Working with Dawn and Jeannie.. Not a great experience at all. First it was Jeanie who had the nerve to ask me to push back my disc herniation surgery a few months back which I completely did not, I was already in horrible pain. So that assignment ended. I then get another assignment and I’m asking Jeannie questions and trying to figure out if this job is for me and all she can say is stick it out a few more days maybe something will change. Sure enough nothing changed. They don’t check to see how you are doing because they can care less as long as you work they make money. I was switched to Dawn who answered the phone didn’t realize she answered my call but she was on a conference call talking about Jeannie to another worker. While Jeannie was on vacation. Dawn ( the sr. managing Director) was complaining about what Jeannie has been doing wrong and giving away work and though she loves Jeannie she needs her to work all the time not just when she wants and how she gave an HR job away. This is a company to stay away from. Find another agency that cares about the people they recruit for jobs. Also another red flag is they try and set you up with jobs that have you start next day no interview required. That’s a HUGE red flag because it means your just needed for the time being and/or they are continuously hiring and firing people. I was told do not go by the reviews by other coworkers and I need to check it out myself. Looking back through my emails while working with Jeannie she tried offering me to work at the same company back on June 8th. No thank you. I will not waste anymore of my time with this place.
I absolutely love The Nagler Group. My recruiter is very attentive and always finds a perfect fit for me. Very professional at all levels of management. It’s nice hearing from your recruiter’s boss, and saying the company you are working for “absolutely loves you”. I always seek for new assignments through the Bedford office.
Responsive, Professional Recruiter. Great experience working with them. Was placed quickly and recruiter maintained consistent communication.
I was scouted by a recruiter named Loren Filmore from this agency who wanted to work with me and help me find potential employment opportunities. She told me she would be in touch and then I never heard from her again. She basically “ghosted” me. I can’t even imagine what would’ve happened if I reached out to them initially. Unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
The Nagler Group excels at taking a consultative approach to a candidates search. From resume advice, interviewing tips, and even helping to polish thank you notes, they are there each step of the way. They also take great measures to stay in touch, regardless of the current opportunities on their plate. I highly recommend this firm.
The Nagler Group has been a great asset in job hunting, especially with economic downturn we find ourselves in. I have found them to be professional, responsive and genuinely nice to work with.I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for HR, admin or legal work in NH!
I had the pleasure of working with Dawn and Jeanie as my recruiters. The initial meeting process went very well. We went over about 7-10 potential opportunities that would be a good fit. It was nice not just having my resume being thrown at ALL the clients they were working with. Shortly after, within a few days I had my first interview set up. Since then, I have been happily working with a company that is the perfect fit. It has turned into full time employment with a letter of intent to hire at the end of my 90 contract. By far the best experience with Nagler was the follow up and check-ins that I had along the way. I always felt the communication door was always open! Its sad to see some of the reviews here being so poor. My suggestion would be if you are not happy with your current point of contact its okay to ask to work with someone else. There is no harm in that. Not everyone will be the perfect fit for you and your style of employment search desires. Good luck to everyone out there looking to better their professional career!
Nagler Group is a very high end staffing agency I do highly recommend them,The recruiters do their very best to find the right position for you.Devin Kallini is my recruiter and he is beyond awesome Devin is a go getter he will not stop til he succeeds and I am grateful for his generosity. He is an amazing recruiter!Thank you very much Devin for being amazingly awesome ☺
My experience with this recruiting agency has been incredibly poor. The staff are difficult to communicate with and seem to have little care in regards to helping someone find work. The individuals that I spoke with seem like emotionless, cardboard cutouts of actual human beings. Save yourself the time and find a better job recruiting agency.
I would not recommend this company to anyone since their communication is awful and they are not professional by any means. I was set up on a 1st round interview and was told to contact my recruiter after the interview was over which I did, but then found out he was on vacation for the week. I dont fault anyone for taking a vacation, but a heads up would have been nice. I then was told that the company wanted me back for a 2nd round interview to meet with their VPs and President of the company. I provided my availability to the recruiter, but he completely ignored me and kept trying to schedule the interview when I was not free. I finally decided to move all my meetings so I could make an interview work first thing Monday, but I told the recruiter I had a hard stop at a certain time. The recruiter confirmed for me that the company was aware of my hard stop and there was no issue. However, I was very concerned because the recruiter first gave me the names of the 3 people I would be meeting with but in a later email gives me a different set of 3 names I will be meeting with and told me the interview would only be an hour. The fact that he claimed the interview would only be an hour and that I was meeting with 3 people raised a flag with me and I felt very unsure on the information given to me. I called my recruiter after work to get final confirmation on all the details. He told me he was not sure on the details and I could speak to his team member who was directly working with the company. I spoke to her and she confirmed that again the interview would only be an hour and that I would be meeting with those 3 people within that hour. She also reconfirmed that the company was aware I had a hard stop and they had no issues with it. Well, the day of my interview I showed up and was provided with the interview schedule. The company was under the impression that I would be at their office all morning until the afternoon! They had me scheduled to meet with 5 people each for a half hour and then also spend time on a writing sample. It was safe to say the team was not happy with me when I told them I had a hard stop and that the recruiter told me they had made them aware. The company told me they were very clear with the recruiter on the schedule with the interview and how long it would be. Clearly the Nagler team does now know how to do something as simple as coordinate an interview. In addition, I had told my recruiter numerous times that I could not answer my phone at work, so email was best and if he needed to talk on the pone I would have to find someplace private to talk. Again, my recruiter ignored me and would consistently call my phone. Lastly, we had submitted my resume for a few jobs and when I would follow up to see if there were updates with the other companies the response my recruiter gave was that the company went MIA. Really?! I just cant believe all these companies are hiring, but just dont follow through. It is safe to say I have lost all confidence in the Nagler group and will no longer be working with them on my career search. They are a terrible company and even more...when I told them I was no longer working with them the response I received was that the company was no longer working with them either. The recruiter didnt even care that I was so unhappy with their services. Being in HR myself, I am completely appalled and will tell all of my friends and connections to never work with this company!!!!
My experience with the Nagler Group was brief. I was only sent on one contact which wasn’t positive at all. I never heard from Valerie Lemay again. I contacted her yet she never contacted me. Needless to say I moved on and obtained an awesome position with another agency. Do not waste your time with this company. Low wages and not much more.
Jillian was a horrible recruiter. I told her what I was looking for and she came back with a much lower rate of pay for the work that was required. Extremely disappointed. This is why I do not work with recruiting agencies because they are only in it for themselves. Selfish people
Don’t bother with this agency, no jobs or communication.
