Waited 20 minutes + for my son to get a haircut. Blonde lady had so much attitude and refused to cut his hair because he was moving around. What 3 year old can sit completely still?! I didn’t come in for fun or to torture anyone. If he didn’t need a haircut, I wouldn’t have come in. Better off cutting hair myself. **also, this place shouldn’t advertise children’s hair cuts if they can’t provide the service.

I came in for a haircut and was seen very quickly. Im always hesitant about even getting a haircut because of my natural hair, it can be difficult and it seems many stylists dont work with curly/wavy hair regularly and always manage to mess it up. However, Rina was my stylist today and she did a-ma-zing. Im so glad she is the one who cut my hair, she obviously has experience and knowledge and she was such a sweetheart. 10/10 would go again. And it was very inexpensive!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR HAIR COLORING! I showed the stylist pictures of what I wanted and asked if they could do it. She said yes and started working on my hair, when she was done it couldnt have been farther away from what I asked so the other stylist tried to fix it only to make it more hideous! Never in my life have I gotten a job done so badly. I had to go to a real hair salon the next day to see if they could fix it, they said they cant even touch my hair for a month so it does fall off. So now I have to wait a month and spend over 300 dollars for them to fix this hideous mess! AVOID AT ALL COST! if they didnt know how to do it I wouldve appreciated honesty and I wouldve gone somewhere else!

If you want a haircut that looks good in todays modern times do not go here. Just a heads up, if you want a hard part (literally a line on the side of your head no more than an inch in width) they will charge you an extra $9 resulting in your haircut (from a low tear stylist shop) being over $25 dollars. Doesnt seem right to me at all. Drive the extra .04 miles and go to sports clips where for $25 you get a haircut (with a hard part if you want), football, shampoo, facial steam, and a shoulder massage.No wonder Smart Style always looks like theyre always going out of business.

My grandson showed the stylist the hair style he wanted, and for the second visit the. haircut did not look anything like the style he showed the stylist, so we will be finding a salon with more skilled stylist

The stylist cut my hair nice, it would be nice if you asked how you would like your hair edged at the nape area... Other than that...good service...

I really hate to leave a bad review but I had an all around bad experience starting from entering the salon. Firstly,The hairstylist really needed to be trained in customer service. It took so long to have me signed in and to tell me where to sit.(Mind you, No one was in the shop at the time.) Nextly,The ladies at the check out counter seemed as though they didnt want to do my hair type, or know how to do multiethnic hair. They looked at me confused and seemed to have an attitude with me. I showed them a picture of the haircut I wanted and it didnt turn out like the picture at all. Huge disappointment!! She also stated I needed to spend $57 to achieve this look, which I was not going to pay that much for my hair. My hair doesnt require a lot so I know she just wanted to hike up my bill. When it came to my haircut she couldnt deliver the haircut I wanted. She cut a little more, and put molding and that helped but still wasnt what I wanted. I noticed my hair being extra dry the next day and the style just didnt hold. I am all around dissatisfied in this salon. I really wanted it to be a great experience, and to have a fabulous haircut. But that didnt happen and it was my birthday. I will not be returning, and will have to find a professional to fix my haircut.

I had a nice experience with a hair stylist named Dee. She was wonderful. I did later run into some issues with another employee, but Ms. Barbara handle it immediately. I would strongly recommend Melody and Dee.

Will never go here againLast year had hair cut, dyed and highlighted.Looked very nice. Went back in March for a touch up. Woman never put in system what she used. So I got a haircut. They were slightly busy so the manager or ACTING MANAGER by the name of Kim cut it. I showed her a picture and what I went home with was no way near what I showed her! Right side was extremely short. I had to go somewhere else to get my head looking better for a wedding . I dont know who trained SmartStyles stylist,but she was clearly out of touch.Good luck if you want to take that chance!

Good conversation and comfortable atmosphere and AWESOME hair stylist. Looking for a great place to go and get your hair styled, cut, washed, etc. This is your salon and ask for llesha Sargent.

Terrible service, Hair stylist Melody gave me a terrible hair cut even after giving her instructions more than 2 times. During the hair cut she never allowed me to look at the mirror and had my chair rotated opposite side. When I complained her about the terrible hair cut she gave she apologize in front but when I turn to leave, she started laughing. That is so bad.If you need bad hair cut. This is the place. Terrible service and people.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this Salon........ I have been coming to this salon, now use this word losely, since moving to this area. I have used Regis Salons for years. Yesturday was first hair cut that i just cant believe. NEVER let Tishara cut your hair! She butchered my hair and then covered it up with the style. I found this out after getting out of the shower ..... here pictures of what she done. I called the salon when it opened and the only one there is Tishara, no way i am letting here close to my hair again. So i call the main office they will not do anything about this for 48 hours. I work in public and they main office is unable to help to me. So i have to pay for a second haircut out of my own pocket just so i can go to work.

Do not go here for anything other than (possibly) a simple haircut...no layers for sure. My hair was so bad I had to go to an actual professional hairstylist which is what I should have done to begin with!

They close at 7 pm but will not accept customers at 6.30 pm. Never tried them before, it was my first time !!
