Hung up on 4 times while trying to call. 15 minutes of the message on a loop then 5 quiet then Im hung up on.

This place is a joke. I have called for 2 weeks straight, left numerous voicemails to get help and have not been contacted back. Spoke with a supervisor and still get the run around. Is this how the county is supposed to help people? By blowing them off and ignoring them. Ridiculous that people have to go through this to get help while we struggle.

I wonder why they post so much about unemployment. Then say they are not unemployment and cant help.😑 I took a screenshot of a website saying unemployment,under ohio means jobs.

It was very hard to get help. They strip you of it if you do get any shortly after. I lost my job and was then stripped of any aid. I never did get help with rent either. They also ignore your emails or calls and pass you around case workers.

Has a good amount of resources for logan county. Friendly staff

They are the worst place to try and get any help from and if you are lucky enough to get help from logan county jfs then they try and take it away every chance they got

Went there to get help with rent got turned away because i wasnt working if i was working i wouldnt have to ask for the help. They should help the ones that need help not the ones that dont. I was working until i got taken off work by doctors and i took my doctors notes there and they refused them.
