I have been filling my taxes here for over 5 years. The service is impeccable. Everybody in their office from the front desk to the back office is fantastic. They follow up. Reply to emails, even call to remind us to sign documents. Katherine has been in the business for over 15 years and she is very understanding. I’ll definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY HIRE POORLY TRAINED PEOPLE. THE WOMAN WHO DID MY TAXES COULDNT EVEN PROPERLY READ MY W-2. SHE ENDED UP PUTTING THE WRONG WAGES EARNED COSTING ME TO HAVE TO REPAY THE IRS. WHO CANT READ A W-2!!! IF YOU TRUST THEM TO KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY PREPARE YOUR TAXES YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

Never ever go here!! The woman has no idea what she is doing. She couldnt spell and she couldnt put numbers on ssn right they were all wrong. My refund got rejected 2 times. And she lied about me working all year even after I said I didnt. When asked if she was going to fix the problem she said no. Just pick up my papers and go else where. My mother in law went to shop at the store and she gave my papers to her not knowing if she was even related to me or not. Copies of mine and kids socials and everything. Very unprofessional so glad my refund didnt go through. Went to H&R Block and got more back than what I was expecting. And best of all they were proffessional and took very good care of me. I recommend H&R Block 100%.

I would not recommend even an enemy to hire this tax preparer. It was hard communicating with my preparer Isaac Muli even when he promised to call me back. After he finally prepared my taxes, it was done all wrong. He did not follow the tax laws regarding the filing status. He filed me single and not married even after I asked if that was legal. He also indicated false healthcare coverage. I found all of this out applying for college and the financial aid office told me my taxes were filed illegally. Now its costing me $300 dollars to correct it all. Save yourself the headache and file somewhere else or even do it yourself...that would even be better than using these people. God bless them anyway and hopefully Isaac will see that a good name is better than riches.
