Its frustrating when you wait for someone to return your call it doesnt get returned and you have to call again to find out what they told you previously is no longer true. Im not sure if this is the true character Of the company or if its their receptionist

I called John to come repair our Samsung dryer. He showed up on Thursday and diagnosed the problem to a broken belt. He didnt have one but said hed be back the next day to fix it. He showed up Friday evening (6:00 pm) and discovered the right roller was broken. He said he didnt that part and would check Saturday if the parts place had it. On Monday, he showed up at 5:00 pm and didnt have the right tools to finish the job. He said hed have to come back tomorrow. He finally shows up Tuesday and gets the dryer fixed. After he left, we noticed the dryer was squeaking and it was getting louder the longer we used the dryer. I called John to see if hed come fix it and he said he was going out of town and would be back Monday. He never showed so I had to call another repairman to fix Johns mistake (the left roller was messed up). All in all, I would stay clear of this repairman. He shows up late and his work was not good. I like to support small, local businesses but I wont be using this one again.

I called them, they stated they would come out and never did.
