My last cut was done very well and the color i had 2 years ago I LOVED opiates were posted to their web page and I posted here. Only have had 1 experience where I was not satisfied, the coloring was not even close to what it was suppose to look like and for the price I was charged that day to not have half the amount of the colors that was repeated numerous times and being skipped over when there was an appointment set for me, if I was most, I wouldnt have visited again. That hair dresser is no longer at this location.

I called a little after 4 and scheduled for 5 as this was supposed to be the first opening. Got there at 5 and checked in. Was told it might take a while as there were only two of them working. Waited 35 minutes and left. If you know youre short handed, schedule accordingly

Lisa was my hair stylist.. I told her what I wanted & she did just that! She fixed what someone else messed up on twice.. I was very pleased when I walked out..

Went there to go get my hair cut! They were really rough when washing your hair in the sink! But over all I had a great experience..they hold down a conversation the whole time you are there and really nice ladys... also my hair looks amazing thanks!!!

All the girls here are super sweet, I had Doris today and she did the absolute best job by far I just have to rave about her a little. She knew what I wanted and listened to my concerns. My cut came out exactly like I wanted it to. Shes experienced and so so super nice. I suggest her if you want someone who takes their time and does it right!

Ive found it to be hit or miss. It depends on whos doing your hair. Most of the ladies are wonderful and do a fantastic job. There have been a few stinkers over the years but the ladies who have been there a while are great. Of course, you can avoid incidents by requesting a specific stylist.

This used to be a good place to get your hair cut. I have had 3 occassions where my instructions were not followed. My request for hilites was interpreted as I also wanted lo-lites! I got that fixed. Then, I asked to have my hair thinned, as I always do. I have extra thick hair. I got a botched thinning job and haircut. I also got charged $11.99 extra for styling fee. The haircut was so bad I have had to wait a month for it to grow out to get it cut again. There was no fixing the hack job. I have extremely thick hair with a cowlick on each side of my neck. My hair style is a bob with stacked hair in the back cut above the cowlick. The front is a longer angled cut. It gives the illusion of longer hair. I flat iron it. It is not a difficult cut. The thinning can be a bit of a challenge because of the thickness of my hair. I get that. I always request someone with experience and up to the challenge. I am not being difficult. I am requesting someone will the skills required for my haircut.

The stylists did a good job. We didnt have to wait long and they cut our hair and trimmed my beard well.

Went for more blonde highlights had highlights already came out a light brown. With no highlight look. Not to happy about that 80 dollar trip and 4 hours.

It should be a negative-5 stars!!! Worst botched haircut I’ve had in about 24 years!!! I didn’t get a hair style but a botched up hair cut!!! And was over charged!!! Never go to another stylist once you find the one that listens to you & follows through!! Sunshine was very nice & I enjoyed talking to her while I was doing my hair! My hair down to my behind. I showed her a picture of what I wanted done & she looked at it & quickly said ok. Well apparently not long enough. I felt comfortable with her after she told me herself. I wanted my hair cut short but with a style to it. That didn’t happen she cut 20-1/2” off my hair when all was said & done. That was ok with me. The problem lies half was through her drying my hair and it looked like I’d just seen a ghost!! She asked would you mind paying now? I agreed & said yes. So I did and somehow it went from $128.00 & some change to $166.91 after I bought shampoo & conditioner the was on sale for 2/$20.00 & also before my $25.00 tip. I ended up paying out $191.61!!! I thought after I paid her & she finished styling (correction she didn’t style she only took a blow dryer & brush to) my hair and she didn’t part it right to cut it. My hair when I left because i do have thick hair looked like I had thick hair & it was so bushy looking!!! Not happy at all!! They closed at 8 & I didn’t leave there until around 8:40 so I don’t know if she didn’t want to properly do my hair and cut & style it or she didn’t know how. But I came home & tried to style it It’s hopeless there is no style to my $191.66 haircut!! I’m going to be a lot more money going back to my hair stylist at Roberts Salon & Day Spa in Greenwood, Indiana!!! I’m really disappointed that Sunshine couldn’t follow off a hair style that I showed her a picture off & by the way it was a picture of me & a hair style I had few years ago!!! Word of warning Do NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE THAN YOUR OWN TRUSTED AND TRUE STYLIST!!! I got screwed over big time #1 by a botched up hair cut!! #2 by Them overcharging me!!!!

