Came in at the scheduled time. But after i was asked to wait for sometime, no one cared to even ask for anything else.I sat there for over 30 minutes, with pretty much being invisible to the staff got up and left.I was the only one in the office on that day. All this even after calling in advance and scheduling a time.
My catalytic converter was stolen weeks ago and they still haven’t processed my insurance claim. I had to go to the car shop and pay for a new one myself because I need to drive my car. I gave them tons of information about my claim and they lost it and I had to give it to them all over again. I called them at least 3 separate times through this and they say they are going to take care of it but it’s been weeks and they haven’t done anything. I need a reimbursement for the repair because my cat was stolen and my insurance policy covers that.

This location keeps sending spam mail to my address and wasting paper despite the fact that I DO NOT OWN A CAR OR EVEN KNOW HOW TO DRIVE. I plan on calling them tomorrow morning and making certain they stop sending trash to my mailbox. YOUR ENVELOPES GO RIGHT IN THE BIN.

I found Geico to be extremely helpful when changing over my policy. The woman who helped me - Megan - took her time and explained my coverage to me. Even when I had 1000 questions she remained patient and thanked me multiple times for being a customer. I appreciated her willingness to walk me through everything without hesitation. Megan - you are AWESOME!

All I wanted was a quote. I got one and didn’t like it, our insurance was still cheaper. They have called my house twice a day for the last week. They sent me one to two emails a day and I got a letter in the mail. We have told them we weren’t interested and they still hound us. I do not recommend you give them your info. Their rates are average if not $10 to $40 dollars higher than other services but they refuse to stop contact.
In the past few years we have had 3 claims at fault insurance drivers companies treated us better than GEICO. They are cheap because they send you to inferior repair facilities, who do marginal work, and then do it want to pay you fairly when it comes to your injuries. I would not recommend them.

I left a claim to Geico online. Then I got a call, that agent will come and inspect my car etc etc. Nothing happened, nobody came. Nobody responded to further messages.It is illegal to refuse a claim response with no reason!!I do not recommend this company to anyone. My case shows: you pay for insurance, but in fact you do not have insurance!
This is not a location where claims agents work. The only people here seem to be sales representatives. We were hoping to speak face-to-face with an agent but, not only are there are none here, nobody was able to tell us where to go to find one. In the end, we were forced to call their 1-800 number (our least desired outcome).
Just called this agency requesting a quote for Auto/Home/Umbrella. The sales person asked to place me on hold where I waited for 24m 39s with the system finally disconnecting the call. Not a great way to start a potential partnership nor tell me how you will be there for me if/when needed. :(
I just called the Bellevue office and the receptionist is so rude. I was asking for a change in policy as my son has moved to another state. When he asked how old my son was and I told him 27, she laughed and said, oh he definitely needs to have his own policy. Without knowing the circumstance as to why my son was in my old policy and that he is now a medical student in NE, she was very judgmental. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Im thinking of switching insurance companies.
I dont know how they got my number. I didnt ask for any insurance quotes from them and theyve been calling everyday, leaving a message to call them back immediately. My attorney informed me that Geico is the worse company they work with and is very stingy. I will not go there and I wish they can stop calling. Its harassment.
Im not sure how insurance companies get their quotes, but a previous person said they went with Farmers and got cheaper rates. I just LEFT Farmers and switched to Geico and I saved over $125.00 per month and Im enjoying my savings. I gave it four stars because Im still unsure about their service because I havent yet had to make a claim.

I really really had very bad experience about Geico. I am Loyal customer with Geico from last 5 years with my auto insurance and never did a mistake or missed my payments and never had an accidents and claimed from them. Last month i travelled outside USA and came back month later and i realized my auto insurance expired after look at my mail from Geico. Immediately i called them and explained the situation what happened requested for renewal of my insurance. But instead of renew my existing policy they started creating new policy with higher price and i asked them reason for restarting the process. They all have my details including policy and i can able to login online as well but they just dont want to reactive my old policy instead quoted me double the price what i had been paying with them from last 5 years. I am requesting everybody please do not believe them, no matter how long you been with them. Please look forward with other options and be careful Geico and i really had a very respect on them but i lost everything. Hate Geico.

Claims representatives have zero knowledge and will swindle you as much as possible . They should be held accountable for what they say they will do. Zero excuses. This company is a joke. Doesn’t matter who I talk to they all give misguided information even supervisors.
Claim was handled terribly. Was clearly not at fault but the other drivers insurance fought harder I guess. Anyhow, they said I had a loyal customer benefit that meant my premium what not be affected then they hiked the premium up by $1200 per year!!!!!!!!!!!! They have lost me.
Worst expreience ever with a car insurance I have ever had. They try to make everything seem your fault and even when it is clearly other person is at fault. Also, its been a month and they still have not completed our claim. I would not recommend GEICO Insurance to anyone!

