I depend a great deal on my car for work every day. So when the inevitable happened, I was grateful their shop was right across the street from my job. They had my car back up and running the very next day. I very highly recommend them for any services that your vehicle may need to have done.

They really get the job done and very truthful, brung my charger up there to get some work. They told me it will cost $300 plusabut 10 min. Later told me they saved me some money. Something was just unplugged. They also did work on my van. This is a Auto repair spot you can trust and do a GREAT job on cars.

Thanks for taking care of my tire repair this morning

Very nice shop amazing services and fare prices no over charge very friendly management. They did great job on changing suspensions for my mercury and flushed the transmission oil and filters.gave me very good price on 4 new tires. Initially I was Hesitating to go there due to bad reviews, however I saw the reposes from the owner to all these reviews where no one responded to his request to post the invoice which made me rethink giving them a try. But before I went there I looked at the bad reviewer history and I noticed that they never rated any business before they rated this business which raised the flag and confirmed the truth response from the owner and confirmed its all fake reviews.

Quick oil change

Started my car this morning to come to find out i had a check engine light on. I came down to Bedford Auto Repair and the owner Moe took care of it right away, it turned out to be just a loose gas cap and i was on my way NO CHARGE.. THANK YOU

Abraham Auto and Tire does great work. I highly recommend their services. This was my first time having work done to my car there. I didn’t know what to expect, but Moe took good care of me. They’re an honest shop with fair prices and hard working mechanics. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have had my cars fixed numerous times at Abrahams. They do great work and I encourage you to give them a opportunity. Since being under new ownership, it is cleaner and very reliable. I liked to publicly thank them for helping me out numerous times.

I’ve had my car serviced twice so far at Abraham Auto of Bedford and both times have been a positive experience. They have excellent customer service and explain everything to you step by step. The prices are very reasonable and the work is top quality. I will continue to do business with them.

As a person who relies on their car for a living I’m very very skeptical and where I take my money making machine. My car is my life, it pays for my family so I have to take good care of it. I like the guys they do good work, but they always have a hard time scheduling me or keeping my timely appointment. On top of that the wheel alignment machine been down for weeks now

Their mechanic backed my car into something while they were fixing it due to very small parking area. I have not heard back from them on fixing it in over 2 months. Better off going elsewhere.

My daughter had her car repaired there. Didnt know what to expect especially since the problem we were there for was supposed to have been repaired 2 weeks ago by another person pretending to be a mechanic. Moe was extremely professional, honest, patient and explained what he was going to do and what we could expect good or bad. His honesty was greatly appreciated. My daughter is very satisfied with her car and this makes me happy and her and my grandson are safe. Oh and they will work with you. Thanks to you all.

Severely overpriced with disappointing service. I needed brakes and spark plugs. They were able to take my car immediately, but kept working on other cars in between. Took 4 hours total and I wasnt acknowledged until the outrageous bill came at the end. No problems so far with the work done, but that should be standard.

Great job on my car! Very informative! They explained and showed me everything they did on my car plus more. Good deals! Highly recommended!

They fixed my van and then it broke down a week later. Then they fixed what was actually broken without refunding me any money. I’d only trust them to fix a break that was a 4/10 in complexity. Anything engine or power train related I’d steer clear (pun intended)

In response to the owner below:I contacted your business 5 times within a couple weeks of each other. The phone was disconnected once and the other 4 times I was asked to call back when the owner is in (Moe..?). The message never got relayed to you after 4 calls? Either you have incompetent/inconsiderate workers or you avoided my calls, probably both. Either way, your lousy business cost me a $500 deductible with my insurance. I then went to another Bedford car shop for an oil change and they told me everything - that you guys frequently use used parts on customer vehicles, use blended oil when customers pay for full-synthetic, damage vehicles, hire backyard non-certified mechanics, and other ways to cut corners and rip off customers to pocket more money. The alignment you guys did originally wasnt even done right. You only get away with this because most people, including myself, dont know much about car repair.To people reading this, I took a risk with this business and lost money. Dont do the same!!! Go to a reputable business!

Of course, its much easier to call a bad review a fake customer than to provide the service a legit business is supposed to from the beginning. You can keep denying this incident and claim you run an honest business, but this was definitely not my experience and not the experience of all the customers who have been forced to go other places to correct your failures. Again, I have called half a dozen times and no response. My insurance company is not contacting you because of outside reasons - none of your concern. Ill take the $500 hit, but my reviews will hopefully cause more than that in sales loss for you. Its a shame your responding now that youve gotten a bad review. I will no longer entertain you or the scam you are running. I will only continue to let people know my terrible experience with your shop.To people reading this, you can choose to take the risk, but you may regret it like me.

All I have to say is bravo, Moe is cool and educated me on what was going on with my car and the service was fast even tho i had to wait i still got my car back fixed and running in a good time frame yay. Oh and the price was affordable.

If I could rate them a negative 10, I would! Long waiting time, very poor customer service. The guy at the front desk very rude with a bad attitude with not only myself but another customer on the phone. Tried charging me $400.00 for a part that costs $45.00 at the part store. Also told me I needed a whole bunch other stuff done that I did not actually need. Take your car somewhere else, this place will rip you off!!! Based on my experience these high rated reviews are suspect…
