Do not use this firm! Mr Kern made numerous mistakes in preparing my taxes which would have cost me about $2000.00. He kept my entire W-2 and other forms, failed to set up my state refund for direct deposit and had not yet e-filed my returns 3 days later when I called to complain. He told me to go and use Turbo Tax but cashed my check anyway. I had to pay another tax preparation fee elsewhere and that does not include the 60 mile round trip to his office ( I do not live in Bedford) and the 1 1/2 hours I spent there while he spent less .than 10 minutes working and the remaining time talking. A truly unprofessional and horrible experience.

Was very rude to my family and was not very helpful. Basically called my wife a liar. Will not be using Mr. Kern again. Would not recommend his services at all.
