Illegally towed my vehicle! Rude answering service and unprofessional Id I could give less than one star I would

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Firstly, they towed my car ILLEGALLY, then they wont even answer the phone at all. Ive called 11 times the first day and now so far, 4 times today. This business should be bulldozed and the owner should be ashamed of themselves.

Wont provide a service when its needed! Landlords please have another company take care of your residents.I spoke to the supervisor. Hes completely useless. They didnt tow other cars who were in my revered spot but they took my own truck from my own spot! Ridiculous. These cavemen are money hungry. Watch out for them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company will tow your car in the drop of a dime. They towed my sons car from our apartment complex because of a computer glitch with their system. I received the permanent plates a week ago and went to add it to their system and evidently it did not save. When I called they were rude saying if the plate doesnt match the website it will be towed. After trying 2 times to save this morning it finally did. When I contacted them again they told me they would not release the car. I called again to find out why and they would not answer for a few minutes and finally said they would release it after I pay the fees (well over $300 for 4 hours!) Needless to say beware if you live in an apartment complex with them as the towing company. I have seen spotters in our complex watching for cars. I have filed a complaint with the complex and the state.

I refuse to do business with Capitol Wrecker in the future and encourage other landlords to consider not dealing with them to protect your renters!!!I am a resident at Magnolia Grove apartment complex and had tried to call them three times last night just to get an unauthorized vehicle to be towed out of the carport that I paid for. The car is still here in the morning. The police is unable to do anything because this is a private property so I am very upset. The same car has parked under not only mine but other carports as well especially during night time. What is the point of me paying for that carport in the first place if the towing company is incompetent? The issue is going to be escalated to the manager of the complex FYI!

Kendal I must say sad but this company wont be in business long. Kendal when you read this I hope you know how rude and unprofessional you were and if you are a representation of the company good luck. You were so out of line to a single mother and child all for a dollar. You get further with honey than vinegar. But Please remember I only asked for an exception nothing free. Good luck doing business sir

Money hungry tow company. Manager Chris is rude and unhelpful.

Wrecker took a registered vehicle from one of my guests in my apartments, from a parking space, just because. He hid and waited for my guest to park and take the vehicle. Talked to the manager and had the worst customer service experience. This is the worst company ever.

I’m giving this 1 star review as a customer, not even as someone who was towed. They don’t answer their phones when I need their service. Inconsistent and unacceptable.
