Bob was excellent. He was here quickly and solved the problem that another repair man want to resolve by us buying a new fridge. He saved us about $2000 will use him everytime .

Bob’s the best. Have a very old Subzero Fridge which was not cooling well. He very quickly diagnosed issue, ordered parts, tracked down old coolant needed and did repair. Charge was very reasonable and fridge now works great.

Bob is outstanding!!!! I have 3 little ones at home and my freezer/fridge went down. Bob made time in his schedule, explained exactly what was going on, gave me options and helped me make a plan. As soon as the part was in he had it fixed and even cleaned the freezer!!!!! Oh and did all this while I was able to stay at work, so when I got home I had a fresh new freezer ready to go!!!! This is the best customer service I have ever recieved! He cares about his work and clients and it shows!

Bob was great! My fridge died on a weekend of course so I called and his message said he’d call me right away Monday morning, sure I thought...well Monday morning came and he called first thing! Got me on the schedule for first thing Tuesday morning and it’s all fixed and a very fair price too I might add. Bob was also very helpful in giving me a little crash course on how to maintain my fridge/freezer and a brief understanding of how things work so it all was not such a mystery to me. I just wish he worked on all appliances!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Ice Maker quit working, did a bit of my own trouble shooting, and water valve was probably not working either. Called Bob, he ordered parts, we wanted the job done right, so asked him to install both parts. Fast response and service!! He not only installed at an excellent service call price, but gave me multiple tips on the icemaker/valve, and ideas for hardwater build up and installation of filter. Checked to make sure no leaks anywhere, icemaker was running AND producing correct water flow to maker. BOB IS OUR GO TO GUY!!!! THANK YOU!

I tried calling another company the day before and sent them 2 emails. I never heard anything back. So, I called Bob. He answered right away and was to my house within a few hours! Very friendly and he taught me a bit about the basic components of a fridge and freezer and bonus was that he got it to work the same day! Thanks Bob!
