I have become a regular and always suggest to my friends and family to go to Posh Nails! They have the best artists and a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere! Love my time here ❤️

My daughter was told that her nails were going to break in 3 days or less because her nails are short. The lady was very rude and said if they break it’s not her fault. The nails are crooked. They’re way to short and not at all what she wanted.

I typically always love the services provided by Posh. However, yesterday I am very disappointed with the service of my nails. I came in for a pedicure and nail removal. My pedicure is perfect!! But my nails are horrible !!! Their chipped, damaged, fragile and my nail beds are very sore. The guy soaked my nails, drilled the polish off, soaked my nails again, drilled and drilled. I told him that it wasn’t working properly .. The drilling began to burn so bad !!The ending result of my nails are super sore and sensitive. They hurt! While typing at work, washing dishes, taking a shower ! They hurt !!!

I absolutely love Posh! The staff is so friendly and professional! Not to mention I dont have to drive very far so they will always have my business 😊

I come to Posh quite often. I love the relaxed atmosphere and exceptional Customer service,I always receive. The ladies that care for me are always polite and welcoming. I love the care that is given to me. I have recommended this nail spa to several friends and family members. They love the care they received as well. I highly recommend this establishment for the awesome care and quality service they deliver!

I am very pleased with the service i received at Posh Nails & Spa. I made an appointment for a full set & only waited about 20min to get started. I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted & she executed it PERFECTLY! I’ve never been so excited about my nails, they turned out amazing!! I will definitely be coming back once it’s time for a fill. highly recommend! (i uploaded 2 photos of my nails for reference. they’re the purple ones with a yin yang design)

I took my girlfriend here yesterday and she left absolutely happy. Much better customer service than the nail spa which is also located in Belleville. Amazing job on her nails and she was absolutely astonished by how well the lady shaped her natural fingernails. Definitely worth going and getting manicure and pedicure at.

The employees here are so rude. If you value who receives the money you spend and want to feel appreciated where you spend that money, avoid this nail salon.

Not only did I wait for almost an hour before they even started,  but I was yelled at, mocked and felt like they way overcharged me. I have gotten better quality and 2 more services for $30 less then here. My daughter has bubbles in her nails from them rushing. They asked me what color I wanted then walked away. Then was annoyed when he came back cuz I didnt pick a color......you walked away to a different room. I will not go here again

I went in at open and was warmly greeted. I was shown where the color choices were and was given a few minutes to look while the employee got her station ready. I wanted a specific style and she wasnt sure it would work with the color I picked so she helped me pick a color that was similar. Lilian was my nail technician and she was SOOOOO gentle. She took her time and made sure I like my nails at every stage. The end product was great. And the pricing was fair. You can also make an appointment on facebook which was very convenient.

I used there text service to find out if they could make me an appt. Was texted back 30 minutes later saying can I be there by 4. AGREED showed up was greeted. I checked in prior to 4pm. Picked a color and waited. All techs were busy I get that. I was then followed in by another customer who told me she was told to come in also. She waited to two other customers walk in who were regulars. I say that because she knew all the techs by name. She announced I have an 4pm appointment. Her and her boyfriend btw it was after 4 I arrived 5 min prior. The tech that frees up comes and grabs them shortly after they pick a color and sit down. I gave them until 430 and I walked out. They didnt care I wont be back.

Clean and has a lot Of staff members, so the wait wasnt too long. The staff was all pretty friendly so it was an over all pretty good experience.- Prices were pretty standard (32$ For a gel fill)

Its a hit and miss with this place. Sometimes they try to get over and are rude on top of that. Other times friendly and honest. Nails are mostly what you want until it comes to designs

Lynn and her brother opened this salon. Lynn is an amazing nail technician and I wandered different salons for a year when she left her last shop unexpectedly. Never found a comparable replacement! When I walked into Posh to give them a shot, and found her as the owner I literally yelped with joy!!! A gentleman named Lee did my nails last week and they were very beautiful too. This is a hard working family business with great empolyees worthy of your business.

Been here more than enough. Nails didnt last long, color faded. Pedicure half done and staff not that friendly. The last time I went there I knew I would not come back.

Super friendly, actually listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job.

I went in today for a fill in on my nails and as I sat there I watched them asked everyone except me what I needed. I waited for a min to see if anyone would ask me like they did the other customers. Not sure if it was because I was black and they were white either way I left. I’m never going back, horrible customer service.

I have gone several times to Posh Nails, the staff is very friendly and I love getting the manicure and gels nails. I have gone to many different nail salons and have not been happy with the service or products. Have been getting the mood gels (which is a blast how they turn) and have not had them peel or chip. Will continue to go here for my manicures.

I called to ask how much was a full set at 6:17 pm. An employee answered the phone to say they are not taking any more customers. I find it pretty misleading that their website says they close at 7:30. At any establishment they normally don’t stop taking customers unless they are closed. I called a hour and fifteen minutes before close time. That’s pretty sad! Definitely not a way to run a business.

This was my place to go. People would complement my nails ALWAYS.I Went to have my nails done about three weeks ago and had the worse experience. The man doing my nails was laughing and called woman over to laugh with him. He did a crappy job. My nails didnt last ( normally my nails lasted almost three weeks. Then when I was leaving ( having had to wait over an hour and a half ) the man would not allow me to wash my hands. I was hurt by this behavior. I wont be returning because of this. I didnt deserve being treated this way
