My agent Jeff Norton is always very responsive, respectful, professional and polite. He always goes out of his way to make sure that we have every opportunity to go over our coverage together with him and to make sure that we feel comfortable with everything that Allstate has to offer. But the thing that sets him apart from the others, are the handwritten notes that we get in the mail from him on birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. His notes always include an original poem he has written and we are always so impressed with his perfect penmanship. Also, few years ago I caught him dropping off freshly baked scones on our doorstep. Apparently, Jeff loves to bake and he picks a new client each week to bake something special for and secretly drops it off at their house. I am definitely a customer for life! He is a great agent and represents a great company.

He only there for commissions not well being of his client.After 3 Allstate appraisers and 3 contractor we still leaving in horrible conditions.Allstate adjusters will do everything possible not to take care of their customers.Will lie waist time to get you worn out and make you live as miserable as possible.You you with Allstate you are in THE WORST HANDS.