This review is of Geico in general, but specifically Anthony Gonzalez at the Redmond, WA collision desk located inside the Service King collision repair center.Both businesses are absolutely a joke. I was side swiped by a Geico-insured vehicle and its now been over a YEAR since I drove my pickup home after they said we will call you when we get all the parts in.They never called. I called back a few times to try and get some kind of update, which was always we cant find all the parts. There were MILLIONS of pickups with my exact body style made in the US. Try harder.Today I called and told them to send my check for the estimate, Ill do the work myself. Anthony never even questioned me. Obviously its standard operating procedure to avoid doing any work they cant make money on. Pathetic.I wish I could give zero stars and charge interest on the repairs.
All these one star reviews are just angry customers. I bumped into another car and the owner took it to a body shop and quoted me $1000+ for damages. I called Geico and told them what happened, they said no problem theyll take care of it no charge to me and no raise to my rates. Dream outcome! Youve been with us for eight years; thats what insurance is for! Lily from the Bellevue office took my call and was upbeat and helpful the entire way. 5 stars!

Incredibly rude lady in the sales department, So customer service skills what so ever great sales pitch though but all she wanted was money in her wallet. She didnt go over any of the coverage or add ons, she didnt give me any chance to really talk, instead she rushed through everything and then at the end was already asking for my money. I wouldnt call this number for help. Call the main number they are far nicer there. Im not rating Geico a one star, I love Geico Im rating this particular sales rep / branch a one star.

Jessica at the bellevue Geico office is wonderful. I have my auto and home insurance through Giecos Bellevue Office. I just purchased a RV Motorhome. I called to get insurance on the motor home. I talked with Jessica. She said she would contact the RV department and let me know the quote in about 10 minuets. She was not able to get a quote that fast but followed up with me on the phone to say she is still working on it. Thank you for your great service and following up.
The ads are a joke. Could save up to 15%? I had Geico for 10 years. Rates kept increasing. I finally shopped around and called Geico to do a line by line comparison with a quote from Farmers. I saved almost 50% by going with Farmers, and increased my coverage. Geico wouldnt touch the quote. $35,000 PIP? Geico refused to come close. $100,000 bodily injury? Again, Geico couldnt come close.Today, Geico is almost impossible to get ahold of. They are trying to make it more difficult to file a claim, and rush you into a PIP IME.Shop around. Save yourself a ton of money.
Geico insurance company is a LIE, telling the public they can save you over 500.$ on your car insurance a year is dishonest . They really should be sued for advertising this. I already pay 65.00 a month and i got a quote from geico at first they said 81.00 then the agent came down to 68.00 dollars a month all in the same breath asking me for my credit card, i laughed saying thats not saving money. How do they get away with this?
This is worst insurance company ever. They do nothing but increase the rate. When I first joined they told me if I was married, the rate would have been lower. When I went there after being married, they increase my auto insurance. And the agent told me, sometime it goes up when you are married. Which they didnt tell me earlier. Thats how ridiculous they are.
Please, please, please dont use Geico. They are the worst company to work with. They are expensive, rude, very slow in dealing with claims and really bad. There are better companies out there. Do not rely on their marketing.

Bellevue, Washington sales representatives are thieves. I cannot believe you people would employee someone who is going to steal money from my bank account and possibly my identity. I called up a corporate office to ask if they had received my first payment, they had not. I called the Bellevue office to see what happened and they had confirmed that they had received my payment... When i explained to them that corporate had never received that payment they attempted to say that they had refunded me that payment. (i had to go to my bank, close my account, open a new one, and then open a fraud claim.) After explaining just how angry i was that my bank account information had been stolen and payments were being taken out too a fraudulent account not associated with gieco and the fact that that lady Jessica Visen had my social security as well, Rachel then attempted to sell me identity protection. Unbelievable...
Geico is the absolute worst. I work as a personal injury paralegal, and Geico will deny your claims for absolutely no reason whatsoever. They will ignore your property damage and say there is no mechanism of injury. They will deny coverage without explanation. They will refuse to provide necessary documenation for your claim. They will straight up shut you down to the point where you have no recourse but to sue them just to obtain the benefits you have been paying for monthly.I know they have cute geckos and pigs and stuff in their ads, but dont trust these guys. That 15% youre saving doesnt mean anything at all when you get in an accident and Geico refuses to acknowledge you were hurt and refuses to apply your benefits.

Geico is the absolute worst insurance company ever. I have had a policy with them for years. No tickets No accidents and all they do is raise the price of my insurance. My policy raised by 80 dollars in a three month period. I will no longer be giving this company any more of my money.
