The lady was amazing! But I had a super simple tax procedure and it was $200!!!!! And they dont even see any of it! They are paid hourly....so why are you charging 200??

Very down to earth friendly staff, although its was kinda cold in the building. I asked could she adjust the temperature and she was unable to??? Because its controlled by corporate??? I have been in the HVAC field for some time I observed one of your agent trying to use the thermostat, but to no avail. Why??? Because you have a lock on the setting you cant adjust the temperature. By the way its winter HERE and you have the the thermostat set to cooling in a old drafty building with glass interior walls.
