This place is a joke. My son graduated 2 weeks ago and they are still talking out child support for him. They said they just sent out the paperwork to stop it today, because the person handling it has been off for 2 weeks.Plus I had a child support hearing back in January and they still havent made a ruling. Plus the office has been closed since January. Just finally got to talk to someone. And they were rude and short with me because they cant do there jobs.

Recieved two checks due to over paying,along with said checks i also Recieved a letter saying i havnt made a payment in over 30 days and action will be taken if it is not addressed. Letter and checks dated one day apart, what is you issue people. Get it together because i know for a fact i am current on mine!

Listened with patience to all my complaining about my granddaughters mother

Everytime you call in for help you must be interrupting somebodys break time. All you get is rudeness. This happens every time you call in. Hey how bout this! Do your job......
