Best Insurance Team Around!

I was really happy with Allstate but decided to go with other company because got a way better pricing, and Brian became so negative and rude I couldn’t believe my ears.That’s having a fact that I actually sent him an email in advance asking about renewal price so I can compare my options. He didn’t bother to answer and then blamed me I didn’t talk to him first.And now, a week later I actually found out my policy wasn’t cancelled at all and automatic payments are still scheduled, what kind of scam is that? Had to call the central office to have them cancel the policy.Stay away from this shady agency, such a behavior is really unprofessional
