finance, the same. He knew his business and gave excellent advice. And JR who delivered the car was wonderful to deal with too. And I love the RAV4. Yay!

My new tacoma had a brake Issue. Ironically I had accidently snapped a stud over tightening it on the same wheel. Initially they said it would be $160 for an hour labor to replace the stud. However since the brake Issue was covered under warranty, they took care of the stud since they were already in there. I appreciate the integrity of doing so, as replacing a stud when you are already adjusting the brake, takes 5 minutes.Ill be back for future service needs here over other Toyota dealerships in the area.

What a great experience working with Internet Sales Representative Alex Shmidt. Ive heard it said that its not so much as what you do, but more of how youre made to feel that keeps customers coming back. The car buying experience is still not the most enjoyable experience for most people, but Alexs consultative approach made the experience great. He engaged with me, listened to my situation, and was responsive throughout the process. He was low-pressure, yet had a professional approach throughout the process. I truly felt like he had my best interest in mind. My advice to Toyota of Bellevue is to do everything you can to retain this guy and put him on a career path with your organization if he chooses to invest in the automobile industry. While Michaels Toyota of Bellevue seems like a solid organization, Im a firm believer that people buy from people. I can find a similar RAV4 at similar prices, but I would choose to buy from Alex and refer my family and friends his way any time I have the opportunity.

I cannot say enough good things about Michaels Toyota of Bellevue, This was actually the 3rd car I purchased from this dealership over the last 10 years. Very low pressure salesman who are working for you to find the right car that you actually want within the budget you want to spend. I got this dealer name from Costco auto discount. When searching places for auto, it pops up as the closest place with Costco discount, so I went to give a try.I called to schedule a maintenance because my service light and engine light was on. I brought it in, it took more than 2 hours to have my car serviced. When I wanted to pay with the Costco discount, they said they dont allow any of the discounts for maintenance, only tire change. I end up paying more than other Toyota I used to go (Kirkland). I got one report says everything looks good in my car. When I had my car back and I went on a grocery, I found my engine light still on (and then why was the engine not even part of the routine check?)So I had to call them the next day, they tell me engine check is not included in the maintenance I ordered. (But I mentioned the two lights at the beginning and the person schedule for me says they will fix both!)They were super rude at the second call after I paid and asked them about the engine light. I checked the other reviews, they are all from new auto buyer (my friend says they ask you for Google reviews to provide you discounts). Maybe you can still choose to buy new car here, but I will not recommend you to come for service anymore.

I go to this dealership even though they are not close to my home because they do a thorough job and do it right the first time. Once when I was looking for an OEM accessory at my local dealership, their parts department said that they would not be able to get it but that I should try to call other Toyota dealerships in the South to see if they had any on hand. I called Michaels and they said they could get it in two days. After my local dealership finger-tightened my oil drain after a regular service appointment and left me unknowingly losing oil for the next week, I took it to Michaels who also let me know the other dealership had cut corners in resecuring my skid plate with only two screws. Michaels staff is professional, and the dealership is a pleasant place to wait.

Terrible service experience twice in 2 days. They made me wait 30 minutes before someone helped me in service bay.Later in the day they called up stating needing 4k for new hybrid battery. Also, connected me with some cheesy salesman who offered nothing for my car and wanted to do quick sale.. I went back and picked up my car. I was lucky enough to find out my existing battery is under warranty elsewhere and it wont cost me a dime - I didnt realize battery was an issue and should have taken to a shop who had replaced it earlier. On 2nd day, went there for a new car oil change but they wanted $170 plus tax on a vehicle that is only having 13k and under warranty to diagnose warranty repairs - I see that service staff is polite but processes there makes it like a nickel and diming type of operations. When asked about new car warranty and why do they want $170 plus tax; no satisfactory explanation is offered. Since, I had already waited almost 2 hours, I left without talking further. To top it off, I was offered to replace some filter for $70. Maybe its a standard practice but didnt leave me with good impression.I never had bad experience in last 14 years with this dealership but looks like things have changed lately..👎