Very horrible. I definitely do not recommend coming her. I told the lady SEVERAL times that I do not much taken off the length at all. I had a friend who came with me, and she even stopped the lady and asked how much I wanted. And we told her again. She didnt listen. I brought a picture in, and explained what I wanted very detailed. The back of my hair is pretty much cut right on the nape of my neck. I am not happy. The lady who cut it, name was Melinda. I dont recommend going. At all.

I, along with many others have been waiting now for over an hour and a half for a hair cut. I understand the rush for back to school haircuts but it is absurd to allow people to reserve a spot, leave the store for (X) amount of time and return whenever they fill like it and still be first in line above those who stayed in the store and waited. If your name is called and you are not present you should be taken off the list.

First time I have left a salon and felt I got a good cut. Draw back I felt like I got robbed at the register. Ladies dont say yes to a dry and straighten its extra. My beautician didnt tell me it would be extra.....

My hair was ruined with choppy foil highlighting while the stylist next to her knew it was going to happen. I should have walked out at her look. I cried for 10 minutes in the parking lot before I got myself together enough to drive. I’m devastated.

Not happy at all. Assistant Mgr cut my hair...rather butchered it. #DONNA I went to Bedford this weekend on a mission and it was accomplished. I went from long, straight, drab blonde hair to a fun and trendy asymmetrical maroon pixie-bob! It was a long awaited change, however the risk of disappointment was huge so I was very nervous; I was completely unfamiliar with the current staff, and wanted a dramatic change atop my head! So. Big risk. A woman named DONNA welcomed me to her station and I welcomed her to 10 photos of different cuts and colors I wanted combined to formulate my desired cut and color. Our communication went smoothly and her imagination was on fleek! She seems to be up on the latest trends, is patient, has a fun, down-to-earth personality, and she proved to be great at what she does. Shes definitely a keeper!!! #DONNA

Fantastic Sams is amazing, people there are always nice and I always get the haircut I’m looking for. This is a great place for a haircut in Bedford, most of my friends and my brothers friends go to a barber but we prefer Fanstaic Sams.

Took my entire family in for haircuts 2 weeks ago and one of my sons had a really choppy cut, chunks missing, uneven in front and sides. Been less than 2 weeks and because of our schedules went above to go back for a correction until today. Was told would have to pay for another haircut. My 10 yr old is not one to complain but even he was embarrassed to go to school. Thats how bad it was. They could clearly see it was messed up and didnt even consider correcting their screw up without charging. Will be taking my family somewhere else from now on.

I wish the price for a mans haircut was cheaper. Too high for people who dont have long hair and takes 5-10 minutes. I like how they cut hair. Its just the price thats why I am giving you 4 stars. Plus I always tip when I sm there. Its just way too high for someone with short hair. It wont stop me from going because there are very few places for a man to get a haircut please consider lowing the price of haircuts for peopme with short hair. Thank you.

I went there and got a perm for me and I got my daughters hair cut. My daughters hair barely looked like they touched it. My hair was done by the Assistant Manager. The front of my hair came out almost completely straight! So now, the back of my hair is a horrible poodle look and the front of my hair is straight!!! This was my first time there. It cost me $100.90 and I will NEVER go back! I am going to have to go to JC Penney and have them try to fix my perm because I am embarrassed to go out anywhere!

A simple haircut fade and the woman i had cut my hair didnt know or didnt care that the line wasnt faded and I had long hair all around my ears when I got home I had to fade the line and get the long hairs around my ears I dont know she seemed as if she was more worried about everything else that was going on around us then she was about giving a haircut
