I was stranded in the Walmart parking lot on Rice Blvd and called Xcel Towing service for a battery jump. Don came out in 10 minutes to help me get my car up and running. He was very prompt and professional. The price for the service was reasonable and affordable. Thanks Don!

Trying to get a quote and the guy is just rude.Like seriously? If youre running a business and youre trying to get customers you need to be more professional. When people call for a tow truck service they are already not having a good day. And for them to just talk to the potential customers like that ? Nah thanks Id rather push the car myself.

Great Service! The gentleman was fast and affordable. Got to where I was stranded in a timely manner (after all other companies quoted me an hour wait, because it was “rush” hour). Definitely would recommend and will save for future needs.

I’m not from the area so when my car broke down I felt nervous about trusting just anybody with my car. Don was super friendly and the towing service was a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

After waiting for over 2 hours for another tow service, I gave these guys a call and got an immediate answer. Don let me know that he was in the middle of a service but he could be with me in 45 minutes, he actually got there sooner than that. He was excellent at communicating everything with me, and he even helped me drop off a rental car while we were towing my car to the dealership. The service was friendly and informative, an overall great experience.

I am livid with the terrible customer service this older man just gave me over the phone. I asked a question about where a car was (not mine I’m helping someone) and he talks over me, tells me not to call this company and hangs up in my face. I call back to see if maybe there was a supervisor and he tells me not to call his number again and hangs up yet again in my face. If I could give 0 stars I would have bc he doesnt even deserve the 1 star I’m being forced to give him.

$40 locksmith service My wrecker was Don I went out on my lunch to get it taking care of due to the fact I locked my keys in the car when I got to work. After being quoted $90 I Made the call to PCI and 10mins later he was here with a quote of !!!$40!!!!!! Never heard of price for this service left me with time on my lunch and time to grab food DRIVER GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR ON TOP OF ALL THAT !!!!!
