Horrible service, employees do want they want not what is asked broke my mirror didnt take responsibility, very expensive for horrible service

This is after asking them for a second time to clean better inside...this is what I was left with...i gave then two stars bc their machines were all running other than that, this is no good. A bunch of teenagers that dont want to be there. This is really bad.

Went during the week and I was impressed with attention to detail. The place itself is a bit run down but the workers did a great job cleaning and drying the vehicle on a super wash special.

Called to ask for information and for an appointment For Interior car detail I told her my make and model of car and she said she doesn’t know how much I said online price says 84.95 plus tax is that the starting price she repeats to say “ I don’t know call back ” I asked “to clarify do I needed to call back at a later time or will you call me … “ mid sentence she hangs up

Car was not vacuumed well. Not dried off properly, overall a lousey job.

Would give them 0 stars if it was a choice. This place used to be a really good place to go to before. Recently its like they dont want to work. Gave them a 2nd chance and made up my mind Oneonta be going there anymore. Left my car dirty inside and out and water marks all over outside. I even saw scratches i knew werent there before.

I had been coming to this car wash for many years and lately I have been very dissatisfied with the service. I pay nearly $20 for my car wash both interior and exterior and the service is poorly done. I had gone earlier today and there were less employees working today however they were backed up with other cars to finish washing and there were two other employees inside flirting with the cashier while the other two employees doing all the work. I tried to voicing my concern to management and his response it’s slow. Not my problem. Never again will I ever be coming back!!! I prefer to give my money to other establishments that are willing to help their employees and actually give a damn. Horrible experience. Would not recommend

Ive been going for years. They use to be spot on and really did a great job with your car. Now some of the newer staff have not so nice attitudes and the details of inside is not on point. I continue to go for simple loyalty and I do like having the birthday club and having points. 😎

First time not good. I specified the spots in my car that needed to be clean I point it out the guy was nice and said yeah what else ...I was trusting that was clean and I even left a good tip..When I went home I realized he left the stain of cream that I have pointed in the back seat untouched. And the bird pup that mentioned on the window. My car was smelling bad too, like they been using dirty towels to clean inside and my car is brand new so it messed up the inside of car. SO NEVER AGAIN..you loose a good customer.

Been going to this car wash for 7 years and never had a problem. The owner is a great person. And they do good work washing your car.

Absolutely the best car wash service in town!!! Great staff and they really do an excellent job with your vehicle.

They do a good job. But, they should make it a normal practice to pop the trunk and hatch of most cars and trucks and dry the wells of the trunk and hatches. Water collects there during the wash and runs off as you dry away leaving splatters marks as you dry away. Same applies to the door wells and side mirrors.

Worst car wash I ever got

I did like it but I don’t think I will be going back again. More then once I have come at different times and on nice days they are closed when they shouldn’t be. I not going to be coming over here to wonder if they are going to be open and if I’m going to be able to get my car cleaned

They didnt do a good job of cleaning the interior or my friends car and she had given them a $10 tip...i wont ever take my car there.

Worker stole a pen out of my car and didnt clean inside Corona but yet they changed full price. Never again.

I have yet to visit a car wash that merits 5 stars. They either miss something, vacuum poorly, use filthy rags and streak windows/mirrors etc. BUT this business isnt the last one on the list; Ive paid for worse washes at other businesses.

Long lines and even though its automated and they wet brush your car before entering, my car still came out with dirt markings. Mostly hard to scrub off bird poop. They also could have vacuumed a little better. BUT the price was good. Least expensive in the area that Ive found so far, so for that alone, it was worth the wait.

I paid $17 for their tier 2 wash and it came with a nice inside cleaning. It definitely did the job!

Today was my first time and last time stepping foot here. I was third in line, and the car they were vacuuming stood there for like 10 mins. Staff was chit chatting with the driver and smoking and relaxing while forgetting there were 2 of us waiting in line!! After being fed up with it I made a u-turn and went straight home! Ghettoest Car wash ever!

I rate this place -1. Staff uses alot of foul language. Staff argue with each other. Staff is not train in car care. Customer care is non existent. No manager to talk to. I hate this place! Beware of your personal belongings when you step out the car.

This car wash has another new owner and it garbage. Chemicals are trash and cheap and I paid for a 30$ wash inside was nasty and outside

Unimpressed. My car was not overly dirty going in - the outside had some rain residue and one spot of bird poo, the interior dash and seats were a bit dusty, and the rubber floor mats were in need of a hose.After the exterior and interior cleaning, the cars exterior and windows were streaked, with water spots I later washed off with a wet paper towel. The seats were moderately vacuumed, the floor mats puddled with water and not properly installed (theres a really obvious safety clip on the drivers side mat), and dust all over the dashboard.I will not be coming back.

There’s a good reason why this place stays packed.

Last time I was here, the guy who vacuumed my rugs was rude. I come here for convenience, but will try to find another car wash.

WARNING!!! This car wash uses strong water pressure which can destroy the paint in your vehicle. It happened to my car and to my son’s BMW. You surely do t want to go there.

Do not go this place only if you want a shiny car in the outside . They do a poor job in the inside and you have to be on top of them to clean certain things . I been going there the last 3 times the job in the inside got worst until I complaint . Terrible job !!!!!!!

So Im SUPPOSE to get the Special Wash with everything included that I wanted. The car wasnt completely vacuumed, I had to go back from the start so they can vacuum the car again. I used my fingers to show them the dirt that was left on the dashboard, side of the car door, and by the cup holder. This is all included in the Special Wash. Then you have a nerve to talk about me in Spanish not knowing I knew a few of the words, also have a bad attidude towards me, because you had to do your job twice. I work down the street thinking this will be a convience for me, it was such a headache. Never AGAIN

Washed my car there and they damaged my BMW. Pressure washer was on a high level or the gentlemen shot the water too close to my vehicle that it took the paint off. Never going there again. I have pictures to show.

I went to this car wash for the first time ever after this quarantining to try I was so Disgusted and disappointed Don’t waste your money going there unprofessional I got into it with the manager because my car was not vacuumed Properly and dashboard was not wipe down they were rushing because there was a big line Don’t waste your money do you have a attitude and they rushed....

Like this place because its closeTo home but cant stand the fact that my car is always left incomplete. Ive had to call for the manager to finish the job because the guys dont even dry the cars right. I have to have to leave a car wash with water dripping.

Closed 13 min early even though I called ahead to make sure they closed at 7.Come at the latest 6:30 if you want service.Unprofessional as hell.6:14 here, closed apperently.Change your hours if you close before 7 like you advertised.

I always came to this place but now the workers leave you everything dirty, they only clean the drivers part and the passengers part, they leave everything wet and dirty, what a shame it was one of the best places if I could put zero but no how
