Horrible customer service! If you have a diesel dont take it there, theyll work on it 1st... then tell ya theyre not diesel mechanics after they make a mistake. Used the wrong motor oil, now they wont make it right. Had to take it to Ford for a fix. Not sure the extent of the damage its caused yet, but its not gonna be cheap at this point. Unfortunately, it will have to go to court, since theyre unwilling to cooperate. Too bad though, they were awesome with my husbands truck....whole reason we took our sons there. Cant trust anyone anymore to do the right thing.

They put new brakes on the back of my car. Very efficient and fast.

Mike and Amy at Kerns Automotive did a fantastic job on my 2017 Ram 1500. I ordered a Flowmaster direct fit bolt on replacement muffler to replace the OEM Mopar muffler. Mike had my truck for less than 30 minutes and it sounds even better than I thought it would! Great job and they even charged me half of what they quoted me to do the work! Highly recommend and I will go back if the need ever arises again! Thanks Mike and Amy!
