I love the pricing on your tax returns they are the cheapest I have seen personally. The process was quick it was enjoyable for the most part. There were some complications when i first walked in like I was not greeted. I waited 4min before the first person acknowledged me. I set an appointment and when i arrive they said i dont have an appointment and almost would not see me.

First, we were not explained the service fees before the lady started putting the information in. If we had known that it would’ve cost us over $500 then we would’ve just done it online for free or at the most paid for turbo tax premium. On top of that the IRS still hasn’t received our tax returns. You are better of finding another place to do your taxes or just doing it yourself online. Never going back. I don’t think I’ve ever written a good or bad review online but this is by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had especially from a place that advertises the best service and quality along with being upfront about pricing.

Rebecca always takes such good care of me. I trust her completely. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and such a delight.

Would definitely recommend at least letting them look over your tax situation, even if you choose not to file with them in the end.
