My car was involved in a hit-and-run accident, didnt realize I needed a new title without lien because I had paid it off back in the late 2000s. I thought my title was with 2 other organizations and it was with State Farm. Anthony, at this office absolutely went above and beyond in helping me get to the right people for my title. This actually took quite a few steps because it was so old and the conversion of paper to digital even for the Nebraska state agencies was rough, as they also did not have anything. Thankfully Anthony stepped up to the plate during the crisis. I want to mention I am NOT a current State Farm Customer again, but he still went out of his way to take care of me. If you want good people that care about you, are honest, and quick to handle business, then these guys are your place to go.

Our home was destroyed by the 2019 flood and Jeff was helping us with our insurance needs within hours after the flood started.Jeff goes the extra mile for all of his clients. He even offered to help sandbag our levee.By far the best insurance representative I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.He treats his clients as friends and always has the time to listen to your needs.

I have been a State Farm customer for the last 35 years. I saw many agents come and go. I have to say that all the State Farm agents Ive dealt with were very good. However, the very best agent Ive dealt with has been Jeff Gotch. You couldnt ask for a more enthusiastic, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and detail oriented agent. When you call Jeff with an insurance question, he takes the time to make sure you understand the answer. He never says Ill call you back with the answer or Ill research that and get back to you because he always knows the answer. His answers to my questions have always been thorough and accurate. I just signed up with State Farm in early September, and we had a claim with a rented van in California. I was told by others that my insurance company would probably not cover damage to the van. I was fortunate because my agent advised me wisely as to the coverages I should carry. Because I listened to him, the van was covered and my $500.00 deductible which I had given to the van rental company was returned by State Farm. I was extremely impressed at how efficiently and quickly the claim was covered. I am so glad I switched to State Farm!

We have been customers of Jeff Gotch since returning to Nebraska in 2011. We have our home and cars insured through his office in Bellevue, Nebraska. He provides excellent service in a friendly and caring manner. When we filed a claim after a car accident, the service was fantastic. Our car was repaired to our satisfaction and we havent had any issues since.

On May 19th of this year we experienced a lightning strike at our house in Plattsmouth NE. There was a fire with water damage to the house basically forcing us out of the house. We called State Farm Ins and reported the incident. They immediately placed calls of assistance to our Agent and others of State Farm. They placed us in a Motel for the night and proceeded to assist us in getting the house fixed and livable again. I was very impressed with our Agent, Jeff Gotch, and State Farm on their response, caring, and attitude in helping us get on our feet again, fixing the house, and assisting us in anyway we needed. Ive been a client for a very long time but this instance was very rewarding to me and my family that shows that State Farm Ins Co and their Agents care for their clients. State Farm is the insurance to have and Jeff Gotch is the Agent everyone should have for their needs on insurance.
