First off my phone had died and I had forgotten my emails password. Yet they still worked with me, even let me use one of theyre phones to get information I needed. The whole team was very responsive & professional, but in specifics My staffing Agent Pam was surely the most kind & communicative Staffing Agent Ive ever delt with before! Great experience all around.

Big disappointment and a Waste of my time and gas. I saw their job posting for a 2nd Shift Picker Packer on indeed.com and applied through indeed. They emailed me and said I needed to apply for the job through their direct website. I went and searched for the same position on ther site and their website said the job was no longer available. I emailed them to let them know and they continued to tell me the job was available. So I ended up submitting my application under a different position and I was told I could interview the next day for the original position. I get there and ask about the original job posting and they tell me electric pallet jack experience is required when their job posting never mentioned it and they never mentioned anything about it when I called because their website didnt show a full description since it was showing unavailable and they knew I was coming to interview for it. They made sure to tell me to wear a mask though but failed to tell me what is required and if they did I would not have came and wasted my time.

Theyll waste your time. They will call you and ask you to come in and interview you. And they claimed to have set up an interview with the employer, its been two weeks and I havent heard from them since I came in to apply for the position. They stop answering my calls and stop responding to my emails. I was qualified for the position I applied for. They wasted my precious time. Horrible service AVOID THIS PLACE

Horrible temp service. Have been there twice, 6 weeks ago and last week, and on both occasions Ms.Kemp told me she would give me a call later that afternoon. Still waiting on that call. Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time and gas

I had previous worked for this company at this location and it was horrible working there . The manger Christy is very rude and bipolar. She treats her employees like children plus they will team up on you if they do not like you . The pay was too little for me to deal with the drama so I had to quit as soon as possible .This office is hideous so heads up in what your getting into .

There were so many things that went wrong. Staff clearly doesnt want to be there and is probably the reason for the dysfunction of this place. DO NOT waste your time here. There are better agencies in the area!

Not a reliable staffing agency at all! I came to the office for an onboard setup which clearly states that I was hired within their system. I was given an Abacus new assignment offer letter. I had to find out that it was a bogus piece of paper. The communication is extremely poor and the office seems very unorganized constantly asking you who did you deal with or send me your resume? I worked with staffing agent Pamela Kemp, who at first seemed very knowledgable and determined to set me up with a job. During that one month span, I have had to come to the office twice for no reason, email or call every week for an update. This staffing agency will not inform you of any positions being filled or open unless you contact them. These are signs of neglect or overwhelming work. I strongly recommend to stay away from this company.

For myself I had a great experience. Staff was welcoming and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Definitely satisfied!

Job posting said to start immediately. I get called in one day to go over credentials and whatnot. The staff members weren’t rude but they weren’t welcoming, my presence seemed more of an inconvenience. Two days later I get a phone call saying I was hired, again I come in and finish signing all other documentation needed and drug testing. I was told that the employee had not notified them of a start date and that they would call me when they did. That was on Friday last week and it is now Tuesday...With all the other reviews I’m seeing, I’m considering whether or not I should call about the job itself or look for employment elsewhere.

This place is not a very good place to go, all the females in there act like bs, always a stuck up Attitudes, if u dont wanna be a customer services rep then dont be one, dont be mad, just cause people want jobs and u just saying no to certain people you know ( racists there ) I could name there names but Ima keep my cool ...

They post misleading job posts and are a waste of time. Dont put in the details Willing to train knowing that you are not going to train a person to do the job. Plus they dont return phone calls like they say they will and you have to hunt them down to get an answer back from them. STEER CLEAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
