I can’t express how much I appreciate honest people. My vehicle came in for an alternator test / diagnostic. I couldn’t find anyone locally that works on Mercedes. Bob (the owner) said bring it in and wow did he impress me. He had the problem figured out quick and thank god they do a complimentary overall inspection. He invites me out to the shop to look at my tires that he had a safety concern about. I was kind of shocked just how bad these tires were on the inside. I would have been screwed. BA was able to work with me on a new set of tires, staying right on budget with me, and they got the tires the next day! Now I’m all taken care of and have a new set of shoes on my beloved car. I’m so grateful for these guys and it’s refreshing to not worry about being up sold and not pushed to do all “maintenance items you’re due for”. Highly recommend this new business. They are doing things right, that’s for sure.

They were thorough and fast. I will be a customer as long as they are open. This is a family owned business. I asked why so inexpensive? The answer that was given was we get our parts to us at a discounted rate... the customers should get a good deal too. I went in the first time thinking an auto repair would set me back... it did not.... Not only were they honest, fair, and fast.... but I felt so relieved knowing I had safe transportation for myself and my family and could still afford the basics of daily life afterwards.

I had BA Service & Repair complete the Scheduled Maintenance on my 2020 Passport. Bob did a excellent job performing the Oil Change and Tire Rotation! It was also a great price! They also have a very nice selection of Accessories such as Running Boards and Hitches. That will be my next purchase! Thanks Guys!
